So I bought a trailer here almost a year ago right before the Pandemic shuttered everything. So now Im having an issue with screws coming out of the bottom of the trailer. I contacted Magnum and was routed to the service department and whoever I spoke with was less than helpful and either hung up on me or maybe, and Ill give him the benefit of the doubt...we were disconnected. I called back. This time I spoke to a Mike and he explained that I would need to drop by and pick up the needed screws so that the wall of my trailer was sound again.So I drove over. 😐 Ill tell you what, I spent 8K on this trailer and I have to say this is the not the follow up service that I expected. Without continuing, I wont buy from these guys again. If your in the market for a trailer, find a more reputable business.

This last visit I actually walked around and saw extra items that I will make a for sure return to purchase those item that I saw a @ a great price. My first few years of doing business with Magnum was mostly trailer repairs and accessories, that included boat trailers, utility trailers, and car haulers. Without exception I received prompt, thorough, and friendly service every time that I went to Magnum. More recently I have purchased new Magnum trailers. They know their trade and have offered valued advise and suggestions with each new trailer that I have purchased.Their attention to detail is quite impressive. When you have a trailer serviced there, they have a record of tire pressure and torque specs on all wheels of any trailer that they service before it leaves their shop, as well as notes regarding the services provided and they identify items recommended for future service consideration Its like having a health check record for your trailer.This is family owned and operated business that takes pride in the products and services that they provide. That sense of pride can be found throughout their organization. These guys know trailers. I have had two Magnum trailers and they get things right and have even have had parts ready for me at times. Phone calls with them can be hit or miss on occasion. Dont judge them by your phone experience. Some phone skills with a few of their team members would make the process easier but they know what they are doing and still top choice for work being performed.3-5-20 - Charlie took the time and called me to follow-up. This is the first and only bad review I have ever left in my life. I own a landscaping company and have bought trailers from three different companies. The dump trailer I bought from this place has been slowly falling apart over the last year. I was due for my first year inspection so I brought it to this location. After the span of about three days of trying to get fixed and inspected, I finally asked to speak to the owner; Charlie because of my frustration. I was met in his office by Mike, who immediately came with an attitude towards me which was followed by the owner. If you cannot have a civil conversation then I am not going to listen. I just told them to have a nice day and I would not be back. Mike start laughing at me as I walked out. I was really upset when the owner told me the state system was down for inspections, especially when I just went up the road and am having my trailer inspected as I am writing this review. I need to buy a new trailer for my bobcat and needless to say; I will not be purchasing it here. So great job guys!

Trustworthy, knowledgeable people and they stand behind their work. I have used them several times over the years and they have earned my loyalty. I definitely recommend Magnum Trailers for any repair you might need.

I recently purchased a custom 18 Magnum brand utility trailer as my first ever trailer purchase. Mike (Manager at Georgetown location) helped answer all of my questions, offered pros/cons of certain add-on features, and always treated me with the highest level of professionalism and customer appreciation. Magnum Trailers certainly arent the cheapest trailer builder in town but their product quality is second to none. I would certainly recommend Magnum to anyone in the market for a trailer or other equipment. They have my lifetime business if they keep up the service I received.

It would be nice if they have nicer people doing trailer inspections. Guy seems to be on a bad mood all the time and make you wate forever!! Not my first time here is always the same I just dont know other place close were I can get my inspection done.

Edit: Was contacted by the Owner, who apologized regarding our service and said that they could do the work and oversaw the work himself. He even came to pick it up after learning that it was not in a transportable state. While I am thankful for everything he has done. I wish we didnt have to do this in the first place. These guys took great care of us when we were in a pinch. We needed a repair immediately so we could get inspected by the City. The owner called me to let us know he would get it taken care of and they did in about 2 hours or less at no extra cost.Thank you!

Magnum Trailers is a complete JOKE! They charged $330 for a simple repair to our scissor lift trailer in order to pass inspection. They know they can charge what they want when they have you there and you really need to get your trailer inspected. We paid them for the repair and inspection even though the price was ridiculous. To add insult to injury, we picked up the trailer to go get our scissor lift and the way they wired it, we couldnt even lower the ramp on the trailer without completely tearing up the wiring that they recently installed. I am not sure what clown they have running their service department, but they need to fire them and get someone honest and competent to run the show over there!

I called for pricing, and availability, they were cheaper than the internet, told them I would come get it and when I got there they handed it to me. I didnt even have to go find the part it was waiting for me. You cannot beat that, I was out in a flash. And this all was first thing on a Saturday morning. Awesome thanks!

This place runs a monopoly. They charge you for every single nut and washer they use, and don’t complete work on time. I was quoted by Jim on the phone for $800 which included tires that were $55 a piece. I was also told that my trailer would be completed in 5-7 days. When I got the call my trailer was completed on day 11, I was also told my total was actually $1520!! Tires that were put on were actually $72 instead plus a bunch of extras. I’m surprised they didn’t charge extra for putting air in the tires as well.Edit:Charlie the owner, called me and apologized about the whole situation. He even refunded me the amount I paid in overages to my original quote. Thank you Charlie.

Didnt have a good experience last go round with the service estimates team but received a direct call from Charlie clarifying the mis-communication, and feel that there are still companies like magnum that truly care about their reputation. Charlie is truly vested to make things right if they go wrong. If you have a bad experience, talk to him. He is s class act.

Purchased a 16 flat bed trailer. Thought these trailers were top notch and with the price to match. Turns out they use the cheapest lights they can find. I still have the dealer tags on the trailer and Ive had several issues with lights. Blows my fuses on my new truck along with the multiple bulbs.

I worked with Steve on a new boat trailer and he did a great job. The trailer was completed earlier than promised and his customer service was exceptional.

I bought a great trailer from these guys at a remarkable price however their parts department is lacking greatly in my opinion. My axle is bent so I ordered a new one from them over 3 1/2 weeks ago. They estimated it to arrive in 1-2 weeks but I just contacted them and now, 3 1/2 weeks later + full payment, they can’t even give me an estimated time. Normally I wouldn’t mind but I use this trailer and anyone who’s ever had a bent trailer axle knows that tires will not last at all. After the $500 axle, tire are another expense I do not wish to have. I rate them at 1 star for their inability to hold close to their estimate when it matters most. They also seem to not care for their customers as much as their distributors.

I have called 3 times now to see if they could adjust a weight distribution hitch and each time they tell me, no we cant do it this week, but can the next week. When I call the next week, they say the same thing. Just put me off and keep me waiting. Wont use them for any service or purchases in the future.Response to the reply of my review:There IS NO Mr. Kees. Im not married. (I even stopped by once looking for a part that you guys didnt have and was my initial discussion that yes they can adjust trailers that you dont purchase from them. So you should have my face to my name and know that Im not a man). And yes, the trailer did NOT look level after buying a vehicle that sits 2 inches higher that my previous one. That is why I was calling a trailer place to adjust it. I was NOT told to come in with a trailer the following Monday, I was told to CALL Monday because the person that I can schedule an appt with would be back Monday. I called Monday and was told you guys are too busy and to CALL back the following Monday or Tuesday and you guys could fit me in.I called the following Monday or Tuesday but was told I would have to drop my truck and trailer for the entire day? For a hitch adjustment?? I said to do that, I would need a ride home because I have to work and cant sit there all day waiting for them to get to me. They said they cant give me a ride home 4 miles away. After about a 3 week run around, I quit messing with them. They did not want to help me out it was very obvious. After all this run around, I scheduled an appt with the place I bought my camper from that was booked 4 weeks out. So after 7 weeks, I finally got my hitch adjustment!

Bought a trailer here and was service was fine but bought some accessories (ratchet straps, etc.) and was told I could return them if I found out I didnt need them. Tried to return the straps and accessories the next day and they charged me a 15% restocking fee even though nothing had been opened or modified. Found that a bit cheap and wouldnt buy accessories there again.

Trailer all thru Colorado & New Mexico with no problems, got to Texas (which I thought was flat) and blew off bearing caps when trailer brakes got too hot on long, steep downhill grades. Called several shops with no parts, then got to #4 on google list - Magnum Trailers. They had the exact parts I needed and an amazing inventory of trailer parts, brake pads, bearings, etc. Prices were same as internet and no wait!

So the prices may be higher here but what you get is a level of service and quality of work that is unrivaled. Craig and Steve will make sure that what you need is done right the first time. If I evet need a custom trailer again in the future, Magnum will be my first choice.

Arrogant salesperson. Not a pleasant experience. They do have an abundant inventory and seem knowledgable about the product, however the negative experience took us to search elsewhere.

Bought a replacement trailer tire from here as I like to support local business, knowing they would not match any retailers price. They happily took money mounted the tire then told me it would be 3wks to take 10mins to put it on my trailer. Will never support this local business again.

I went to purchase a cargo trailer today, bc I think the have quality trailers , the manager really needs to work on his customer service he just throw us out to another office and left us in the middle of the process.😐

Terrible. I sent a guy 40 miles into town for a wheel bearing seal. He took the old one in to match up and they sent him back with a part that is way unusable. A visual check will show you it is the wrong size.

I went here to try and buy a trailer on credit, they ran my credit and it dropped my score 100 points and still did not qualify. I just stopped in today after saving up the money to buy cash but was rudely asked to move my car and asked if I could read the signs. Im done with this place and will purchase somewhere else.

Bought a trailer here 3 months ago brand new, one month later had to bring it back because my turn signals stopped working ,not even 5 weeks later had to bring it back again because all electrical completely stopped working on my trailer if your looking for a trailer I wouldnt recommend this place it took them 7 days to fix my trailer the second time plus rude employees
