Recently called them to order a long lead time item. Received the estimate and replied the same day. Waited patiently for over a month. When I called back they said that the order had not been started. Obviously, I was frustrated, as I had been waiting over a month. They were not at all concerned about solving the problem and moving forward, but only concerned about absolving themselves of any wrong doing. Apparently my reply was lacking information, but nobody followed up to tell me this. The manager quickly called me back to absolve himself of guilt and told me that he had sent me an email. I do not have the email, and I am certain they also had my phone number. This is also besides the point. Do they want my business? Do they want to help? Are they in the customer service business? The answer to all is a resounding no. I usually do not take the time to write these reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I had 19 windows’ glass that needed to be replaced because the seals broke and there was “sweat” between the glass panes. Glass Guru did a great job replacing all of them. Their price was better than other window shops in town. The turnaround time (from estimate to installation) was a bit long (5 weeks) but the price is worth it.

Glass Guru was the only reasonably priced company I received a bid from. Their work was great and my windows look great!

Crew showed up without masks and when I asked them to please put on masks, they told me they had never been asked that before. One worker didnt even have a mask and shared that he was unvaccinated. He was not allowed in the house. They also snapped off a large branch of our japanese maple that was in the way of one of the windows instead of tying it up out of the way. Windows look good but the crew was very unprofessional.

From the first phone call to the last payment, Glass Guru was very professional. The job was quoted and they held to that price, even though the labor ran over a bit. Also, They quoted that they would send 2 techs but they sent 3. they arrived 10-15 min early each time. they did end up having to come back the following week because of a rain interruption (not their fault, obviously). They were professional and courteous. They were clearly skilled in glass and not just hired help. They replaced a curved window, replaced the spring balancers in all of our windows, and installed a new semi-frameless shower, which turned out gorgeous. They were not the cheapest quote, but but they were reasonable, and now that the job is complete we know we made the right choice. We would highly recommend Glass Guru.

I needed a new glass table top for atop my grandmothers antique sewing machine base. The Glass Guru folks were friendly and Im very pleased with the result.

We replaced 16 pieces of glass and balances Summer of 2020. The glass with great to get replaced, but the balances were huge improvement. The windows close correctly now. Two window techs (James and Everett) came to my home today and did a 6 window install. They were professional, courteous, and did amazing work.They were in and out in about 2 hours, left no mess and were as nice as could be.

After living with two broken windows for nearly two years I finally got serious about getting them fixed. Found Glass Guru because I saw a truck driving on 360 and called the number on the side. Very glad I did. They had an estimator out within 48 hours (who actually got to our house early al- when’s the last time you heard that?), and the quoted price was half what other places had quoted me to replace a panel on a stand up shower. The glass was ordered and once it was in our installation was scheduled within 48 hours as well. The installers did a great job, and were in and out in about 30-40 minutes. All in all, great experience with Glass Guru.
