Brought Chris a rough mountain bike that needed a pedal repair and general TLC. Fifteen minutes later the bike was shifting so smooth. The pedal was fixed. He also adjusted the brakes. This guy was so friendly, informative and honest. And for a great price! Only taking bikes to Chris from now on and you should too.

Im late on this review, but I want to say that Chris is just a solid, honest individual. He fixed up my Transition Patrol mountain bike and my dirt jumper in no time and he explained all of the details of what was happening with each. He showed me the wear and tear on the old parts and how the new parts fix the issues. Highly recommend!!

The bicycle restore is a hidden gem! I almost hesitate to share! Chris is the man! I stopped in, sans appointment (oops), because my bike was basically falling apart on my ride. Word to the wise, dont buy bikes at target because theyre assembled horribly. Anyway, Chris hooked it up!!! Diagnosed every problem with my bike and fixed them for me on the spot! If I didnt get some help, Im pretty sure my front wheel would have come off today. 15/10 highly recommend for all your bike needs. Very nice person, great service, affordable price , and youll be supporting a local maker!

Chris was great! I needed my brakes adjusted and he did it on the spot and now they work great. He also sells parts, so I got a new tube. Much quicker and cheaper than going to a big bike store. I will definitely use him anytime I need bike maintenance.

Chris is great. I was having a bad day out riding thanks to mechanical failures when I walked my bike over to his place. He not only got me up and running again quickly, but my durailers have never been this quiet and quick. Very reasonable prices as well. Dont skip this place.

Awesome experience. After trying to find a bike shop to fix a busted chain, I found the Bicycle Restore. He took my bike right away, got me all fixed up. He then took the time to make a few adjustments and got everything lubricated.

I came here to get a brake repaired on a bicycle I hadn’t used in awhile. Chris was able to help me with this repair the same day, very quickly, and at a very fair price. He does his work out of a cute little shop he built himself in a quiet neighborhood. He was very helpful, and even aired my tires for free without me asking. Would definitely recommend for bike repairs, but I understand his real talent is in restorations.

Chris is awesome! My mountain bike has been neglected and lived in the Texas weather for the last 4 years. Everything was rusted, the shifter cables busted out of the sleeves, and an ant hill was growing inside the handle bars!With Chris’ magic my bike looks brand new! New tubes, new cables, new chain, new shifter, new brake pads, all properly aligned and lubed.It rides better now than it did from the factory. He even washed and waxed it as a part of his advanced tune up.Not only was he polite and responsive, but he also has parts and supplies that I couldn’t find anywhere in store or online! Contacted Chris via internet when I was looking to restore my 1988 Haro Master I got back in 8th grade. Can’t say enough about Chris, his skills and attention to detail. After several email exchanges and reviving some old BMX memories, I dropped off a well aged frame and bars. Chris did a total strip, rechrome, paint, decal and clear over decals. When we realized the decal kit came with the wrong handlebar stickers, he quickly sourced the correct ones - didn’t miss a beat. Turnaround time was very fast for this level of work. He’s the real deal - bike restoration, repair or tune up, get with him. Not many shops around like this anymore.
