I was actually recommended this shop due to having trouble finding a good fit due to my odd bust vs band size. Since then about 3 years ago I havent bought a bra anywhere else. Ive also brought two friends and they have both ended up wanting to return due to the wonderful fit they experienced.Sometimes the wait can take a bit, however when its your turn to be fitted and seen to there is no feelings of being rushed. Its easy to discuss with the fitters your desires or accept or reject the fitters recommendations.The bras are more expensive but they are quality. I have attempted to care for mine especially knowing that I didnt want to spend a lot of money on bras often and Ive gotten maybe two every year and a half. They are still good after that time, I just desire a new one. My old bras would give out long before that.Anyways I highly recommend this place.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR LARGE BUSTS. I had a really great experience here today. I got fitted properly for the first time in years and feel better already having the perfect bra. The person who helped me gave me so many options and I didnt feel rushed out the door. I was also provided aftercare instructions. I will keep shopping here in the future!

Responding to the comment from the business: I understand that bras are expensive, but I don’t think someone that can only afford a $60 bra should be treated differently than a customer that can afford a $90 bra. Additionally, when I returned the second bra I bought (that I paid $68 for) no one offered to refit me or any other kind of assistance. And I didn’t end up getting a less expensive bra elsewhere like your response implies. If your staff was truly concerned that I was unhappy with the fit of the bra, they should have been kind and offered a solution during my return. I was dismissed and talked over. I wasn’t rude or confrontational during my return. I ended up shutting down because I was embarrassed that the person totally dismissed what I was saying. Offering good customer service after a not so positive review isn’t really offering good customer service.Original review:Staff was rude and short with me during the return process when I tried to explain that I was disappointed in the fit of the bra after wearing for a few days.Also Ive been here three times (each tine spending over $100) but I feel like when Ive mentioned that budget is important to me the sales person checks out.I really wanted to like this place and spend money locally, but the experience with their customer service really turned me off. I always love this place. bras in my size in beautiful colors. the attendants are amazing. i get a fitting to make sure im in the right size, we discuss fit, and all my purchased (ie favorite) designs and colors are saved so i can order online later! If you have a need for a beautiful bra that makes you FEEL just as beautiful, come here!! Its worth the 5hours I drive just to visit! Cant recommend often or loud enough!

Its nice to know there is an alternative to VS, however, i still find it overpriced. Nevertheless, one will find wide variety of intimates.Not sure if its a store specialization or a regional customer demand trend, but i found most displayed pieces way to big on the top, as of for all our “milky” girls. I wish i would be so blessed, but i am not, and, therefore, its one less reason for me to come back. Perhaps, i should ask if they care pieces i like in my size, but it meant i had to wait for someone to be available. nothing at the store got my attention THAT much.A neat detail: the store set up with a consideration of group shoppers (aka - with kids and husbands): a cute nook with chairs at the entrance. One can also sit there in wait for sale assistant, if help needed.

Yesterday my mother and I went to PCF and had a wonderful experience. It was my first time ever being professionally fit for a bra. Like so many woman I had no idea what size I should be wearing and have been wearing the wrong size.Jessica was fantastic! Friendly, patient, had excellent communication, and very detailed. She made sure we were absolutely satisfied. Super knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with her.Loved the store, the options, the quality of the bras and customer service was amazing (we had a separate person check us out). Loved it’s local, and family owned, 3rd generation to be exact.Thank you PCF, you will be seeing us again!

I had an incredible experience here! I was nervous about it at first, but the staff was so welcoming and patient. I will echo that the bras are not cheap, but the quality and experience is so worth it. I would consider it an investment and highly recommend. You sign up for a fitting at the front counter and then they take such good care of getting you measured and finding what you are looking for. You have to try it!

I went here to find some bras for my niece. I specifically told the employee that was helping us about my nieces prom dress and complications finding a bra that would not show. Not only did she find the bra, but all of her recommendations were prefect. She toggled between the two of us, not missing a beat. I left out of the store past closing, and not one employee made us feel as if we were being rude for staying. It was honestly the best bra experience ever. I cant remember the employees name, but she was awesome. We took home 6 bras and comfort knowing that there is actually a company that takes the time to help us navigate these contraptions we wear 24/7. I cant say enough good things about our experience. I usually can’t stand getting a “bra fitting” for one I’ve never really had a bra I truly loved wearing....and for two it’s never fit right after having children. So I was a huge skeptic about coming in to PF but the staff made it comfortable and not pushy and I feel like they gave me the best fitting I’ve ever had. I purchased 6 bras and I’ve never been happier with the feel and quality at a great price! Girls best place in town by far...Don’t waste your money on VS ever again!!! Petticoat Fair is where it’s at. I’m so happy!!

I am one of those people who HATES shopping for bras. No one ever has my size, and anywhere that has something close always tries to squeeze me into something too small in order to get the sale. Since this store has such a variety of sizes, I was able to find a strapless bra that actually fits and looks good. The prices were surprisingly moderate too for what they are selling, I found a bra in my size on sales for under $50 (all big chested girls know this is unheard of!!) Super impressed with the customer service and variety, I will definitely be back!

I was a year overdue for a post baby, post nursing fitting, none of my bras at home even remotely fit. Sarah, my fitter, did an awesome job and hooked it up (literally) with some super flattering new bras. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager and my loyalty remains for good reason.

I went in yesterday with a friend who asked me to go with her because she needed new bras and wanted someone to help her pick a few out. I have never been to an actual bra shop, so she encouraged me to be fitted and see what I might like style wise. While the shop itself seems rather nice, our fitter did not. It seemed as if it was an inconvenience to help more than my friend and that it was even more of an inconvenience to even fit me. She will probably say that I had no complaints with her service, but when youre used to people calling you aggressive because of how you look, you dont try to make a scene.I do not feel as if I was listened to at all and even felt insulted as she continued to go up in cup size, even as I told her that the cups felt too big. I am happy that my friend was able to find a selection for herself, but at this moment I feel as if I will need to talk to the manager or the store owner about yesterday before I will feel comfortable returning.

I went in the middle of the day on a week day and the store was mostly empty. I was helped almost immediately after I signed in at the counter. A new employee and her trainer helped me out and were both the epitomy of professionalism. They quickly got me in a large comfortable dressing room and took my measurements (over shirt) after asking what I was looking for. I told them about my failures in measuring myself and reassured me then they brought me a bra to try on that was both adorable and fit perfectly. Turns out Im a completely different size than I thought I was! I wouldnt have believed it if the bra hadnt fit like a glove. I tried on a couple of other styles, and they listened to my feedback about the fit and materials. I ended up deciding that the first one they brought me was just too perfect so I bought it in a gorgeous dark blue and ordered in a few more in neutral colors. The bras were $47 each (I had asked for $50 or below) and i cant wait to start wearing them! The ones I ordered are getting shipped directly to my house (for an extra $5, i believe there is no change to have it shipped to the store for pick up instead).I was in and out of there in under 30min with perfect fitting bras. Cant recomend enough.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My fitter today was Jessica, very sweet. However, during my fitting I was upfront with my fit issues I was experiencing and the specific kind of bra I was looking for. Instead of letting me know they did not carry that style or fit, I was told to try on xyz bras for fit. After 11 bras and not a single one fiting one of my two criteria (not neutral and in a plunge style) she basically told me there was nothing she could do for me. Almost 2 hours wasted when it could have been solved with a 5 minute conversion in the beginning. I could have known this wasnt the place for me if they had the bras on display but they keep them in a stock room here.The only upside was my family member found a few bras.

Lost a customer for life.I am a large chested lady, so I cant go to normal places and buy bras they just dont work for me. So I have been coming to petticoat fair for around 6 years. For the most part theyve done a decent job, sold nice products.My most recent purchase was a $180 bra that I loved. It fit very comfortably, didnt make my chest look pointy or weird, didnt even have the weird lines that some bras have. it was perfect! I was really worried about how expensive it is but I was told by a worker that it would last a really long time and that she has had hers for over 2 years. So I figured it would be a good investment.Well yesterday, after having it for less than a year, the wire snapped. I was livid that this nearly $200 bra snapped after having it for such a short amount of time. I called here to see if there was anything that could be done and I was told, no theres nothing that we can do for you, it was probably time for it to break anyways.So if you are looking for a place that stands by its products and has helpful customer service then this is NOT the place for you.As a side note I think its absolutely ridiculous that plus sized women have to pay exorbitant amounts of money to get something that they need for everyday use. Trash garbage.

Not African American customer friendly, Even though they have 1 black employee. I work for a highly respectable breast surgeon in the Austin area & we often refer patients to this location. So when it came time for my teenage daughter to have her first fitting, it was a no brainer to bring her here. Staff weren’t very attentive & we ended up waiting an hour for a fitting that never happened. When a staff member called out the persons name who was ahead of me, it was discovered that that person had left. So you would think she would’ve called my name next right? Wrong. She took one look @ me & suddenly found something else to do in the back. There were @ least four other reps who were on the floor who just continued to ignore me while pretending to be busy doing other things. I finally went up to the front to see what was going on because I had another appointment scheduled within the next 30min & we had been waiting a long time. & even thought it was clearly my turn to be serviced, The lady @ the register basically told me to just go ahead & leave because it would take more than 30min for a fitting & she didn’t know how much longer it would be before someone could even get to me. She then took the pen & happily crossed my name off the list. I told my daughter to come on & said “she just couldn’t wait to do that” & the staff member mocked me by making a “tuh” comment & she & other staff members laughed. I can’t wait to get back to work on Monday & tell the doctors my experience. Never again!

Petticoat Fair not only solved my back pain by getting me fitted correctly, they found a bustier that worked PERFECTLY under my wedding dress. They sold me the only strapless bra I’ve ever actually liked in my LIFE! They are super kind and knowledgeable and their products are beautiful!

The bras are great but the customer service is hit or miss. Some of the staff can be very friendly but a lot of them are very unwelcoming. Been there twice now and both times the person checking me out seemed inconvenienced by me. I can ignore that behavior at a McDonalds but not when Im paying $100 for a bra.

My adult daughter and I went in to buy her some bras. I browsed while waiting. I found ALOT of new things I hadnt seen before. They had some necklaces, earrings and cute bracelets. Really pretty, dainty and inexpensive.They had a soy candle called Margarita! Smelled great! Alot of UGG wear. Socks, pull overs and a throw blanket in few different colors, are some examples. I purchased an UGG pink throw blanket for my moms 85th birthday. I asked if I could have it gift wrapped. The answer was yes. That is a super satisfying plus! I also asked if it could be shipped. The answer was yes at a small charge of $8.95. That was a small price to pay for such a convenience. To summarize, I got my moms gift, gift wrapped AND shipped! I was so happy to get my moms gift taken care of in one visit. I need to mention there were alot of sexy lingerie and a few accessories also that I wasnt aware of. Very nice items...Last, but not least the customer service from all, especially the young lady that helped me, was SUPREME. I felt welcomed, safe and appreciated. This is now my official bra home!! I moved to Temple about a year ago and was looking for a good bra boutique due to the fact that I am an H cup and all bras are not created equally! After 4 years of not buying a bra, I found Petticoat Fair and brought two of my favorite bras to replace with the same shape and style! To my surprise they were having a 30% off sale! I love this place - have been driving from Houston for the last 9 years to purchase bras here. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase is too small, and I spent the most money I have ever spent on a bra. When I come into the store for a professional fitting, I expect to be fitted properly. I didn’t realize the size until I cut the tag off, and you can’t return without the tags attached 😕. I still love Petticoat Fair, but if you visit make sure you have the right size and don’t hesitate to say something if the bra doesn’t feel right.*Update*Changed my review to 5 stars. I cant believe I have waited so long to go back to Petticoat Fair. I went there 13 years ago for undergarments for my wedding gown and it was nothing short of a terrific experience. I was looking for a new swimsuit and they came up on Google and I thought... Oh yes!! I must go back! The experience did not disappoint. I ended up walking out with 2 swimsuits I am totally thrilled with and feel good in. That is not an easy task. Kristie, the person who assisted me, was nothing short of fantastic! She found me great ideas and helped me get the exact right fit. Also, I felt very comfortable with her and at ease. This place truly makes you feel cared about. Oh yeah, and I discovered Im wearing the wrong size bra. I cant wait until I wear my current ones out so I can go buy new ones and it will be at Petticoat Fair. I came into the store on Friday afternoon to buy a swimsuit for a trip to Hawaii. Unlike my previous visit, I was not greeted or welcomed to the store. I spent about 20 minutes gathering suits to try on. During this time, no one spoke to me. Once I had gathered suits I thought might fit, I went to look for someone to help me. 2 or 3 people were talking near the cash registers. They pointed me to the dressing rooms, again, no offer of help. As I was trying on suits, I realized that I needed different sizes. I was in the dressing room for at least 20 minutes, again, no one checked on me or offered help. I decided that I had to get dressed to go look for other sizes. However, once I changed, I decided that it just wasn’t worth the trouble. By this time I was frustrated and feeling unimportant. I went to give my feedback to the person at the register, she informed me that I should have signed up on the sheet if I wanted help. How was I supposed to know that there was a sign-up sheet for help? I left the store feeling fat, ugly and disrespected. I will not be returning.

RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT: I did NOT visit your store with the intent to bargain shop nor am I a bargain shopper (thats actually a laughable identification). Again, you fail to assess the situation and shopper (me) properly. It was Black Friday and *the store* was running a 25% off sale. I did not state nothing should ever be sold at full price, I stated that hardly anything is full price on Black Friday (do you not believe that statement to be true?)Regarding the mask, I accidentally did not put it back on after trying on 5-10 bras each time. I typically agree, and when I saw a post with said content on Black Friday, I decided to stop by and make time for a fitting with full intention of making a purchase.Upon entering, theres a weird vibe. Admittedly, I can be quick to assess situations so lets give them the benefit of the doubt here (which will ultimately prove as trusted intuition and not a misjudgment).I signed in, had my fitting (not a comfortable experience, felt like I was being directed by school teacher - very weird, but again I let this slide). I was excited to learn about European brands I have not encountered before and fell in love with a brassiere towards the end that was 2x the price of the others I was given to try.I went to cash wrap and asked if they would match an online price. Several people inquired about the site I was looking at and ultimately came to the conclusion that they do not match UK prices and made mention of litigation the brand has with said website. Okay, not great for me, but seems reasonable. I went with the lower priced brassiere ($65) and purchased a PJ set and went to my car.Within a minute I felt disappointed I didnt purchase the oh so coveted $190 bra. I quickly looked online and saw a U.S. site that featured the bra for 25%. I went back inside and the lady behind the cash wrap hurriedly ran to the back without me even finishing the sentence, Natalie returned and was visibly and verbally annoyed, reiterated her speech on the challenges facing small business and honored the lower price (not happily so) and barely uttered a goodbye.A few days later, I came across ANOTHER pro-small business post from Petticoat Fair and thought back to my experience. I commented and said something along the lines of, Shopping small is usually also accompanied with unparalleled customer/client service. Im sad to say that was not my experience. The comment was removed by Petticoat Fair.Now, I will ask Petticoat Far, as you read this recount of my visit and experience, is there any real wonder why your store is struggling (or on the verge -- whatever the situation might be)? While COVID-19 restrictions are putting a strain on small businesses, you seem to have foundational issues that existed long before the virus made landing in this country.1. Competitive pricing is and will be absolutely crucial as you face e-commerce competition (do your market research, price your goods fairly and run relevant & compelling sales/offers), 2. The fitting experience, while valuable, needs improvement in terms of overall polished and thoughtful communication, 3. MOST IMPORTANT -- it boggles my mind that management was incapable of assessing a potential high spend, loyal customer (me) AND went even further to treat me as disposable. Many women trust my word when it comes to style and high end goods, I will NEVER recommend any of my acquittances to step foot into your store. I am so disappointed that I did, but luckily I have a beautiful brassiere and discovery of a new of brand to offset this unacceptable experience.

I have never gone to a place like Petticoat Fair but my adult daughter highly recommended I check it out. I am SO glad I did! At almost 60 years old, I finally have a bra that fits well, is comfortable, flattering & sexy! I swear it looks like I lost 10 lbs now that I am wearing a bra that fits right. And I received such excellent, caring attention. I felt like a V I.P. and left with exactly what I was looking for. The people there are amazing, never pushy or rushing you.

I had a lovely worker who helped me for over 30 minutes trying to find the best bras to fit me. I ended up leaving with two! I will be returning!

I came in and was greeted immediately and offered water while I waited for someone to assist me with my fitting. The fitting went well and I liked that she didnt just bring me regular priced items to try but sales items as well. I did end up purchasing 2 items and will return to purchase other items.

I’ve been coming here for several years. Because I have implants and a very small ribcage, my bra size is impossible to find in regular stores. I swear I try on 50 bras every time I go and they are so patient and helpful.

I visited Petticoat Fair Lingerie for the first time yesterday! I was warmly greeted immediately as I entered and shown where to sign in, offered water, and encouraged to browse until my name was called by one of their fitting specialist. During my browsing time I utilized their clean attractive restroom. After about 15 minutes my name was called and I was introduced to Julie who showed me to a comfortably roomy changing room. Julie was personable, low-key, listened carefully, asked questions, took measurements and returned with a number of bras. I am a fairly modest person but Julie made it comfortable and assisted with directions, observations, and critiquing as I tried on each bra, one after the other. We (Julie) finally decided on the four best wonderful fitting bras - two beige and two black and I purchased all four! The bras cost more than I have ever paid previously for bras but finally its all relative as this experience was incomparable and the bras are lovely, well-made, fitted properly and it was all accomplished in a comfortable reassuring venue! I have never been to a specialized lingerie fitting venue - always used traditional brick-and-mortar retail and this was the best experience ever and I look substantially improved! Thank you Julie!

This is by far the best lingerie store around. Great selection of bras in stock, and if they dont have it they will order it. I was walking around in the wrong size bra for a very long time before I came here. It is worth the price and the service is impeccable!

Being a large busted woman, trying to find a good bra is hard. I love this place. They make sure you have a good fit. It is best to get there right when they open because it is very busy. They treat right and every time I walk out happy.

This store is a life changer. Ms. Kali Andrews has a wonderful attitude and willingness to help. Over and beyond and it’s worth any distance to travel to get to this store. I live only a couple hours away and make 1-2 trips per year, but I would travel a couple days to get her help. I love the fact that it’s a smaller family owned business rather than shopping at department stores. I will continue to shop Petticoat Fair.

This place is great! You have to sign in if you want to try anything on, and they custom fit you for whatever it is you need. I was here looking for a bustier for under my wedding gown. With just a couple measurements, she had me fitted in less than 30 minutes with the perfect one. The ladies here are super nice, and I will always come back here for any future fittings I may need!

I dont shop anywhere else. Absolutely amazing experience every time and yes, the prices are steep, but they are QUALITY pieces and the attention you get while shopping is unmatched.

I love this place! Suzanne is so kind and professional and I found all the pretty underclothes I can imagine. Extended sized arent easy to come by but they haveem in abundance!

I showed up about 10 minutes before closing, and was amazed at the service I received. She stayed late to help find exactly what I wanted. Best place to get fitted for a bra! Ive been there 3 times for my nursing bras. They have really cute and comfortable styles. My second visit there I had purchased a nursing bra that ended up being too tight. Not good, especially when nursing. I went back in a couple days later and and was helped by Kali, who is awesome! My wait was supposed to be 40 minutes, but was taken back in 10 and in less time than that she helped me find an amazing nursing bra that fits like a dream. She was so nice, sweet and extremely helpful. She really went above and beyond. Ive had great fittings there, but Kali made this visit the best with her friendly, happy attitude and speedy knowledgeable service! If youre able to, ask for Kali!!

You Austinites dont know how good you have it. This place is fantastic at fittings. I recently moved to Denver, and there is just nothing that compares to Petticoat Fair here in Denver. Im going to have to schedule Austin trips to include bra shopping!

I have been purchasing my bras here for over a decade. The service has always been excellent along with the quality of the bras. This is the only store I choose to purchase my bras from since my first visit that many years ago.

I went to get fitted properly. The staff was quick which I thought was great but in hind sight I see that may not have been the best thing because the very expensive bra they talked me into purchasing actually hurt to wear. I had to take care of a family member and couldn’t get to the store quickly to return it. 16 days later when I went during my lunch hour to return it they told me I couldn’t because it was past 15 days. Horrible people horrible staff who have no common sense .

They are a great place to buy bras for those who are hard to fit. They know how to measure for the correct size and everything. Definitely recommend them.

Have been coming here for years now. Best place in Austin to be fitted for bras. Staff takes their time with fitting, listening to what you are looking for. I also like that they can provide options for larger sizes which is so rare. Will keep coming back for the years to come!

This was my first visit, I had a fitting and the employee brought me at least a dozen bras to try and helped me adjust them properly. She was extremely helpful and I was very comfortable. Im shocked at the difference in my appearance and will be replacing all of my bras with ones from this store. It will take a few months because they are pricey, but the comfort and improvement in my appearance overall is worth it.

If I could give negative starts I absolutely would. I bought a bra from them on a Saturday afternoon. I went it and was fitted and absolutely loved the experience and my new bra. It was a little pricey at $85 but being so well endowed its absolutely worth it if it fit and worked well for me. I wish that had been the case. I wore the bra to a wedding Saturday evening and was so impressed with the fact that as a strapless I wasnt having to pull it up constantly. I thought I had found my new bra store of choice. I wore it again on Monday but this time with the straps. Half way through the day I felt the right strap of the bra swinging loose. I looked and the loop that holds the strap hook had completely torn across the top! In the process of very carefully taking it off the other strap loop came apart as well. I was absolutely devastated. I had such high hopes. I called the store and was told it was probably a manufacturer defect and to bring it in. I was still really excited about the store just thought Id gotten a bad bra by chance. I took the bra in and was told they could repair it. I didnt want a repair or replacement. I really just wanted my money back. After talking to the owner the clerk informed me that they couldnt give me a refund unless the manufacturer gave the store one for the faulty merchandise. I was not happy. That is terrible customer service. They held onto the bra until the manufacturer could be contacted. Well they called back today and informed me that they dont believe it was a manufacturer defect and that the way the bra tore didnt seem like just from being worn. Well no duh. Thats why I was so upset and didnt want a repair or replacement. But apparently they suspect I intentionally damaged the bra in order to get my money back. I am so incredibly upset over their terrible customer service. They said my only option is to let them repair it and take it back. I honestly dont know that I will ever wear it again. Even if they repair it I dont feel comfortable wearing a bra that came apart like that out. Whats to say it wont tear like that again or in another spot. Clearly not a quality product and an absolutely awful experience.

I can safely say that after my experience here, I am NOT buying a generic store bra EVER AGAIN. My bestie and I came here and were fitted by Katie Bell, an amazing and courteous lady that pulled a selection of super cute and comfortable bras for both of us. Because the bras fit so well, I wound up getting not 1, not 2, but 3 bras!Be warned, though. The undergarments here are not cheap. That being said, these bras fit AMAZINGLY well, and the staff works to ensure you get bras for your actual cup/band size (I had been told I was a 36C by companies constantly before, but it turns out that Im a 36DDD after getting fitted here). These bras are built to LAST, and thats way more than I can say for the multitudes of cheap generic store bras I had previously been buying all my life. The staff also teaches you how to properly wash and care for the bras you purchase.10/10 would recommend this place to everyone!

Big busted women of the world, say hello to Petti coat fair! We have no choice to not go to specialty stores, but thats ok with me! I have always enjoyed my shopping experience here. The ladies are all very professional when fitting you. They also have a nice rewards program. My only complaint is we need more plus sizes for lingerie and bathing suits!

Chelsea was my bra expert and she nailed it.I didn’t think it was possible to find a bra that not only fit but gives definition.Loved everything about this place, including the prices. Several of the bras I purchased were in the 20-30 dollar range, which I EASILY spent 45plus at Victoria’s Secret.10/10 highly recommend.

I have been wearing the wrong size bra my whole life and this place got it all worked out for me. Its weird to say that a bra is life changing but truly, it is!I have to say that I seriously disagree with them not supporting servicing our areas Transgender community. Everyone who wants one deserves a properly fitted undergarment regardless of gender identity. I urge decision makers at Petticoat Fair to change your position to be all inclusive. Then I would only be able to say wonderful things because all of my experiences here have been wonderful. But reading online that you turn away Trans customers makes me so frustrated.With that, my rating is still 5 stars because every time I go I have loved the experience. Prices are high but my bras have been very good quality. I even got some bridal shower undergarment gifts here for a friend.

I have a weird bra size, and I kind of thought I was doomed to ever have a cute, well-fitting bra. They proved me wrong, rather easily might I add. The selection here is simply outstanding, and their attention to each customer is remarkable. I cant imagine ever going to another place in Austin. Andrea was super professional and helpful. Stop buying bras from anywhere else. If you have never had the pleasure of an actual legitimate bra fitting, you need to go here immediately. They are absolutely more expensive than generic bras or even fancy bras from some of those chain stores I shall not mention here, but theyre absolutely worth it. I bought three bras over 3 years ago and just had to replace two of them this year. High quality products that wont wear out or start stabbing you in the armpit within months. Do yourself a favor and get a bra that actually fits and actually lasts.

This place is amazing. It is impossible to find my size most places and I just walked out with six different bras in varying styles. Andrea was a phenomenal fitter. The bras are priced as expected, so dont walk in expecting something cheap. Money = Quality

Went in without much clue what I needed for under my dress for a public speaking appearance. Got very personalized attention and assistance, had a great time with my fitter, and left overjoyed! Highly, highly recommend for any lingerie, shapewear, and any special occasion clothing needs!

Its alright. Ive been to this location about 7 or 8 times and its really all over the place. The first time here I was really thrilled because I found a bra that fit for the first time in my life (and that is utterly life changing) but honestly for what youre paying the selection is pretty lame. Every time Ive been Ive never been able to find a pretty bra that fit. Its mostly geared towards older women. Sometimes the service is great, but the last few times Ive been the fitters have been pretty snippy with me and one lady even told me my breasts were saggy. Im 25 lol. Its not a body inclusive spot and the fitting procedure does not feel luxurious, it feels like a glorified department store. Thanks for showing me that a fitted bra can exist for me but Im moving on.

This is not just a pretty lingerie store! Amazing experience here yesterday when I took my mom, a 20 yr breast cancer survivor, who hasn’t felt comfortable in bras for years. Julie, a medical specialist, explained that her experience is very common and introduced her to bras made especially for survivors. Julie was professional and compassionate. Julie fitted her with a prosthesis that inserts into special bras that are very comfortable so that she looks and feels even. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcome and well cared for.

Unhappy with 15 day return policy on all merchandise even unopened items. I feel that at least store credit or exchange could be issued.

Shop here if you ever had a hard time finding a good fitting bra. I found out that I am a 34FF and I never had a bra under-wire actually rest against my chest where it should be before. Amazing! The staff was very nice, and knowledgeable. You sign in and they take you in the back for a fitting, pick out bras based on what you are looking for, and bring them to you. They offer advice on what works for your figure and help adjust the straps on things you try on. Sales people do not work on commission. Bring your wallet! A decent bra will set you back at least $50.

This is our 1st time here, and WHAT A LOVELY PLACE. We were greeted right away, staff were VERY friendly and helpful. I just hope Mom & Jackie find something. LOL 8.14.19

When in to find a hoopskirt and a petticoat. Was treated like I was a problem. Like it was an inconvenience to help me. The over all tone with the two workers I saw was like they were really confused. When I got back to the fitting room I was told I couldnt be helped and that I was to big for what they had. Size 7/8.

Great place staff were friendly, I love that I can go in get fitted and they help you find the right fit for you. If you have been there before they have a record of what you bought already so they can help you either replace it or find something different.

I had the best swim suit shopping experience of my life at Petticoat Fair! Lacey asked if Id been helped once I arrived, asked me to pick a few suits I liked, fit me for the correct size, and then brought me at least 20 suits to try on in the dressing room. She checked back with me every few minutes to bring new sizes. The customer service was amazing---thanks Lacey! And I usually never find suits that fit because Im large chested but they all fit me and I all I had to do was pick the styles I liked. AMAZING experience!!! Ill be back every year for swim suit shopping!

If you want a well-fitted bra that is comfortable and pretty, come here. They have staff who will fit bras to you until you find the perfect fit.

Not sure why we were not offered water or bubbly drinks...but it was not good for child to sit there wondering why the others (white ppl) were offer drinks and not black 2 sisters. I want be going back. Sales person was nice but Im very sure she had no idea we were going to buy items...$300 may God bless those who never know who they may be saling too. Treat all ppl the same rich or poor. Their money is the same.

EDITED TO ADD: after Owners response--I see no where on my receipt or on the tag of the item that denotes the item as on sale. If youre going to have business model where customers dont shop for themselves but are handed items that dont have sale tags, that is the responsibility of the salesperson to inform the customer. Furthermore, it seems that the business stands by salespeople that sell poorly-fit bras...I thought well-fit bras was the appeal of this establishment.Petticoat fair was recommended to me for large busted women. I went in for a strapless bra for my wedding and was recommended a handful of bras. Out of those, only one fit under my dress with good underwire placement, but I noted to the salesperson helping me that the cups flared out awkwardly, leaving a gap across the top of my chest. She told me that thats what will happen when I wear it without straps since its a soft molded cup. So I bought it. I then ordered a cup size down elsewhere, and guess what--it fit! No gaping. Which, you know, well-fit bras shouldnt do. So I went to exchange it but was told that I couldnt because it was a final sale since it was in sale. And the salesperson tells me it says so on the receipt. So why wasnt I told before I bought it that it was final sale or on sale at all? So they sold me a poor-fitting bra and told me their no return policy AFTER I bought it. To top it all off, I noticed when I got home that the straps that came with the bra were missing, so I had to go back to pick those up. Very thorough. I was excited to find a place to reliable find bras in my size, but I wont be back.

Super friendly, took my teen here for a fitting. They were very friendly. As a single mom they are really pricey. I bought her 1 item for $67.00 w/tax. Her fitting was good. I was glad to finally find her the right fit.
