Mark and his team are amazing! Our rescue dog has significant anxiety and had likely never been boarded before. We did a lot of research looking for the right place. I chose Mark’s primarily because the dogs get so much outside time and it had such a homely (rather than corporate) feel. Could not be happier with our decision! Our pup had a great time and loved Mark! We really enjoyed the daily videos which put my mind at ease. She came home super tired and happy. We are planning on leaving for a longer vacation out of the country later this year and I will absolutely be bringing her back. Thank you Mark and your team! :)

We love Camp Zoo! The dogs get plenty of play time and are treated like family. We get videos throughout their stay to see them having fun.

Camp Zoo & Pet Ranch/Mark is great! We take our goldendoodle Kevin here and its the first place weve left him that we are 100% confident he is in good hands! Definitely recommend!

I have been taking my dog here for the last 2 years and they have treated her like their own. She loves the outdoor playtime, the seemingly endless supply of tennis balls, and all the love, pets, and attention they give her. They are a great place for high energy daycare play and wonderful for boarding.

Mark and team are amazing. We leave our two doggies - Shi Tzu and Frenchie - with them every time we leave town. Our Shi Tzu has some separation issues but loves coming here because of all of the love and attention he gets. We look forward to the videos Mark sends everyday showing us how happy the pups are and it helps give us piece of mind while we are away.

When we were planning our two-week vacation, we were worried about leaving our Australian Shepherd Echo at a boarding facility because he does not like being alone or locked up in a crate. We looked at over a dozen places all over Austin and this looked like the best option for our boy. He has separation anxiety and we have never left him overnight away from us before. We try to plan our vacations around him so that he can come along but since we were leaving the country we knew it would be too difficult to bring him. We didnt like the thought of him being locked up for two weeks in a crate or small room and left overnight while the staff goes home after the business closes for the night.After we had our first visitation, we knew Echo would be in good hands with Mark and Teri. Since they run the business out of their home, they are always with the dogs and even let the dogs sleep on their bed with them at night (like Echo is used to with us). They take the dogs outside more than several times a day and let them run around together and play.The best part is that they send videos daily of the dogs and it was so relieving knowing he was safe and having a good time. We never once were worried about him and it gave us great peace of mind and let us enjoy our vacation.We are so glad this place exists and never want to take him anywhere else in the future. For the great care the dogs get, the price is very reasonable and was cheaper than several other places nearby. It wasnt a dog-jail like many other dog boarding facilities.Thanks again Mark and Teri! Echo had a great time!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! They do not care about your pet. Mark, the owner, lost our dog with in an hour of being dropped off AND DID NOT LOOK FOR HIM FOR HOURS. Then he calls me to tell us and was rude and defensive instead caring for the dog and wanting to find him. It took 20 people searching and many nextdoor tips to find him over 5 miles away and 24 hrs later. THESE PEOPLE DID NOT HELP. Marks ex-wife drove around for couple of hours(after hours was gone by already) and called it quits, as we searched till 3am and picked up 6:30AM again. I would give them a zero. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY DO NOT CARE!

I highly recommend this place for all the bird owners. Teri and Mark are so nice. They took great care of my Green cheek conure and sent me a video during her stay.

I took my two dogs here because my usual boarding place was booked, and after their stay, I wish I had been taking them here all along! They had so much fun and made lots of new friends, and my shy girl felt comfortable enough to open up to the owners and show her true self!They were well taken care of and treated as part of the pack, and the owners made sure to send me videos and pictures at least every two days.Great place!

Cant say enough positive things about this place! So glad we found it. Home-based but still very professionally run, its the perfect combination and our dog is always excited to go in the morning. Most of the dog boarding and daycare places we looked at keep the animals kenneled for most of the day. We love that our energetic young lab comes home from Camp Zoo worn out and happy. Mark and Teri have been so accommodating of changes in our work schedule and communicative of whats going on during the day - love that they text us updates and videos. I feel totally comfortable leaving my boy with them when we are at work or out of town.

Our dog is always well taken care of, and we get a video every day showing how he is getting along!
