Jasmin was a life saver! We were the annoying customers that came in at 6:15pm and had a complicated ask. She successfully got us both transferred on a new plan with new phones and even put on our screen protectors all under an hour. She stayed with us past close and was gracious about it. Gave Verizon customer experience a great name!

Mike was exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful. Somebody get this guy a pay raise! I went to two other Verizon stores earlier in the day and the representatives that attempted to help me could not come close to the level of service I received here. Also, the woman outsides customer service skills were top notch. Good job guys.

I went in for help setting up a replacement note 9 phone. Michael was the service rep who assisted me. He was very knowledgeable about how my new phone works. He was so patient with me, let me take notes so I may readily remember how to do certain things and set my home screen up to mirror the home screen on my previous phone. This was a very pleasant and successful service encounter. I will definitely make the Lamar Street Verizon store in Austin, Tx my preferred Verizon store. Thank you for a very good experience.

Daniel was AMAZING. My fiancé and I came in on our vacation from NC because we had to emergency upgrade my phone and he helped us stick to our budget and find a great phone for me. He was extremely kind and professional and both my fiancé and I left happy with our experience.

The staff is friendly however the overall experience can be something of an ordeal. Get to the store, then sign in and stand around the parking lot waiting for a turn in the store. 300 people can get in an airplane but if 6 or 7 people end up in a Verizon store it would obviously be disastrous. All common sense has went out the window a long time ago. I call this irrational foolishness.

Staff at store are awesome ! I had a terrible experience with this company. They wanted to charge me $165 dlls PER MONTH!!! I switched to a different T Cell mobile company I am paying $50 per month better service!!! Shop around!!! Trust me you wont regret 😌

Terrible service. Elizabeth treated me like I was trash when I pay $200+ a month. This experience alone and how she wouldn’t help find a solution for me as well as treated me like a peasant tells me Verizon is about to lose my service.

I had a 2 p.m. appointment to add a line and upgrade two phones. Less than five minutes after getting there and going through our wants, the associate said we should do everything online. He said it would take too long to back up our phones and transfer to the new iPhones. This after we made an appointment after we were told to make an appointment to change plan and phones. Nothing was the same with the online services. We are now leaving Verizon completely because its been an all day process and we still have not been accommodated. All because one associate thought he didnt need to take the time to treat customer with respect.

Tecnition didnt open the door until 10:05 told him I needed a screen saver for my moto 4 z he hurly said we dont have any. Okay!Went to lake line store. There the tecnition promptly with a new screen saver. And was very polite.If you dont want to be at work then rotate out.Im sure someone else wants the job.And these are both Verizon stores.What a contrast.

Worst service I had from a Verizon store. I came in because I had a stolen phone. Basically told I would have to get a new phone and phone number. I was alright with that but then another customer came in with the same problem. He was given more options on how to retrieve his phone and more time was spent on him. I later found out from another Verizon store that I could keep the same phone number and track my phone through my Gmail account.

Worst experience at a Verizon. Came in with a malfunctioning Pixel 2XL and was basically accused of making the whole thing up by Justin. After some convincing, we got him to ship a new phone. The new phone came in a different color and when we returned he refused to help as he said there is nothing that can be done about it. He then just used the store phone to call Verizon support for us. At a Verizon store. Should have just dealt with this over the phone.TLDR; don’t go unless you are spending money. They don’t like helping, just selling.

I had a good experience coming here to transfer from ATT. I came in the first time to price them and gather details about what I needed to have ready to make the switch. Come time to transfer over I had all the info I needed and it was a very fast phone purchase and account setup (like 30 minutes). Good prices (better than ATT but a little more than sprint) but you pay for the network as well.

I was misled not informed when I brought my phone I stated if I didnt like it I had 14 from t day I received 2 return it pick a new phone nothing at no point was I informed of a $50 restock charge.I have been a loyal customer because of t service didnt even mind paying more the guy did give me a $50 credit on my next bill but t store still charge me $34 4 restock charge if this isnt resolved correctly I will b leaving Verizon that how misled not informed I am!!😠

Terrible service!! Walked in and they didnt even look up from their phones! I bought a zagg screen protector, they installed it, and fell off 2 weeks later. They would not let me return it. They basically said oh well too bad. Dont waste your time or money here.
