A few months ago, I needed to replace my prescription sunglasses. I went to another business that provides this service and received horrible customer service, so I went to Pearle Vision. The staff at Pearle Vision were very friendly and helpful in helping me find new frames that I love! Based on my previous experience, I recently returned to purchase additional prescription glasses. Great customer service both times.

Best service, great people, good variety and good prices.

We paid for no line bifocals. They will not work for my husband. We went back in to change them out. We got a lens that is $100 cheaper and they won’t give us the difference. Okay fine whatever. Now we go to pick up the new lenses and they are saying we did not leave his frames. $200 frames are now messing. The owner is lying and I told him I was going to contest the charges on my credit card. He said he would have me arrested for theft of services. He needs to be arrested for theft!

I had a terrific experience, they didnt have any frames that I liked so they were able to make some brand new lenses for my old frames for a lower cost.Quick easy and very friendly customer service as well!

I love this Pearle Vision location. They helped me get prescription sunglasses last year that I love after many failed attempts other places. So now it was time for new glasses and once again they totally rocked in helping me find glasses that fit my small face really well. Check them out...you will not regret it.

Ive been going to this location for the last four years and thought it was great until...every year something would be considerably wrong with my lenses or the glue they used in my frames. After the first year, the glue began coming apart in my glasses, but I needed new lenses anyway because my RX changed the second year. Thought nothing of it. The third year, I used the same frames and the glue issue again after a year. Now, into the fourth and my lenses look like garbage. Scratched to the point where its interfering with everything I see. If you want crummy craftsmanship lenses in your frames that you have to purchase every year, this is the place. Never again!

AVOID! This is the most poorly run doctors office Ive ever encountered. Extremely unprofessional and the worst customer service. The receptionist was very rude from the moment I walked in and was not helpful at all when I was trying to ask questions. I called multiple times with no answer and no option to leave a message. The doctor also seemed to be judgmental and condescending. Not to mention they expect you to wait 1 hour+ for a basic exam. Take your business and money elsewhere and avoid this office at all cost.

I want to give a shoutout to Heather at Pearl Vision Sunset Valley for fixing my glasses! I knocked over my yeti tumbler and it smashed the hinge of one side of my reading glasses clear off. She quickly assessed the situation and explained to me that there was a risk removing the bent screw as it may result in a broken piece - I didn’t really have an option on the matter, I couldn’t wear my glasses/see! In less than 5 minutes, I was able to put my glasses on (and see!) and leave the store to head home. Although, the glasses didn’t break, I really appreciate her transparency so there wouldn’t be any surprises. I am very grateful for the customer service I received!

Avoid this place! Worst customer service and unprofessional people in my life. Went in to pick up sunglasses that were ready. After multiple calls that went unanswered went to store to verify if such stated glasses were ready. Heather and another individual were standing in front with arms crossed w/o greeting tossed my glasses unto the desk. Didnt offer a professional check to see if glasses fit or if I had any questions.My wife luckily was with me observed this rude behavior asked to see the manager Richard the male individual who didnt offer his name said Richard was off for the weekend and didnt know who to contact for customer complaints because he was part time. Will take my money elsewhere and warn all family and friends to avoid this place!!!!

I called Pearle and spoke with Zeke. He gave me the number of the next-door optometrist so that I could get a quick exam. After the exam I went and picked out some frames and sunglasses (prescription). Turned out that the sunglasses were too large for my prescription strength (-3) even though the manufacturer (Oakley) said they would work. The edges of the lenses had extreme distortion and since these glasses were mainly for mountain biking it created a pretty dangerous situation (imagine playing a biking video game on an old-school monitor that is bad need of a degauss). Zeke told me to come in and hed fix it. He offered me a full refund but wanted to show me other frames. I decided to try out some Maui Jims because Zeke said they were much better lenses. He was right, they are almost distortion free, they fit very well and I turned a personal best lap the first time I tried them.Every time Ive gone in, they are busy but efficient. Ive never had to wait long, and watching the customers it seems that they know many of them by name.Zeke at Pearle turned a potential disaster into a great experience, thanks man.

I have a mixed opinion on them. Some time they are good sometimes they are too bad. They think customer is fool and what ever they give to customer the customer should take it kind of. I ordered 4 set of prescription lenses. For the first one the experience was good next it was bad wanted a frame the person at the counter seems ignorant of the system and told that is not available for prescription but I had to again go to them to prove that it is available in their system. the other experience I will post soon

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE (BRODIE LANE, SUNSET VALLEY), FROM PEARL VISION OR ANY OAKLEY PRODUCT!I bought some Oakley sunglasses about 2.5 years ago. Even under insurance, I paid over $250 dollars. Now, the glasses have a defect in the lenses where is it getting cloudy and growing. When I took it into the store, I was told this was common for Oakley at the time. Even though this is a KNOWN issue and the clerk told me that this is common for Oakley at that time, they are refusing to make this right. Matt at the store told me they are going to do nothing for me. So, here I am, stuck with defective glasses that were in no way cheap and have to resort to giving a bad review, reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and exploring what other options I have to get my glasses repaired, be it legal or something else. So, you can buy there if you want, but do not be surprised when you fail to get a quality product and can get no help from the store. You might as well give them your money and walk away with nothing. CAVEAT EMPTOR, BUYER BEWARE!

Ive gotten glasses from these folks year after year. Absolutely professional. And helpful in between new prescriptions when my glasses need realignment.

I called to inquire about a eye exam appointment, they answered and I explained I wanted to schedule an exam however, before I could finish my sentence they forwarded my call, it rang for 10 times and no machine picked up. I hung up, called again, someone picked up phone and pushed a few buttons and then they hung up on me... My husband said to just forget about it but I figured Id try one more time.. I called back and no answer after 8 rings.. This was at 1pm Friday.

Very friendly folks and the service was great.

I like this place with insurance I pay $0 dollars for exam + glasses (with all options on them).
