There’s nothing cheap about this dealership, Mr. Steve Chapman is over pricing his vehicles, he wouldn’t even take a reasonable offer for a 13,000$ truck with high miles when the truck is clean title price for 10,000$ If he was going to in house finance a customer you would be paying between 15 to 18,000 for an older vehicle what a rip off. I recommend shopping somewhere else. They are not very open to negotiation either.

I visited this place 3 weeks ago money on hand to buy a Honda minivan they had, then the man says its not for sale but yet selling thats on their website. Today we went to Steve Chapman motors on Ben White again to try to buy a different vehicle the same man comes out and says none of the vehicles are for sale these people are rude downright ugly and just dont want to make a sale, I would not recommend anybody.

If I could rate them a 0...I would. I bought a truck from Jorge the so called manager from the Chapman Motors on E. Ben White location 4 months ago. I took it for a test drive it was good but the next day it started throwing white smoke. Told Jorge about it, he told me to bring it in,I did. I calleda a month later for an update on my truck. He gave me an attitude right from the start, He told me...Stop calling me and they will call me when the truck is ready. 3 months later still didnt get a call back. Jorge told me the owner of Steve Chapman was going to fix the problem , but I hadnt heard from them in about a week. My wife called today 8/21/20 they said they were not going to fix it and couldnt do anything else. They had it parked for months just putting oil and not fixing the problem. I go to see whats going on. I get there at 10:30 as soon as I get there I try to talk to Jorge, he ignores me says he has nothing to say and 0that he is done with us, then he shuts his self in his office. The guy at the counter I didnt catch his name but hes dressed like hes going on a fishing trip, he approached me with an attitude, kicks me out starts cussing,saying there not going to put any more work or money into the vehicle, even if they did nothing to it but put oil. Jorge finally comes out of his office screaming telling me to leave, he gets in my face and says I havent seen him get mad. so basically threatening me saying hes going to go to my job telling me all this BS. not even trying to work something out. no good customer service I cant even believe he is a manager/salesman.I called the main office in San Antonio to see if they can help me, they were actually nice. I hope they see how bad the office is in Ben White Everything is on camera . The owner should look at the video from 1030 till about 11 something. Its all there. This is bad business and I dont think you should buy from these guys. just save your money take your business somewheres else, they wont take care of you but they will be glad to take your money. Ben White location or anybody from that location they are rude and have bad customer service.Any one who buys a vehicle here, just make sure your making the right decision. BAD customer service and Very RUDE. I do not recommend them at all. Bad experience. They are liars. Make sure you know what your doing. Maybe I didnt know enough, and they took advantage of us. Take your business somewheres else or you will be disappointed

These guys saved me hundreds on ac diagnostics and repair. After a common polite creating I mentioned my account being leaking out after just three days. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in about 5 minutes. Im riding cool with the windows up now because these guys are so awesome.

Overly priced car and they are not dependable will need to put it in the shop.

Just brought a surburban which I think it was over priced because of the year and most definitely the mileage BUT THE REASON IM WRITING IS BECAUSE WHEN DEALING WITH PEOPLE YOU MUST HAVE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GUY WHO SOLD ME THE SURBURBAN NEEDS IT OR FIND ANOTHER PROFESSION

These people where very nice when we got the car. but after that it went down hill from there we have bought the car back several times since we had it, . there very rude when you call them about the car and instead of fixing the car they bandage it each time to last a week. i spent my hard earned money on a down payment on this car and it brings me to tears each week because it breaks down. they could care less about my situation and what i have went through since i have had the car. I feel cheated by the situation. Young people watch out dont buy a car from these people non of there cars are worth your hard earned money and all the time you will have to spend calling a ride or them to come tow the car because the car broke down. But there happy to take your money just as kind and polite and sweet. dont be fooled by the wolf in sheep clothing. HEED MY WARNING!!!!!!

Not only was I taken care of promptly and properly when I purchased my Tahoe, but I had an AC problem 8 months after I bought the truck and they fixed it (a solid hour and a half of work) free of charge... Ive never felt so good about a major purchase. Thank you Chris...

Many of their vehicles are really overpriced. A 2008 Tahoe LTZ for $17000+? No thank you lol. Thats about $7k over the upper limit of fair market value. The people that gave Chapman Motors good ratings either got the managers special or they are simply not aware of how much they overpayed.

My family has got 10 cars from here . They are very nice . I have traded my cars with no problem. If they brake down I can take them in and they will fix them and give me a car to drive. Very nice ppl

I did buy my first car from this location they where very nice and very considerate and understanding when I was late on a payment or lost my job. I did not get harassed and the ohone calls where always very pleasent!!!

They dont deserve even this star rude as hell and basically called me a liar... the gentlemen with the glasses was very unfriendly and didnt care to hear my situation. said everyone has situations and didnt wanna hear it. a real jerk
