We had a great experience here. I’ve never bought a BMW anywhere but the dealer and was pleasantly surprised. Jeff Pickett was our sales person. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very responsive. The purchasing process was very easy. Last time I bought a BMW at the dealer it took me 3 hours to get out of there. This took half of the time. I found out they do BMW service too so will likely use them for service too.

This was the easiest auto purchase I have ever made. A good price for the car I purchased. A competitive price for the car I traded in. Very helpful sales team (Jeff Pickett, TJ & Tyler). Fantastic car buying experience! Casey did a great job, very patient, I think we had 5 test drives. Price was great. On the at home from the dealership a high pressure fuel line began leaking, strong gasoline smell outside and inside the vehicle. They gave me a loaner, repaired the fuel line, replaced the cabin air filter, got rid of the smell all for no charge. I first called up and spoke with Maurice about a car I had heard about, he quickly pulled up everything about it, I needed to know up to where I’d be out the door. He even brought the car up to my job because I was so busy I couldn’t make it to ASI. By the time I made it he introduced me to Daniel, we went into trucks then, he informed me of trim packages of each of the Tundras they had.
