I was so happy with the work of Floor king. Heidi Barrick was so helpful. I went in with a idea of what I wanted and she knew exactly what I needed. This was actually my 3rd stop and there prices were the best. They beat the prices of a big box store and a local company. They knocked out my whole upstairs in one day. That crew was awesome! I will definitely be back with my next projects!

This place is excellent. The options and prices were great. Heidi was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She made me feel really relaxed about the entire process, assisted me with great confidence and was a blast to work with. The quality and efficiency of the job went great. In this current environmental I was prepared for issues, since I had had a bunch replacing cabinets last month, but had none with Floor King. I cannot recommend Heidi or this team enough.

I just had Floor King come replace some carpet in my house and had a great experience! I received a call the day before to confirm when they would be here and the installer showed up within the window I was given. The installers were very respectful, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They even insisted on sweeping up my front hallway because there were a few carpet fibers even though I told them it wasn’t necessary. I was very impressed at the level of professionalism.

Heidi B. is the definition of excellent customer service. I recently purchased vinyl plank to replace the entire flooring in my new home. When it was installed it looked nothing like the manufactures sample that had been provided to the store, nor did it look like the planks that the installer showed me when he pulled a few out of the boxes. I was very displeased with the resulting look. I contacted Heidi and she immediately put all the pieces in place to put in another floor at no charge to me. My new floor is now installed and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Floor King personnel, products, and service!

Why do people read reviews? I believe its because we want to hear about a good or bad experience to help us make a decision on whether or not to use this company. Anytime I approach spending or investing for that matter into a company, customer service matters. That being said our experience with Kristal was absolutely refreshing for my wife and I. We never felt pushed into something we didnt want. We walked out of there with exactly what we needed, a great experience and quality service. Thank you Kristal, were excited to see the work Floor King does in our home.

We recently utilized the services of Floor King during remodeling of our home. Philip met all our needs from estimating to installation. The price, quality of product, service and installation was wonderful. Thanks too all and we will use them again when needed.

The service was excellent. I worked with Robert. He found exactly the product I was looking for and everything I needed to go with it. Price with installation was better than everywhere else we looked.

I have grout color problems all over, grout width problems not even close- 1/2 the width or less. Not good quality, dont stand behind their work. Do not use this company. Barry Wandslow DR horton sales rep hung up on me they wont even come in to look or address the issues.

I bought a new house that they installed the floor in. During my walkthrough I found multiple spots with gaps between the vinyl floor. I scheduled for a warranty repair and had 2 no show no call appointments that I had canceled other things for and waited on them. Finally got them to come out on the third try and they filled in that cracks (if you can even call it that) with a darker non matching stain which I can still see the concrete floor between. It actually was less noticable before their so called repair. I could have done a better job myself and will probably try to remove what they did and fix it myself. I only called them since they installed it and I assumed they would properly fix it.UPDATE* I was contacted by them to correct the bad repair. They were able to come out and assess everything and replace the sections with new vinyl flooring.

We are building a new home in Austin and spent the day with Lauren Buckley. She was knowledgeable, professional and lots of fun. She helped us find the right upgrades and kept us within our budget. We were so satisfied with our experience we had to write a review (and we dont typically do reviews). Thank you Lauren!!! 5+ stars for you!!!

**Update** This company can NOT be trusted.The scratching, chipping, and splintering of the planks and flaking of the finish is a result of consumer-related activities. The lack of proper floor protection is also a contributing factor.The claim presented is considered site related and therefore not covered under warranty. Based on all of the information presented, we respectfully must deny your claim.We bought our house less than a year ago and the floor is already chipping. So far we have more than 22 spots where the laminate flooring is peeling up. We have been trying to work with Floor king to honor their so-called warranty and it has been a nightmare. They will not call you back, after 3 weeks of calling and calling they finally sent someone over to take a look, they then wanted me to sign something that states the floor is not defective and I will have no further action if signed. After I refused and said this floor is defective 22 places that had chips over an inch large in less than 11 months that is defective. They sent someone from the flooring company which I was happy about. Now they said I have to wait another 3 weeks to have yet another inspector come take a look. And wouldnt you know it that guy is set to come out the day after my warranty is up? I do not recommend them at all.

Getting a home with Brohn, just finalized my upgrade selections. Been working with Ashton, she is great I would recommend her to anyone going through this process. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Great place for your flooring needs!

I went back to floor King to pick up information on care of my new carpet and wood flooring that the original salesman promised me but did not deliver. Avery Delamar helped me tremendously. If I go back there, Avery will be the one I use to purchase additional flooring. He was wonderful!

Worked with Sonny Bennett and he came out and gave a free measurement and estimate. They completed the work very quickly and professionally. We are very happy with the price and the work. Would definitely recommend.

We went to floor king for our design selections for our new house. We worked with Kristal. When we went to pick out selections she was great and friendly, didnt show us any upgrades which we requested since the house was already at the top of our budget. The first thing that changed throughout the process was that we had to cut the amount of internet/cable jacks we were told we would have in half, which we went along with, assuming that would be the only change. But then a few weeks later they told us they no longer offered the towel/toilet paper racks in the color we had chose, which this being our first home was extremely frustrating. When I told Kristal my frustrations and how I would think that the company she represents could stick to their word on what they told us they offered, she proceeded to tell me We havent gotten a lot of push back because its something so small and its something you can buy yourself at the store for cheap And its just a few screws to change out making me feel as though Im the one in the wrong for being upset that she was the one that couldnt follow through with what she told us. She attempted to make me feel stupid and as though me being upset over that was invalid. She was incredibly unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone work with her. I cannot believe the way she spoke to me, a client, on the phone, it was absolutely rude and ridiculous. I truly hope she doesnt speak to all of her clients that way, I can stand up for myself, but there are people out there who cant and she truly came across as a bully and Im not okay with that. I hope floor king starts monitoring the way their staff treats people because that was absolutely ridiculous.

Walking in here expect to see more floors than you could have ever imagined. Found a perfect match to my 7 year old hardwood floors.

183 location is difficult to work with.I went in a few weeks ago and a lady pointed me in the direction of the Berber carpets. I found one I liked and then left to shop around some more.Two weeks later I came back and was ready to purchase the carpet. They asked if anyone had helped me and I said that some lady helped me a little. They said That must have been Jenny. She isnt here right now so come back tomorrow. So I left.I called on the phone the next day to order the carpet and got the same run around. They said that Jenny was the only person I could talk to and that she wasnt there that day either. I told them that Jenny didnt have my name or any information about my carpet job... all she did was point me to the Berber carpets. They didnt care and said that I had to speak to Jenny since she is the salesperson that made first contact. I told them that I had a tight timeline and would like to get the order placed and installation scheduled today. They refused to help me.I ended up going somewhere else to purchase my carpet.Seriously... ever heard of being a team player? I get that you want to protect your commissions. But it shouldnt be at the expense of losing a customer.Your sales folks need to learn that the customer comes first.

Was there to pick out designs for our new home purchase. I would not have gone here if it wasnt the builders choice. The design expert they put us with was not flexible about times or dates. Monday through Friday only and during my work hours as well. Made me take off work to select designs. Gave 4 stars because of the selections within the store.

Remodels are stressful, even when everything goes right. And they can feel overwhelming when things go wrong. We remodeled our master bath and, although many things went wrong, Jenne Devin of Floor King was one of things that went extremely well.We hired an architect, interior designer and a highly rated general contractor for the remodel. Floor King supplied the tile. The designer and contractor, despite their credentials, missed many things. Jenne’s experience, calm manner and knowledge of Floor King’s vast offerings kept our project from becoming a disaster. We found her adivse to be superior to the interior designer’s.Without hesitation, we highly recommend Jenne and Floor King for future bathroom projects.

Staff was annoyed when we asked for pricing, and gave us a lecture about not shopping ‘correctly’ :/
