I really don’t have enough good things to say about Accent auto, Eddy and the work they did on my car. I royally messed up the front tire area of my car and was dreading the process of getting it fixed. Eddy was so professional and personable and kept clear communication with me about prices and what all needed to be done. He really made getting work done on my car not so scary and overwhelming. Not to mention the badass job eddy and the shop did! Really and truly a pleasure to work with. Definitely going back for anything I need and referring everyone I know.

I came here because I got referred by a friend, and it was a great experience. There was a weird noise coming from my wheel area, and I needed to make sure it was safe to drive. Eddy was great from the very beginning! He made sure that my car was good for my road trip. Great customer service! They charged me a good price for new brake pads and another wheel component. I am definitely coming back if I have any issues in the future. Honest people, great pricing, and no tricks! I am used to taking my car to mechanics and being taken advantage of due to the fact that I’m a woman. You might just be a local vehical repair shop, the service and vehicle repair quality here is extortinary! I purchased the service online already, receptionist Mr.Eddie take a extra step and inquire about why am I purchasing the service? Any noise or problem? He couldve just scan the QR code and send the car in. Naria the facility maintenance make everything squarely clean! Like she literally clean [everything] in the front, not even big franchise body shop does that! Will be back for the service!

SCAMMERS!! WILL UPCHARGE AND REFUSE SERVICE. MY ROTORS WERE FINE ACCORDING TO THE NEXT MECHANIC I WENT TO. Eddie the owner was super confrontational. REFUSES TO GIVE ME A COPY OF THE CONTRACT. He charged me a diagnostic fee on this Groupon. Insisted on charging $180 and refusing to perform the service without the up charge. When I told him I can’t afford it he charged me half the coupon value for a diagnostic and refused to waive it. He redeemed the voucher before looking at the car.

I took my car to get an oil change here and when they returned it my check engine light was on and they said it had nothing to do with them but Ive been driving this 5,000 miles and had no issues I definitely recommend you do not use these people theyre rude and they messed up my car

I bought 2 groupons for an oil change. I brought my husbands 98 Chevy Silverado yesterday and my 05 Subaru Forester today. I am a fan of this place! Steve greeted me both times at the front desk. He is a super cool guy! They first did an inspection and let me know what they discovered. Then did the oil changes in a reasonable amount of time. They have a comfortable couch to wait on, magazines, TV playing music, clean bathroom, coffee, water dispenser and a microwave. I am more than satisfied with this place! Check them out!

Been here 3 or 4 times. For general maintenance, Id say these guys are good. When I had issues with my car starting, however, they quoted me a price that was 2x what nearby shops charged and a $120 diagnostic fee. Im not a car expert by any means whatsoever, but Ive never been charged this much for a diagnostic. Upon asking for more clarification on the needs of my car, I felt like I was being patronized and met with an icky toned response. If you stop by and eddy is there though, you should be good.

Arrived at 6pm closing time to purchase a vehicle and did his best to make sure he got me financed and dispite having problems getting insurance he stayed much later then he should have 930pm to make sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of and even told me for me to look the car over for a day or so and let him know what needed to be fixed and he would take care of It.... insurance problem aside my fault this has been the most pleasant vehicle buying experience Ive ever had so far. I will definitely recommend his place for family and friends.

By far the best shop in Austin. The only guys I will trust with my car. Their prices are super reasonable and transparent, they wont do any work until you understand and agree on the price. I love it! Shout out to Eddie and the head mechanic, these guys really rock and everyone in the area should be exclusively coming here for any work they need done!

AC was blowing hot air so took my car to Accent Auto. In the past I regenerated the AC myself with the do it yourself kits. But the AC would blow hot again after only a few months. Eddie from Accent Auto determined that there was a crack in one of the parts which needed replacement. The replacement fixed the AC. But after a few months the AC was blowing hot again. I took my car back to Accent Auto. They spent many hours troubleshooting the issue and fully replaced the part installed last time. I was worried that I would get charged again for the part and the many hours. But I was happy when Eddie said that there would be no additional charge. AC has been working well for 4+ months.Other notes: Not much to do around the area. Pick-up food/drink before hand and something to do while you wait. There is free WiFi and seating.

Pretty reliable place, I went in to get an oil change but requested them to take a look at my brakes since I knew they needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate which surprised me because it was a lot lower compared to other places and I was able to get the job done two days after my first initial visit. The staff was friendly the whole time and there was no issues with communication. If I ever need to get something done, Id definitely go with this place.

Both times Ive had an issue with my Acura RSX (engine mounts, power steering pump) these guys have taken care of me.Both times their repair costs were far more affordable than what other shops quoted me (a difference of $700 for the power steering pump!)Both times their customer service, turn around time for repairs, and quality of repairs were exceptionally above average.You just cant beat the prices and customer service at Accent Auto.Would confidently recommend these guys to any family or friends in need of any type of auto repair.

Here is my absolute honest and detailed review.The buying experience was painless, they are quick and easy to get you into a vehicle and customer service is one on one and on point. They inform you that your car has been thoroughly checked twice and is solid. ( I am aware of the inherent risk of buying used, as used cars can have problems) However things went south as soon as the contract was signed. Expeditiously, G becomes extremely busy and can no longer take time for you. Immediately within two days I had issues with the vehicle. Major Issues, Head gasket, 1000$ alternator, timing gaskets, electrical issues, fuel injector issues, coolant issues, and the list goes on. This is not a vehicle that was inspected once much less twice. After contacting them they told me that they were aware of a few of those issues, but forgot to mention them. I took the car in to their shop only to wait 7 hours for them to do absolutely nothing, charge me almost $500 dollars for $200 worth of parts, and leave me to wait for them to order parts. I was told they would contact me when the $40 part was located and after one month and numerous attempts to contact them, still NOTHING. The BBB has been contacted and I am in the process of taking action. What you can expect is for it to be extremely easy to get into a car as they want to turn and burn vehicles that are on their last leg and have been spit shined to look like a car that is ready to go. Hey maybe your experience will be different, but buyer be forewarned.

Its a great feeling to sit while they are working on your car and watch how many repeat customers they have. There was a good experience that was short lived, followed by a bad experience. Went in for a safety inspection, Ford F-150, and realized we needed a new serpentine belt in order to pass the inspection. During installation, something came loose with the air conditioner freon lines there was a small explosion which covered the mechanics with freon. It took a day or so to get the needed part in, but when all was said and done, the manager said since this was my first time at his shop, he covered all the work for free, I didnt pay anything. I thought these guys were the most honest and amazing mechanics ever, and this was the only place that I would ever go for repairs. Super!Soon after my experience with Accent, my truck air conditioner failed, I did not have the money to repair it for about 3 months. Finally took it to Patriot Engine Repair. They said the guys at accent had over-filled the freon which cause the condenser to fail in the air conditioner. Total cost to make it all right was about $850. I could have gone back to Accent, but somehow I felt that I could not trust their work. This is a brutal review I know, but it is the truth. Maybe Accent would have taken on that repair and given me a good price, but maybe they would over-fill the freon again and exacerbate the problem which would take more time and money. I decided to go to another highly recommended shop, pay the full price and have my truck in reliable condition once more. Sorry Accent, wish it had worked out differently.

First time going in and Eddy took care of my car in under 30 min. Add to that my oil change was 20-30$ cheaper than all surrounding places thanks to Eddy again! Will definitely be back and recommending this place to my friends and family.

I got a 07 ford f250 a few years ago with a couple of problems wich they promised to fix but no they dont care to fix any warranty work. They just keep giving you the run around until warranty is up. When I located them, through word of mouth, I was so grateful to find a good repair shop, with professional mechanics and decent prices .( Much better than the dealers!)AXENT AUTO has met all my needs, and extended financing for repairs, when needed. When my original car, was aging, they advised me to begin to save for the next one, but kept me safely on the road until I bought a great used Honda from them.The owners are concise in communication, about what is needed to be repaired,and also take the time to answer any questions regarding what needs attending immediately, and what can be scheduled at a later date.I use my car for carrying clients, so it is very important to be safe, and in our Texas Summers, have good AC, and to keep me on the road.I depend on my car for work, and pleasure. Whenever I leave town, I take my car in, often without a appointment, and they check it over, and get me down the road. Its a good place, with good people.I recommend this business! Had a wonderful at this dealership! George (who is the owner) was very kind and understand throughout the whole process. I had tried to get approved other places and was turned down. George made me feel at ease and got me approved just like he said he would. The 2009 Mercedes ML 350 that I bought is in immaculate condition and the carfax report came back perfect. Steven at Accent Auto was very helpful with my 96 4runner I brought in for inspection. He noticed the back brakes we on the line for being dangerous and was able to fix the problem in one day. I noticed the new brakes put off a smell the first time I drove I brought it back to accent they went over everything free of charge and determined it was new drums and pads settling in.

Once they became familiar with us we quickly became like part of the family. I cannot emphasize enough on how honest, friendly and reasonably priced these guys were. After being scammed a few times by some dealerships, we finally decided to ask Accent Auto to help us find a reliable car at a reasonable price. The Mazda that they sold us ended up running up to 250k miles! Unfortunately I do not live in Austin anymore but if I did I would still be going to them. They helped me prep my old car to make the drive to CA, and luckily it made it there and back safely. Thanks again for all of your help guys!

I have removed my previous review. I did have a disagreement with Accent Auto regarding the repair of my car. George, the owner, was very concerned when he read my negative review. He called me to discuss the situation. He wanted to make things right. He was very polite and I was treated very well when I went by his office. He worked everything out to my satisfaction and wanted to make sure that I knew that he is in business to make customers happy. He was very apologetic that he had not been brought into the situation sooner. I felt he was very sincere and professional.

George at Accent Auto was great. The car buying process can be frustrating and when he sensed that we were becoming overwhelmed he stepped right in and went above and beyond to complete the process. The car we chose had some minor issues that George and his brother were quick to correct. The carfax was readily available and no appointment was necessary to view and test drive the car. Great guys and very kind.

I had two experiences with Axent the first was a quick inspection and oil change for 30 minutes in and out and the oil change cheap $24.99 without a coupon the second experience my car got in an accident they assisted me with my deductible and i saved $500. The paint job has a life time warranty on it and my car looks like it has never been in an accident smart and quality work good job keep up the good work .

Axent Auto is amazing! I drive a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox and my boyfriend drives a 1998 BMW 323is. Two extremely different cars with different needs/repairs. However, we both trust the guys at Axent Auto to cater to our vehicles every need. They take their time to provide us with the best service and cost available, all the while ensuring excellent quality of work. They have serviced our cars for everything from simple oil changes to cosmetic facelifts, and even major engine problems. They will not disappoint you!

Although I couldnt get an appt scheduled until a week out, it was worth the wait. They are very professional, on time and friendly. I normally wait hours at the dealer where as here, I was in and out within 1/2 an hour. Not to mention, I got an amazing deal for synthetic oil on Groupon! Will definitely come back!

Went for an oil change, but left with a tire punched a hole by a loose screw. There are loose screws in the working area, and I believe that my car picked up one when they drove my car to the parking lot. When I complained, the manager blamed me and refused to take responsibility. If you plan to get a new tire, it is a nice store to go.

If I could give them a zero Stars I would. I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to check my brakes to see if I needed to have them change they said now I had 75% left. As soon as I got on the highway I noticed that my car when I break was a lot louder I had air in the brakes when I try to stop. I called them back they told me to bring it back in the next business day. So on Monday afternoon I took it in so that they could check that guy came out to tell me it was my rotors. Then I told him I would have to speak with my husband to see what he wanted to do. When I got home my son noticed that the front of where my right hand passenger tire had a big dent in it. I called them to let them know they got very defensive and said that for us to bring it in we went to talk to them want to talk to a manager. But apparently the owner had only access to the cameras. They let us know that he would be in the next morning and that they would call us at 11 a.m. never got a phone call from them. So my husband got off of work early to go talk to them as soon as he got there apparently the video have been deleted. Then they had said they would only cover $90 of the repair so to me that sounds like you are being very dishonest and I cannot stand dishonest people. You know that you are at fault for what you have done to my car now I have to pay the full price to fix my car. If you want your cars to be damaged go ahead and continue to bring them to these people.

BUYERS BEWARE, STAY AWAY!!! Negotiated a price over phone (to Purchace a 2006 Range Rover HSE ) but then gave me the original higher price in person once I arrived (I was a out of state buyer).I flew in from Louisiana after speaking with the owner George a few times , he seem very friendly over the phone and in person at first, vehicle looked ok and test drove ok(even though they working on the vehicle engine that I was there to buy when I showed up, red flags). We had negotiated a discounted price from the Original price over the phone a few days earlier and we stayed in contact for a few days after that about my arrival day. Once I arrived there from Different state did a 5 minute test drive( only after waiting for them to finish working on the Engine, I was never told what they were doing to it) drove ok I guess, he got the paper work started he had up the original sale price $16,000, So I brought the price we had Originally agreed over the phone. he said NO! The price $13,000 if I give $3,000 down. At no point did I ever discuss this down payment and price at all the sudden he brought up. Car was Origianlly $16,000, we negotiated to $13,000 total sale price, I would give $8,000 down, so I would owe 5,000 plus TaxTitle. He changed his story in person saying the price is $16,000 with $3,000 down would make $13,000 so that would make everything $16,000, meaning nothing was negotiated, which was NOT what we talked about! then he said he don’t remember agreeing to the price we agreed. Total BS!! He took $1,000 off when he saw I contemplating on just walking out(which is what I should’ve done)I was mad because I couldn’t just go home at that point and he knew it! I flew in. I decided we’ll iam here, I flew in this far, might as well Purchase it ( he left $16,000 in the paper work, so I paid $15,000 total sale because he gave me $1,000 cash from my $8,000 cash down dayment in return so I wouldn’t leave) I mean vehicle seemed ok except for the part when I showed up and the car was with the hood open and a guy was working in. After I signed and paid, he told he I would received a call from the finance company he deals with about my personal experience and the vehicle experience which he walked me through and told what to say when they asked, he knew the questions already because they asked pretty much what he said they would. Then he said that the vehicle needed a part changed and he would shipped to it to me, which he did. The part came in about a week later, I paid for the part (with my own money)to get it changed after I receive It.... everything seemed ok but it was VERY VERY short Lived, 2 months and less than 3,000 Miles after purchasing the vehicle the Transmission went out, I called him he said, “I was on my own, and the only thing he could do was, that after I find and purchase one (transmission) he can have his mechanics put it for discount fee” and that “I would have find a way to get the vehicle to his dealer/mechanic shop” (at my expense) Lol, remember I live in another State so he knew that wasn’t going to happen this cost me $4,000 + to fix. The 6 CD changer never worked, I didn’t know because it was in the trunk( found that out about a week later, not a big deal), the rear view camera worked on and off during the very small limited test drive and it stopped working altogether a week later, about six months later and nearly nearly after only 3 months of fixing the transmission the Air suspension went out! I called him told him this, he wasn’t even sorry. I also asked him did his kids and wife have been eating Good with my Money that I gave him for the vechile/Junk he Sold me. This cost me another $2,000+ to fix.... BUYERS BEWARE! This Place is a Scam! STAY AWAY!!

These people are the worst. They dont care for anything but making money. Definately dont buy a groupon for them, if you do they put you on the bottom of the barrel in terms of service. I wish there was a rating of 0 stars

I would give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. You will regret it. They are extremely rude and have awful costumer service. They have had my car for a month now and they said it would be done in two weeks. They gave me a quote that was less than the check I got and then they Increased the quote to keep the rest of the money. Very unsatisfied.

Great service at Axent auto.Took my car in for some mechanic work. most shops in the area told me it will take 10 to 15 days for my car to be ready. Went to axent auto and they got the job done in a week only. had issue with my engine and radiator....Met with the owner of the shop Eddy and i showed him the estimate i got from other shops, turns out that he gave me a discount as well and beat the price for everyone else.at first i was scared a bit from him using crappy parts... however he went over the estimate and showed me every single part where it came from and gave me all details.thank you for getting my car fixed and i will make sure to refer every friend of mine to your shop...thank you eddy and axent auto :)you just made a guy happy with giving him his car back and running like it should be $$$

My daughter and her husband went to a lending company to get a down payment for a vehicle. They were approved and the company paid Accent Auto $ 5,000 for a down payment. Heres where the truth comes out. They picked a 2008 Porsche SUV 2 days later after driving it off the lot things were beeping and flashing. She took it back because they had a 30 day warranty. They said ( Accent Auto) they fixed it. She picked it up a week later same thing beeping a tire blew out a/c making a weird noise. They took it back and they kept it almost a week and called them back and said it was ready. My daughter who has a 11 moonth old baby that is her only means to and from work. Its beeping still she has taken it back and asked if she could please just get another car on their lot but, since they ( Accent Auto) has already been paid by the lender $ 5,000. they are being told by Eddie??? no owners out of town ...George....no sorry we cant do anything. Unless something changes when George finally comes back into town I would certainly not reccomend this place to anyone looking to buy a reliable car. Beth Brooks

Received an oil change. It was very timley, checked all fluid levels, and rotated my tires. Even took off the underpanning of my car as a favor because it was halfway off. Im happy Groupon led me here. I will be coming back.

Got my oil change with a groupon. While There are cheaper deals, this one by far gave the best customer service. No attempts to upcharge, no pressure to force additional repairs. What repairs they did think I need to do they explained clearly (and showed in the garage no less!) and they said if I ever wanted it fixed they will save all the info and preorder the parts for my appoimtment. the most pleasant oil change I ever had.

With a Groupon, I only paid $6 for an oil change.
