This is one of my favorite places to shop for bulk items.I would definitely recommend reading the articles on what are a great deals at Costcos before going in, and of course eat a meal first before going so that way you dont go hungry and buy a lot of Xtra things that you really dont need (just like I do sometimes!)But they always have some pretty great deals on both perishable and non-perishable items, even on clothing items too, as well as great prices on gas too, and consistently have friendly professional service.This place is wonderful if you have a business or two, a large family or you just like to buy things in bulk to save and stock up, totally worth the membership investment and the products are quality level too, We definitely recommend Costcos!

Pro: Great location and have everything we wanted.Con: So many bad drivers in the parking lot, is it really that important for so many drivers to circle again and again to get a closer parking space? For most of them walking a little further would be better for their body and weight ;-). Walk people walk!!

Perfect shop for a family. No matter how unprepared you are for todays shopping, you’ll always get some of the needed commodities here. Its that well-organized. The place is very nice. We were here because it was raining outside. But we got everything we could need in the next 500 years, we wouldn’t do this kind of unplanned shopping, at this extent, anywhere else.N.B. You must have a membership card to get inside Cotsco, so make sure you have one before you come here. Thanks.

Based on my personal experience costco is the best wholesale store in Austin.I always enjoy shopping here things like Electronics items like laptop, headset, wireless mobile charger, Smart TV, external hard drives and many others.You can buy groceries and other stuffs likeGinger, potatoes, tomatoes, kerrygold pure irish butter, kerrygold unsalted butter, Indian Khazana Toor daal, Khazana Moong daal, Khazana Urad daal, Indian tea, coconut oil, coconut water, milk and many other items.If you like to buy fish(prawns, crabs) and chicken in bulk then its right place. Good meat options here.You also get good options of vitamins, shaving items, sanitizer, tooth brush, allergy medicine and variety of shampoo and liquid soaps.People who have costco card and definitely like this place for sure.I surely recommend costco membership if you new to USA.

We love this Costco! What can be better than bagels for $5?? And Alaskan Salmon for $20?We love shopping in Costco and always spending there up to an hour. Store is clean and big. Love this place!

COSTCO KEEPS THE COST LOWIts costco I mean what more to say. Theyre pretty much the same no matter which one you go to. Go in and get lost in the plethora or items big and small. Snag a free sample here and there. Then, grab a cheap and quick bite at the food stand. Make sure to keep your receipt on you as you exit so the employees can make sure you werent overcharged.

We love our Costco membership! They have a good product selection, tasty bakery and deli food, and great monthly sales. The clothing items are nice, particularly the underwear and mens clothing. Im glad the food samples and store restaurants are back - my only complaint is for bringing back the sauerkraut containers for the hot dogs!

Prices are good for bulk purchase.. if you are sticking for 2 people its not worth buying bulk and preserving.. for 4+ people in family its the best..

First timer....lol. Didnt join yet. It was a Sunday afternoon. Advice for my next trip: patience in the checkout line and parking lot. Expect to spend some money. And make sure you have enough storage room at home for your purchases. I did find a lovely heated blanket, some Godiva chocolate, a bath Matt. Lunch/dinner. And salad.

Costco is great, but I don’t like the short hours, very busy with so many people, and the attempts by employees to sign me up for a new credit card of bigger membership every time I go in.Make sure you do not put your credit card in the machine until after every item is scanned and you see each price. They run customers through lines very quick, so make sure the prices are what you saw on the shelf!Costco loses another star for not accepting MasterCard. Visa only.

Costco gas only has 2 pumps per aisle not 3 as the other places I have been to. The attendant was really helpful getting my transaction done since the gas pump doesnt scan my Costco card on my app. That feature needs to be improved. Upon entering the store, attendants are helpful and the layout is good. Parking spaces are limited as you can presume its a good place to shop.

Costco’s gas prices are phenomenal!! Worth the wait and please know more than likely you’ll have to wait. The line moves pretty quickly.

Costco was awesome. I bought a TV and socks. I thought about getting the fancy electric toothbrush but I panicked at the last minute and didnt do it. Their gas station was packed. People stacked up in line, waiting for 30 minutes to save a whopping few cents a gallon

Love Costco! Costco is the one place I’ve never really had a bad review on any of the locations. Every location is nice, there courteous, and just a great place to shop! They will take a return if you have one and they do it with a smile. Costco is by far my favorite place to shop!

I always dread going to Costco on a weekend because its usually very busy, and today was no exception. But because there were a lot of unmasked people, I was motivated to get in-and-out as quickly as possible. I only needed 2 things, which I found, grabbed, checked out pretty quickly, and left.

Tire center decided it was best to help people who arrived after me first. The man behind me had to pick up his vehicle, I let it slide since it was quick but it did bother me. Why is my time less valuable than his? What really annoyed me was the employee answered a phone call right before helping me. Again, why is my time not as valuable? Since Im sure he wants me to refer to him as an Aryan, I will do, Aryan Jesse finally did get around to helping me after helping everyone else who arrived after me. Took 15 minutes to buy a car battery, maybe if I was more Teutonic looking I would get quicker service?

Its a Costco, so its great. Clean location, friendly staff, quick service from the food court.

Try not to go on the weekend since it’s a zoo. But other than that we love to shop here. Saves a lot of money and the produce is fresh. Normally friendly service. We are loyal members.

You love something until they give you a reason not to.Ive generally had a great experience in this Costco besides the times I have been in the membership services. The other day, Therese D. made me like I was being interrogated for refunding my recent membership renewal. Therese was extremely rude and unprofessional.Backstory – I didnt intend to renew my membership automatically but it was set on auto renewal for some reason so as soon as that was charged, I went in within the week to get that refunded. My membership without the renewal ends at the end of the month and this is the beginning of the month, so it baffles me why she was giving me a difficult time getting a refund.Therese asked me why I dont want to renew and I said its because I dont buy enough to keep my membership. Then she proceeded to look at my purchase history and said in an irritated tone well, you buy a lot here, you buy something every month And then this is when I started to feel uncomfortable because I have already provided a reason and what is enough is a personal preference and she has no right to judge for another person without knowing the other persons financial situation. That was not the end of it, she then had asked me the same question and I had to repeat myself like the answer I provided was not good enough. At the end of the day, that is not how she should treat a customer and a customer can decide to cancel a membership whenever they want.What Terese has failed to do – to provide professional customer service and good sales techniques. If she was trying to convince me to keep my membership, she could have phrased it much nice and ask me to reconsider given my purchase record. But nope, her attitude was unpleasant and her tones and word felt like an attack to me as a customer. Costco shouldnt pride itself on best customer service if its employees continue to have this kind of unfriendly and impolite customer service.

Love me some Costco. Great gas prices. Kirkland brand tp is nice to the tooshie. They also have good prices on everything from prime brisket to yard furniture and tires. I also like that they treat their people well. They generally seem happy to help.

A large and neat store. There was still some room for more goods and the store wasnt too crowded.

*Optical department* has severely long lines and only 2 people working at any given point. There should be 2 queues—one for contacts and one for eyeglasses; I shouldnt have to wait 10 minutes on indecisive customers that can’t make up their mind on which eyeglasses to pick from just to pick up my pre-ordered contacts.Otherwise, good products/prices/selection.

This review is actually for Costco On line and their customer service. I ordered a Total Gym and delivery was timely and pretty efficient.However, when we opened the box we noticed two plastic pieces were broken.When I contacted Customer Service, I was told by... (no joke) Treasure V, that Costco cannot send individual replacement parts, you are required to send the WHOLE Machine back, wait ten days and then hope the same parts are not broken.The key is to order from Amazon, who guarantees their orders, and not Costco who doesnt back their customers.Never again, Costco!!! Now comes the harder part... cancelling my membership.

Always has amazing stuff no one ever knew they needed like Waygu Brisket. Self checkout is way faster than the normal lines and you can use the hand scanner for even quicker way through.

Good experience like always. I have been to all 3 Austin locations. I prefer the Pflugerville and research locations but I dont have an issue with the south Austin location.

Sometimes I find it overwhelming. Great cheese selection. Wanted to buy sheets and a single non stick pan. Not a set. Maybe Im just more of a small store girl.

Costco in general is great. Today’s rating is based on my inexplicably passive-aggressive cashier, Jesse. Jesse is apparently having a bad day and it’s only lunchtime. He muttered something about the line starting somewhere but this wasn’t really clear nor did any line formation instructions appear to customers - I looked before queueing up and no employee was ‘directing traffic’. Jesse kept glancing around at customers with a very pointed look. Paid for my purchase, my receipt was shoved at me without a word. I almost asked him directly if I had done something to him but decided against picking a fight.Do better, Costco. You need us customers.

One of my favorite Costco locations. Nothing to complain about here, good customer service and nice collection of products and services. Crowded most of the time and finding parking in peak hours is a nightmare but other than that it is a good Costco location in Austin. It is clean and well maintained.

I hate giving a bad review because we used to really love Costco. But our shopping experiences have gone from bad to worse. We began our visit with a return of merchandise. The line was long because they only had one person working returns. At one point the young man doing our return stopped to run over and tell an elderly woman she could not eat her hot dog on the way out of Costco. Good grief! We finally did our shopping only to wait in another long line to check out. Sadly, we decided to pick up some pizza to take home. We placed our order at the mandatory kiosk and paid. The food clerk then told us they had no more cheese pizza and that she would have to refund us. We had to wait though because there were only two people working. It was chaos! Some people were standing there with partial food orders waiting for the rest of the food. The return boy once again came over and told people to stop eating. Costco you can do better.

New city, new costco and thats where the novelty ends. A layout similar to the one we were accustomed to be in San jose CA, the same high quality items and some of them are cheaper too.As if that was possible, the customer service here was better than elsewhere.I wish there was one closer tp steiner ranch but I dont think thats going to happen considering there are 3 in a 20 mile radius.

The pizza was fresh and hot and the sundaes are so good! Especially after a good shop! 🥰

Store claims they were selling an item the same price as the San Antonio stores, but after a 2 plus hour drive, they wanted to charge a higher price then quoted over the phone, argued it, agreed that they were selling for a lesser price in San Antonio but claim they had enough sales at their store that they didnt have to sell anything for a matched price. Rude staff that does not keep their word.

Complete assortment of stuff. Good variety of groceries and food. Has pretty much everything, electronics, kitchen supplies, food, cleaning supplies, pharmacy, furniture, clothing etc.Store is well organized and the staff is very helpful.

No one you meet will ever speak poorly of Costco. It’s definitely worth experiencing why.

When trying to pick between items there, its all reasonably priced, and you wont have to choose between whats better vs whats cheaper, its the best vs the second best

I have used Costco & Sams. Sams is a bit cheaper and has greater variety on many items. Costcos quality is much higher. Two other reasons I prefer Costco is that they pay their staff better and they have more organic options.

The Costco had self checkout and I had no problems finding what I needed. Also the staff are really friendly.

Well, either I need to shop at a different location, or cancel my membership and join Sams Club.Every time I shop here, it gets worse... all of the cashiers here are S-L-OOOOOOOOOOOOOO-W!I guess since they are stuck there, then they feel that theres no rush to get each customer completed and on their way. I really wish the manager would give each of them a case of 5-hour energy drinks right before their shifts, and monitor them to get them back on track when they are in slow-motion. But then again.... it leaves the managers worth and priorities to also be questioned, if its always this bad.

Love Costco. Theyve got great deals and weve started buying in bulk since the pandemic. Its much more economical and green (not so much packaging or transportation). Really good prices and usually the check out lines go quickly. I dont recommend going on Saturday or Sunday though (too crowded). They also deliver via instacart! 🥕

I love Costco because as far as I have heard they tend to treat their workers good and pay good yet they still have some pretty great deals. Sometimes you have to really watch and make sure you need that much or if the huge quantity is really a good deal. One of the best things is their pizza at the food court I was so surprised that it was awesome!!! I go there just for the pizza sometimes for a quick, cheap while Im out and about bite to eat, or you can even take a fresh one hot from the oven home for like $10 and its huge! Other good deals are nice quality clothes for a discount. Also there made to beat food is kind of pricey but as far as what I have tried really good. This one is a nice one never had any complaints from me.

Love the selection of foods, drinks, fresh produce and baked goods. I love that we can stock up on what we need here and dont have to do any other shopping anywhere else until the next time.

Michelle the cashier up front was so rude I will now be canceling my membership and switching to sams club. The way she discriminated towards me was so belittling and spiteful. I will not be coming here again, Costco is known for their employees going above and beyond, but this is just a reminder that one bad employee can cause a huge loss to your business and company.

This is a decent Costco that sets up a specialty meat and seafood station on the weekends. The biggest cons are the limited hours.

Shame on you Costco!You should have limited waters to one box per customer today when you know we are having water outage in Austin, roads only getting better this afternoon for a lot of people being able to go out late afternoon.After waiting in line and seeing every single customer leaving with 2 or more boxes of water, only to find no more water once inside, the costco guy tending the water area sounded even proud having sold all the waters already. Is your goal to sell as much and as quickly as possible on a day like this ?

Costco is by far our favorite place to get the majority of our groceries. There’s so many things they do right. Prices are good, and always get GREAT value. They have made lifetime customers of us and trust almost everything they carry. I usually like to research what I’m buying, but with Costco, I tend to rely on the Costco stamp of approval.

This place is great! Everything you need from fresh produce to electronics you can find at Costco, more often than not for a great price. They always carry a wide selection of organic products, affordable good quality clothes and usually have cutting edge electronics and appliances at very competitive prices.The store is large and easy to navigate too. I buy from Costco everything I possibly can, from organic eggs to gas.The only downside is that you must purchase a membership starting at around $60 dollars. So unless you plan to shop at Costco regularly, it might not be worth to spend that money.For me, it’s worth every penny, not only because I use it constantly, but also because everything they sell is either same quality or better than everywhere else, including their own brand “Kirkland” which is amazing, from toilet paper to vodka.I highly recommend Costco!

Costco is the place to buy huge quantities of great, and sometimes hard to find, good stuff. Beyond the basics, the quality of their meat and fruits and vegetables is top shelf. Be prepared to spend some bucks and walk a lot. If you go once a month, the Executive membership pays for itself.

Every product i have bought as costco has been top notch and their customer service is great. They sell a bit of everything, from oled big screens to bulk bully sticks for our puppy.

Great prices if you buy bulk. I started going there because they have cheap, good quality dog food. If I bought only that, the membership would still have paid for itself. I ended up shopping there for things that have a long shelf life and paper goods. ABSOLUTELY worth the membership. Plus they have some of the best pizza for the price. No joke Costco pizza is amazing.

It is unclear whether this is an actual strategy of this store or not, but the line for merchandise returns seems interminably long each time you visit. It seems that this could be rectified with better staffing and a better layout if the management could perhaps be a little more thoughtful about customer experience? Just a suggestion. Appreciate the workers here who are very competent and efficient.

Customer Service is horrible. I bought 2 tvs Memorial day. One delivered 2 days later, the Samsung was scheduled for June 9 between 4:30-6:30 with setup. Never showed and never even contacted me to say there was a delay. Next day I waited for 40 minutes for customer service who could not help me, then transfered me to logistics which was a 52 minute hold. All they could say was the Samsung was back ordered and they didnt know when I would get it. Today 6/12 I havent heard a word from them. NEVER order for delivery because if you do have a problem, good luck getting in touch with them. All I wanted was communication. So I have no clue when it will be delivered.
