The first one was a small batch and Sam patiently walked us through the the process and revisions. Shirts came out in great quality. The second I was a total last minute thing that other vendors wouldnt do- a single custom jersey with a turnaround of 3 days. And it occurred to me... ask Sam! I think I emailed him late on a friday if he could have it done by Tuesday. And Tuesday it was, and it was done. Seriously, these folks are great. Will be back and highly recommend.

I love Under Pressure! The quality is excellent, the service is speedy, and the prices are great. We use UP for our small business for team uniforms, shirts we sell to our customers, and employee gifts (mugs and totes weeeeee!). Sam is super flexible and helpful along the way. Highly recommended!

Awesome job. There was a slight mixup with the shirts at first but they were very quick to correct the mistake. I will absolutely use them again next time I need shirts printed. ALSO, the pricing was very competitive and response time was very good. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.

I’ve printed quite a few jobs with Under Pressure and their work is unmatched. Sam is always extra diligent throughout the process from start to finish so that there are no issues. I’ve been printing merchandise for decades and I can’t tell you how many times before that I’ve been left disappointed and unsatisfied. Called for quote on sample hoodies that I wanted done. They were very rude with me on the phone because I was not interested in there high pricing and treated me as if I didn’t not know what I was talking about. Would not recommend. Poor customer service!

What a terrific service. I had a print job with 90 double-sided shirts, and we needed them fast. I contacted all of the highest-rated print shops in Austin, and this was the only one who could complete our shirts within a week. Not only was the turnaround fast, but the price was nice! Most importantly, we are exceedingly happy with the quality of the shirts we created with Under Pressure Screen Printing–crisp image and a nice soft fabric (our cat agrees!). We did have a hiccup in our order, and they took full responsibility. Im sure I will remember Sam, and hell be the first person I call whenever I have the opportunity to purchase more custom apparel.
