Ive taken my 911 Targa to Porsche Austin for service since I purchased the car in 2017. Theyve stood behind their service and repair work, and definitely gone way above and beyond on a recent repair that took a few trips into the shop to resolve. Recommend highly.

I bought a certified 2016 911 GT3 RS from them and it kept having to go to the shop. so I sold it on 1/29/2021. I went to Porsche of Austin with all the paperwork to get a refund for the extended warranty and it has been 6 months and I am yet to get a refund. I even talked to Porsche North America and they have been calling the Finance Manager but he does not answer their calls just like he does not answer me calls. The parent Company is big but from this experience I can see that they just do not know how to work.

Inquired by email first, then after confirming availability drove into the dealership. Met with Diego Hodges, and he did everything possible to earn my business. Completed the deal all electronically with their Finance Director and was on my way home in just over 2 hours. The car was delivered to me later that day. A really great experience.

I was traveling through Austin and my tire sensor light came on and it appeared I had a nail in my tire. Porsche Austin got me in immediately, determined there was no nail, did an evaluation of all four tires and put air in them. They did not charge me and everyone was nice, polite, courteous and helpful. The waiting space is also beautiful! I highly recommend them.

Purchased a used vehicle in March 2021 this year and as of Oct. 2021, Im on my 5th round of temporary plates. Have had multiple discussions with the finance team - seems that Porsche Austin didnt collect all the necessary documentation before selling me the vehicle (specifically, they didnt obtain the official release of lien from the seller). Somehow the dealership purchased the vehicle anyway, which I in turn bought without realizing the bureaucratic nightmare I was entering. Not an expert, but this seems like someone messed up somewhere.Ive had multiple discussions with someone on their finance team. Sometimes seems like progress is being made, but again, 7 months later, no plates. Two stars overall, but a big 5 stars to the sales rep I worked with to purchase the vehicle - he did great. Bummer that their finance team dropped the ball on this one. I dont see myself purchasing another vehicle here and will probably encourage other folks to avoid it if it comes up.

I dont think Ive ever had bad service at a dealership EVER in my life before. Typically everyone there is HAPPY to take your money lol. That is until I bought a Porsche (pre-owned) and had to take it to a PORSCHE dealership. Unfortunately, theres only one Porsche dealership in Austin (at the moment). And boy oh boy! These people must ONLY be used to a certain demographic of people entering their facilities, because THE ONLY good service I experienced there at that dealership was with the girl behind complimentary coffee desk. It all went down hill after that. There was a brand ambassador (I wont post HER name), But she responded to me as if I was there to rob the place or something. She wanted me to know she was very uncomfortable with me speaking to her, I just asked if she could help me schedule a service. Her eyes, body language and response made ME uncomfortable and nervous lol. I just had to leave that place. I told my insurance company Id prefer to drive to SA Porsche dealership for now until the new south Austin dealership open and PRAY the value ALL people and business that walks through their doors. Ive told soo many people about this experience and they believe its a Porsche customer service thing, but Im hoping that was just NORTH AUSTIN PORSCHE people 😊It took me over a week and multiple conversations to get over that day of bad service at that dealership lol

Diego and the finance department even stayed beyond their hours to get all the paperwork done that night.Diego also set up a call with the previous owner. I didnt ask for it, he offered to do it. This gave me the peace of mind on the cars condition which really sealed the deal.Its great when you find car sales associates who are willing to work with you instead of against you. Overall, good employees and a fair price. Pleased with the purchase.

I drove to Austin for the weekend and my Porsche Boxster developed many electrical faults on my way there. I had a Christmas tree of lights on my dash and no convertible top function, no cruise control (among other things). It was Saturday and they were busy and I had no appointment. I drove in to the dealership after lunch and explained my dilemma. I was heading home the next day (377 miles) with no Porsche dealership near me. They did not hesitate and immediately took my car (an older Porsche) back into service and a couple of hours later I received a text that my car was ready to go and had zero issues to worry about on the trip home. I simply cannot say enough positive things about Porsche Austin, Jordan, and the rest of the service staff that took care of me and took all the stress out of a stressful situation! A++++++++

Absolutely incredible experience. As a Porsche fan first and foremost, it was quite cool to see what theyve done, particularly with the service bay and showroom area. The new building off of Research is worth a visit.I had a very low pressure sales experience, where Diego answered all my questions, and made sure that I found a vehicle that met my needs, without any of the stereotypical keep you here tactics. It was refreshing.I was also thankful that unlike other experiences Ive had before at dealerships, I wasnt ignored once I bought the car and was off the lot. There were some follow up items that needed to get ironed out, and Diego, Eli, and other folks on staff made sure I was all squared away.

Found out today that a tire shop had not returned the wheel key lock of my Cayenne. Very stressful start of the day. Thanks to Merell at Porsche of Austin she made my day by providing me the master key to loosen the locked wheel lugs. Extremely great service by Porsche of Austin at no charge.

When the deal was worked out, I spent 40 minutes at the dealer for paperwork and pickup to get my new car. Very friendly staff and great service right when you pull up. The facility is clean and well cared for. The on ramp is pretty steep so if you have a lowered car, make sure to take it slow and sideways. Can’t wait for their 360 location to open up so we can have a north Porsche location.

New dealership is really nice, big improvement. Service drop is also very nice. Picking up our vehicles was not good at all, we were called and told our vehicles were ready and both instances we arrived several hours later to pick them up only to wait for 20-45 minutes. Very disorganized, vehicles had not been located (they claim it’s hard to find the cars?) and they had not been washed. All work performed seems ok, a little early to tell as both vehicles were in for repeat repairs on the same issue.

This was our second lease from Porsche of Austin. We had a fantastic first experience and Shaun made sure to meet the expectations for the second. He quickly found a few vehicles that met our wants and made the deal happen quickly. Everyone was professional and made sure we left extremely happy. I wish I could be brief but I need to tell the exact details so you can assess for yourself.On June 29th I saw a used Mercedes Benz vehicle on their website and I enquired about it.I was contacted by Anthony Vincent daily to seek my interest. He even sent me hold the car form to reserve it before my test drive. I found a gap in my schedule and made an appointment. An appointment for test Drive was set up on 7th of July, 2021.That day of test drive I was halfway between Houston to Austin, Anthony called to inform me: Bad news sorry the car has been picked up to check on it for you and it will be ready by 2 pm. I arrived at the Dealership by 10:30am and was taken to see the car to my surprise it was on a lift and I have no idea what is going on. When I asked he said this is just a routine check, and assured me that the car is in tip top shape and you are getting a good deal.We sat down he got me the car fax report look here no issues and started the paper work. I continued in belief that they would be honest and working for their reputation that they would not sell a vehicle except if they can guarantee that it is fine.During my sit down with the Financial manager (cant recall his name) he was insisting that I get extended warranty but I refused (I had a feeling they were up to something). Finished the deal and paid my down payment and we were in the reception area by 11:30 am, at approximately 12:00pm he told me your car is done, they FIXED IT FAST, now it is in the car wash and once it is done I will place the temporary tags and will bring it out front. He parked the car out front took pics of myself and my family.After I made my arrangements with insurance and all I drove to Houston. TWO MILES from the dealership the car started shaking and vibrating there was no acceleration power and a loud noise from the engine. I parked in the nearest parking lot and called him back. He told me to bring it back so they can fix it and we can take it immediately I told him the car is not drivable. I will leave the car to be towed and pick it up another day. He was so apologetic and told me they would send someone to tow it. After waiting for nearly one hour, the tow truck came. Anthony told me he will keep updating me.AFTER TWO DAYS NOT HEARING BACK I texted him and he replied that it is an emergency parking brake issue and that they sent it to the Mercedes Benz dealership and will call once it is back.One day passes no call, or text, two days nothing till the 4th day Tuesday the 13th I sent an email requesting an update for the vehicle. He just replied with what Mercedes Benz told them , so I requested the inspection report to see what is going on because to be honest in my knowledge of vehicles it seemed more than just a emergency parking break issue. He replied immediately with the inspection report.Ok now it is at the Mercedes Benz approaching two weeks since my purchase and unknown when the issues will be fixed. By Thursday I contacted Mercedes Benz they said the people assigned to fix the vehicle one of them is on vacation. Then I sent an email to Anthony to request cancellation of the purchase he didnt reply with an email, instead he called back and told me the car is ready in the dealer for me to pick it up! Is that so?! I just called Mercedes Benz and they said they didnt even start on it for so and so reason. He was put on the spot he merged the call with the finance manager to work things out and after a verbal agreement they said they will send over forms to cancel the deal and return my downpayment to my bank account. Today ,July 19 is day 4 and they havent returned my emails to get the forms yet!!!!!! They still have my money!! THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS !! Maybe it is because I am black with an accent they are ignoring me!

5 stars? How about 10! Unlike anything Ive seen before! Porsche Austin is an experience, not just a place to acquire a beautiful sports car. The inside of the building is...a museum for trophies. I was so taken with the masterful architecture, it took me a couple minutes to remember there were cars there! It truly was awe inspiring. Of course the Porches are stunning. But because of the lighting and design of the building, they look magical (The spots on the cars in the photos were reflections of the lights). I was greeted by my new friend Alex as I came in - hands down the most congenial and sharp sales associate Ive ever met – truly a class act.Heres the best part. My visit there was a birthday “field trip”. I just wanted to walk around and look. I had watched the construction from where I live across highway 360, and was curious to see the inside. It is highly unlikely that I could ever own a Porsche. I told Alex as much and he, not missing a beat, said we were doing a birthday photo shoot with me in the cars! It was so fun. There was no financial payoff for him to invest time with me, yet he did. He treated me like a queen. That I will never forget.Go experience it for yourself and make a friend. Oh, and go by there at night. Just be sure youre stopped when you look, the top floor lighting will definitely take your eyes off the road!

My car was in to be checked over before a trip. It was somewhat difficult reaching the advisor to make a minor change in what I needed. The manager put another advisor in touch with me eventually and the appointment went relatively smoothly once I was there.However, the technician broke a switch which was apparent in the driveway when the car was delivered. The advisor agreed to order a part to fix it at their expense and that the part would be in the following week. After hearing nothing for about 10 days I messaged the advisor, who said the part had arrived but the parts department could not find it. She promised an update that afternoon. However, no word by the end of the day.It is a nice new dealership and quite an improvement over the old location where I bought the car. They have some kinks to work out though.

As a general I do not post reviews.That being said,I contacted Shaun Jones at the dealer regarding a 2015 911 Turbo cab.He was very punctual in answering all of my questions (along with photos of the vehicle) with the exception of one.That question being “does the vehicle have any paintwork on it”.After emailing him a second time I received no response.This was Certified Preowned car. I think it’s a fair question to ask considering what you may be spending to acquire one of these cars. Anon responses on professional it’s unfortunate but I guess it’s become more common.

Always a great experience and Nick took great care of us. They make whatever you wish to do very easy whether buying or leasing and they always source well optioned cars so you get better choice. This time we leased a Taycan 4S. Incredible car and they’ve done a lot to get us set up and comfortable with the brand new experience. Looking forward to seeing this new technology progress.

If you are buying a new car, no problem. If you are buying a used car, have them show you a clear title before buying. I purchased a vehicle for over $100K over 3.5 months ago and the dealer doesnt have a lien released title in hand yet. Thats not much of an issue; however, the real issue is their General Manager has been unresponsive.

Great experience with the service department. We were traveling when the car developed a serious problem (PASM and Engine Control failure warnings). They were able to diagnose and repair it within a couple of hours. They also identified a couple of other cosmetic items that can be fixed under the warranty after I return home.Highly recommended!

Purchased a used car and was given 1 key that did not work with my new car. I live 3 hours from dealership, so that was the first error. Corrected.Called asking where my plates where, and they found them and would overnight them...literally 8 days later, i got plates, after several frustrated emails and conversations. Of course my paper plates had expired and they just dropped the ball over and over and over again. Terrible Customer Service. Good Luck. Hope they improve for others. I would not recommend.

My experiences using the Service Department at Porsche in Austin TX have been favorable. Theyve provided me with a loaner even though I bought my car at a different dealership and even though the warranty period is over. The repair cost have been consistently lower than the prices quoted by the Porsche dealership in San Antonio. So much so, that I no longer waste my time calling the San Antonio dealer anymore.All around superior dealership compared to San Antonios Porsche dealership. Will give the Austin dealer the opportunity to sell me my next porsche.

Jacob was our online salesman.Jacob worked very hard to find the car we wanted and make sure we were satisfied from first contact to signing contract to purchase.Jacob is diligent, responsive, and dependable.It was our first time to buy a car online without ever seeing the car in person. Although we just dropped in, we had a specific vehicle type in mind and our Porsche Ambassador, Ryan, did and outstanding job of providing details on the various cars available, as well as a thorough test drive. Service was ok although not an explanation of what was done. The quoted price and actual price of service were not the same. Knowledge of the advisor not great , couldn’t explain few thinks I asked , they car wash was very mediocre. So not extremely enthusiastic about them .

I contacted Porsche Austin regarding them potentially purchasing/trading my, quite literally, brand new vehicle that I had just received from out of state. I was contacted by a sales rep the next day who insisted I bring the car in for them to look it over. The car is brand new and all I was looking for was an estimate; something I had to explain multiple times. He proceeded to talk over me as I explained why I felt it was unnecessary for me to bring the car in, at which point he began to get short with me. After making it crystal clear that I was not going to bring the car in, as it was pointless and a waste of my time, he conceded and we hung up. A few days later I receive an e-mail from him asking for pictures and the mileage; exactly as I had suggested. I went ahead and sent him the requested information along with various other details including my build sheet so he would know exactly how the car was equipped. He replied informing me that they had no interest in purchasing my vehicle due to them already having a full inventory of cars of the same model. Then why e-mail me if you already knew you wouldnt take the car? When I replied to this e-mail I did not receive a response. I dont know what kind of childish game he was playing but it has definitely prompted me to take my business elsewhere.

Fast and friendly service. Needs improvement in the customer service as I didn’t feel like I was shopping for a premium car.
