Needed a new cover for a 20 year old futon (that is still in perfect condition). The one I really liked was on a display. Since I didnt want to wait for one to be ordered Dave pulled it off the display without hesitation. Excellent customer service.

Very pleased- would happily go back for future purchases and would recommend to others. Mattress only took 3 days to arrive and I received very helpful and considerate service. Icing on the cake: I was given a loaner mattress to use in the interim until mine came in.

The manager there is very knowledgeable and was patient with all my questions. They have a great selection and I couldnt be happier with my buy. If you need a futon, this store has the right one for you. I must have seen twenty-five different models and prices for frames ranged from $120-$600 with proportional quality. My mattress is perfect to. I would send my mother here.

Not the best experience. The buying experience was great, but we were told it would be delivered in 3 weeks, and it took more than four. I started calling every other day after 4 weeks, and I clearly irritated the salesperson. When the futon was finally delivered, there was a rip in the plastic wrap that allowed a big dirty spot on the futon. The platform bed I bought did not arrive with it because of some shipping mistake. It came the next day after some phone calls but had a nick I the wood. After a couple of days with the bed, it became clear that it did not support the futon well, so I had to go out and buy a bunkie board- 150.00Now, after a week some of the stitching is coming loose at a couple of seams and some of the stuffing is cooking out.Three days after writing this the bed collapsed because the guys who delivered it did not put the middle support in the frame. Luckily my dog wasn’t under the bed at the time. Now we’re off to the hardware store because the guys didn’t leave the hardware to attach the middle support.☹️

This was a big purchase for me and I was nervous about choosing the right futon bed so it was a stroke of good fortune to find the Futon Store. Ken Sands, the manager of this local sweet spot patiently walked me through decisions; I tried out mattresses and he matched options with my budget. In about 20 minutes I’d paid for a super comphy, quality futon that I love sleeping on — bonus is he was able to pack the frame & matress in my Honda Fit, along with a complementary futon cover!!

They knew we were coming to pick up our order and although we arrived an hour before closing and the OPEN sign was on, the door was locked and they didnt answer the phone. We had to arrange for a vehicle to pick up our couch and drive from south Austin. This was after rude treatment when we called.

We bought a futon mattress here however when we came to pick it up, even though we called ahead to confirm and the sign on the door says open 10:00 - 5:00 on Saturdays, the store was closed when I arrived at 2:30. Verry dissatisfied.

Purchased a new mattress from them on September 3rd. I was told that it would be 3 weeks until it would arrive, but instead it ended up taking closer to 7 weeks due to an issue with the order on the manufacturers side.Although its perfectly understandable that errors occur and no one is infallible, the complete and utter lack of communication on their part was inexcusable. My partner and I felt like we had to beg for any information, as the store was never the first one to reach out. The resolution only seemed to come when I left a poor review (which is now updated).On the plus side, our mattress is absolutely perfect and its a struggle to leave it in the morning when the alarm clock goes off. I only hope that they find a way to improve their customer service.

Both Yelp and Google have the closing time listed as 7pm on weekdays. However the store was closed when I arrived at 6pm on a Monday.

I had owned a nice futon for years but the matress had become some compressed that you could feel the bars. I went into the Futon Store and picked up a high end mattress and mattress cover. Problem solved. I got several more years of service out of it myself and then sold it on craigslist for more than the origional price of the Futon given the quality mattress. Great store. Highly recommend.
