Love Zara clothing. But this location is so poorly managed. They’ve got their changing rooms closed, so people have to buy without trying things on which means they are going to have a ton of returns.Instead of having a separate line for the increased volume of returns, it’s all one checkout so they always have a huge line. Half of the people in line are just returning clothing which takes a lot longer than just making a purchase.They have had 2 years since the pandemic hit to figure out a better system. Come on, do better.

This is the worst Zara location that there is. While the clothes are amazing, the fitting room is closed which makes it really difficult for people who go between sizes. Also nothing here is sized in numbers it’s all XS-XL so guessing your size only to be wrong and have to return it is awful and the line inside is no joke an HOUR to get through.

Was there 9/27/21 by 11:30am or so, just when the doors opened. I probably could of found a really cute outfit in there, but the level of inconvenience to buy everything you think you might like just to walk out of the store to a public restroom or another store to try it all on. That makes NO sense whatsoever. That is what they advised us to do when we asked what our options were for trying things on since their dressing rooms are closed and we live two hours away. Instead of being lazy, just open up your fitting rooms like every single other store has. In addition to the inconvenience of the dressing rooms being closed, please dont be in ANY sort of hurry when you visit this store. We waited 35+ minutes in line to check out two items. They had two girls working the cashiers, with one in the middle not being used and other employees just walking around, and they were NO rush to get their 20+ customers checked out and on their way. They would check one out, do a few things behind the counter, go hang some things in the return closet, and then decide to come back and start helping the next customer. At one point, the girl in the mens section starter checking out people, but she was also very slow. It felt like every 15 minutes she would come back and get the next person waiting in line. This was my first time visiting Zara in The Domain, and my experience was unpleasant. I hope this location can get it together.

They are limiting the amount of people coming in, which makes for a more pleasant shopping experience. The line to get in moved fast, as did the line to pay. I found my kids some great items. Chic and comfortable. Generally everything thing I buy here is well made. A few notches up from H&M. I love Zara style!

First time shopping at a Zara. There were some good selections. Really happy with my purchase. No floor associates spoke to me the entire time I was there, which was at least 40 minutes. That could be a plus for some. 😉. Overall, it was a good shopping experience. The girls at checkout were not friendly. I watched them interact with every customer ahead of me and it was a long line, at least 10 people.

Zara has great clothes so my rating is based on the experience here in Austin. Long lines at checkout since they dont employ enough people, long lines to get in store (appreciate the social distancing but its a bit extreme here), all the sizes except XS and S go quickly as they dont carry too many (Ive heard other customers in store complain about this), no fitting rooms (again, you have to wait a long time to do a return-- this is probably their strategy for bigger profits). What I do like: the seamless experience to order online something that is out of stock in-store, if inventory exists (which in my experience has been about 30% of the time). The clothes are on trend, great fit especially for a tall girl like myself, and affordable.

I am big Zara fun. I shopped in Europe Stores, NYC, LA, Miami, Dallas. I spent I lot of money on this brand, but today will be my last time here.This store in Austin is poorly managed, stuff are very rude, unorganized and slow. There were over 50 people waiting in line on Tuesday at 3pm.Customer service was nonexistent.I hope coorporate office reads the review and cares about customers experience and they can make some improvements.Its sad to see Zara in this shape.

Ive been to many other Zara stores around the world and this one is the WORST. Super under-staffed, clothes are thrown everywhere, crazy long lines... They dont even allow people to try on the clothes because of COVID. Excuse me? never heard about this rule in other places before. You have to buy them and try on at home. Place is terrible. You will stand in line for hours, I am not making this up. It is 100 degrees outside fitting rooms are closed and the store is a mess. They do not have their fitting rooms open due to COVID but in doing so it is creating long lines at the registers. People are buying multiple sizes, trying them on, then returning them. This is causing people to crowd together in lines seems counterproductive.

Very good deals but bad service! She will tend her never told me that she could help me just looked at what she did! When I tried to try on something to see if it was my size, she asked me quickly and said that it was not allowed. If I wanted to try it, I should buy it and do it at home, if it was not my size, she will return it! I commented to her that that was something absurd because maybe I was from another state. her answer was that it was like that now and that I had to adapt to this new world in which we live! Omg what an answer! Thanks to his attention, I told her that I would not buy anything there and my wife, who was already on the links to pay for a variety of things that I had taken, told them to return them and that I would never buy anything there!I recommend not to buy anything there! thanks

I have been to the store about four times every time the experience gets worse. The lines to check out are always at least 20 or 30 minutes long. Not all the registers are ever staffed and there arent enough of them. Definitely not a place to come with kids.

Every worker was extremely rude. I asked an employee to look for a size in the back for me and she made me feel like I shouldn’t have even asked her. I thanked her and she just walked away. I don’t have this store where i’m from so it was pretty disappointing to finally to get to go inside my favorite store (online) and have a bad experience due to rude employees.

I wish I couldnt give them one star either. I am really surprise how this big brand charge more on all clothes and have really bad customer service and return policy specially in these pandemic days. I bought a lots of stuff from them and because of pendemic the fitting room were closed and we should bring them home. suddenly something happened in our life and couldt return them within 30 days which I think it should have more than 30 days for this big brand. they did not accept any return or exchange of the size either. Worst customer service of any Zara I have ever been to. The line to check out is always extremely long with one employee working the register and a ton of other employees just wandering around. If theyre just going to wander around and not help at the registers they could size order the mess of the racks. Zara is losing so much money at this location because Im not the only one who walks out instead of waiting in an unnecessary insane line. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first couple times but is literally like this every time.

Today a worker forbade me to take pictures when I tried on clothes. He referred to the company policy. I said that I was not going to use these photos, but he again told me that I couldnt take pictures.I asked Zara support if its true. They answered, that they dont have any policy on not taking photos of the items in store.How can an employee forbid something if he doesnt know the company policy?I like Zara clothing. They made good discounts on Black Friday. I hope that Zara can fix this situation and tell employees about their policy.

The staff seems to be high or something but they are just incompetent at what they do (especially the manager). No, I am not an upset customer writing an upset review. Just the truth. Im probably not the right audience for this place. My sister loves it, but her fashion style is very eclectic. I find most of the clothes to be too weird and trendy -- BUT if Im in the mood to dig I can usually find some items that are more my style. The worst part though are the employees. They hate your guts. Killing them with kindness doesnt help, it just increases their rage. I think they take pleasure in frustrating their customers. There can be a line out the door and around the block and theyll still have only one register open and 20 people folding clothes with expressions of great distaste for the customers trying to get their attention. Really annoying.

Affordable trendy clothing. Sizes are all over the board you may be a 34 in one style and a 30 in another. Customer service at this location is very poor really no one around to help exchange sizes or even help you check out. Pro Tip: Shop at AllSaints instead!Was gifted a pair of jeans and the zipper broke the first day I put them on. I live south so its not often that I get back up to the domain. I finally get out there and the manager told me that she couldnt return the jeans for store credit and that she also couldnt replace the jeans with another pair because they werent in rotation anymore.How can you sell someone a defected product and then tell them theyre stuck with it when youre a franchise that large. Retail management at its finest. Absolute garbage! Hire a new manager, train better, make your clothes durable!

I am so angry, I ordered my dress in plenty of time for a wedding, it got to my house with a stain on it, I called customer service to see what I needed to do, they let me know I needed to print my return receipt, take it to the post office and as soon as it was scanned in they could express ship me a new one. I got to the post office dropped it off and called them, they then proceeded to tell me because of the time crunch it would be best to ship it to the address of the house I was staying at for the wedding that weekend, we got it all set up and she told me to be looking for a tracking email. I never got one so first thing this morning I called back and he told me they couldn’t process a return to another state, even thought it was customer services suggestion yesterday and the only thing they could do is process the return now and send it to my address, we wasted 16 hrs of shipping time and there is no way it will be here before we leave tomorrow. I will never order from them again, and I suggest you don’t either. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

First off, I love Zaras fashion and philosophy on style, and the clothing options available in this store are always my favorites from the complete catalog. There mens section is pretty large, and there are plenty of options from casual, to night-out, to business.This store also has many fine employees who are very helpful and personable. They all have their own unique take on fashion and style yet are very well informed on their product. The quality of product is great for the price you pay.

Best choice in the domain for ‘fast fashion’ if that’s a pro. It can be hit or miss but overall this is the best option for men’s clothing in the area in this price range, where woman’s clothing lacks wearable articles and usually focuses on out dated styles that have failed to sell at other mecha locations. Sometimes it can feel like a Outlet store but if you sift their selection there are usually a couple hidden gems in the sea of otherwise unwearable semi formal stylings stocked. Their best articles come from the basics collection and street wear inspired collections.

Always find something amazing and spectacular at Zara. Also, I dont know why this is listed as Zaras with an s but that should be changed! Everything is fairly expensive, but with the way they make their products at Zara, it is acceptable. The sales they have are always really good, and Im a big fan of their shoes and dresses. Also, Ive never been big on fragrances for women, because I never really found a scent I really liked. I happened to try the sprng/summer fragrance they had, and fell in love. I always go back to see what they have in stock. It changes season to season, but the sweet collection is always really solid. Also, for a more than reasonable price. This location is always neat and clean, and the employees are so kind and helpful.

Awful customer service. Manager treated me like I was trying to run some kind of scheme because of a mistake the clerk admitted was the stores fault. I found an item on the sale rack but it rang up full price, which normally I would assume it was due to being misplaced. It was only a $5 difference at full price and I was going to get it anyway, but there was a section of them on the rack, so I asked. The clerk verified they were on the rack, stated “We shouldn’t have put them there, but you’re right theyre on the sale rack.” He got a manager who insisted on re-checking, but by this point there was only one left on the rack (probably because other people were grabbing them on sale) so she said “Ma’am, there’s only one, so...” implying I had made it all up to get a deal. One of the main things you should avoid if you want customers to continue buying from you is implying that they’re cheap. Walked out and won’t be back to this location.

There is a gentleman that has longer hair and usually wears quite a bit of jewelry. He has helped me at the register twice... the absolute worst customer service I have EVER had. I should’ve asked for his name- I’m a manger for a major beauty retailer so I get that the struggle is real sometimes but he didn’t smile once or even really say ANYTHING. I’m going to figure out how to submit a formal complaint.

Bought a pant from here. Got torn from the back the first time I wore it. It was after 30 days I wore this so I get no return no exchange no assistance whatsoever. Just wasted my time by making me click pictures of my pant and send them over email. The service I recieved from customer care line was horrible.
