I had a loveseat, chair and ottoman reupholstered and they did an excellent job! They have wonderful customer service, friendly and helpful. Sarah helped me through the whole process and I cannot say enough about them. I was also impressed with how quickly they got the job done. Highly recommend them for any reupholstery job and they have a huge selection of wonderful fabrics.

We went today to check on getting cushions for an outdoor couch and was greeted by Sydney. We received wonderful customer service and she helped us find some wonderful choices while explaining the process, prices, and time frame . The selection variety was amazing. We have been in Austin for 2.5 years and have noticed that the customer service level is not high in Austin overall compared to other cities we have lived in. When a business gives us customer service like this... we must share and tell everyone we know. THEY get it ... i wish more businesses in Austin did. Keep up the good work PLUSH and you definitely have our business now.

Great store! Good fabric and super convenient when needing reupholstering . They offer to do it for you or you can purchase the fabric and do it yourself. The fabric here is much more than you would find at any other craft store. Truly offering upholstry fabric. Sad thing is that samples take so long to wait on but if you are open to different options then a great stop in your house customization needs for sure!

The establishment has a huge selection of fabrics to choose from, and the staff are very polite, and helpful. Debbie was extremely nice, and smiled the entire time my wife, and I were in the store. Kudos to this business. I rate them 12 Stars.
