Friendly service and great coffee with pastries. Dont get confused if the truck says gopuff instead of bandit. There is a small seating area and you order on the device in front of the truck.

Normally my favorite spot but was confused that I got charged $7.03 for a matcha latte that’s normally $5.49. I wish they would have told me before asking that there would be an extra fee for the oatmilk :/

Very nice place and staff, the menu is awesome but super expensive. $7 for a dirty chai with almond milk… I used to live 2 years in San Francisco and I have never seen that kind of price :/

Definitely dont enjoy saying bad things about businesses especially with the pandemic but Ive been pretty disappointed with all my visits. I do like what theyve done with the patio area with the lights and flowers. However, the coffee never tastes particularly good and on my last visit I got charged $8+ for a cup of hazelnut Cold Brew w/ oat milk. It wasnt even large! I mean I understand Im getting a very particular cup of coffee but $8?! I dont know maybe it was an error but I was not happy. I couldve eaten a whole meal for that price. Way overpriced for the quality.

Coffee was amazing and my wife loved her Matcha!! Said its one of the best Matcha drinks shes ever had.

The fastest way to get good coffee in the area. You can only order from their app (only cold brew, matcha, or kombucha), it’s 4 bucks, and it’s already there at the kiosk for you. Really good experience.

My last 2-3 experiences at Bandit have been less than satisfactory. It is a pain to order on the app, and a bigger pain to use Apple Pay on the app. And it’s definitely not my phone since everything else was working fine, and their app was terrible when my friends tried too. Secondly, once you order, the app says your order will be ready in 2 minutes, which has nothing to do with the actual wait time. This function on the app is not in real time so you won’t really know when your coffee will be ready. One time, I ad to wait for 15 minutes after placing the order just to get a coffee. Other times as well, it was at least 5 minutes. And most importantly, their coffee tastes very different from before, and doesn’t taste as good. I tried it 3 times the week before the storm, and it was no good. I went another time after the storm as well, since the location is convenient but again, I was disappointed with the coffee (always got oat milk latte). I finally asked the barista if anything changed and got to know they recently changed coffee beans.Anyway, hope they can start using the older coffee beans again. The coffee is good, but thats not the cause for the review. The manager of this location (her name is Saph, I believe - so sorry for forgetting) is the most helpful, delightful, attentive person Ive ever met. She single-handedly took care of my massive order with ease and grace, she even gave me a few extra items because they were out of some pastries I ordered, and even offered to help me take it up to my office! I had to literally stop her from leaving her post. Customer service is off the charts amazing and thank you so much! Because of her, I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Thank you thank you thank you!!

The coffee was certainly better than Starbucks, but when I came to pick it up the staff did not even acknowledge me, and instead continued talking to one another. It’s located inside a business building, in the foyer.

Overall great experience. Will use again.
