Miller is an amazing resource for our office! As an architecture firm, printing is a fundamental part of our work flow, and we use Miller for all types of prints.Today, I was able to get a print shipped in under 2 hrs. time! I was extremely anxious about ordering something so sudden, worried that I would not get it in time, but after giving a call to Miller 7th location, they expedited my order and had it at my office 30 minutes before my presentation.Amazing service, friendly people and the best part, super quick delivery/ production.6 stars if I could!

Elesha & and team at Miller were truly fantastic.They were able to manage my teams needs for ASAP printing turnarounds, and produced extremely high quality final work products. I had a very low printing IQ prior to starting working with Miller, and Elesha was able to guide me through every step of the process and provide recommendations on what kinds of sizes/types of paper we should use for the collateral I was printing.I am so grateful to this team for all their help! It made our event such a success. I was also coming from out of state, and Elesha made it so easy to do virtual reviews of our print materials.

Miller Blueprint has been in Austin for 100 years and you can see why. (My mom even used them when she was in college). Quality work, quick turnaround, great prices, and WONDERFUL and KIND folks working there. I’m an artist and I do a lot of fine detailed, black and white drawings and Dana in Fine Art has helped me many times and has created beautiful work for me over and over again. My work is not the easiest to recreate in a digital format and Dana worked with me very closely and extensively to get the quality prints I was looking for and in great time. So so thankful for her experience, hands on approach, eye for detail and hard work!! Will definitely continue getting my prints done by Dana and Miller Blueprint. Front desk is always the sweetest too!!

My niece recommended Miller Imaging to have one of her paintings scanned. She has had them do several of her smaller pieces, but being a starving artist, she was unable to have a bigger picture scanned. We purchased it from her, and paid for the scan so she could have prints made. Dana is their color expert (she also performed the scan), and gave us 2 images. One was color-corrected, the other was standard. Both looked fantastic! There were a couple of colors that were difficult to get perfect that Dana told us about, but I wasnt worried. We told her to take her time (we were not in a hurry), and my niece loved them as much as I did.We will use Miller Imaging again. Excellent customer service & communication. Excellent price as well for scanning a 48x24 painting. Larry, youre a good man (and I DO care what they say about you!). And if you happen to read this, Ill be back with some new jokes for you! Ive been working with Miller Blueprint to reproduce my watercolors to sell for a few years now, and they have just been the absolute best. The products Ive received are of high quality and fairly priced, Dana from the fine art department is so responsive and always works with me to make sure Im getting everything I need, and Larry at the front desk is quite possibly the friendliest and most helpful guy youll ever meet. If youre in the Austin area, I highly recommend you use them!

As a pop artist, I use Miller for all of my limited edition signed/numbered museum-quality archival fine art prints. Stellar printing, excellent customer service, lightning-quick turnaround, and decent prices. Everything you would want and need in a printing service. Highly recommended!

Great print shop

My girlfriend and I went on a run here to get the pages for a multi-signature book printed not too long ago. The service was absolutely excellent, and the staff (props to Ian!) were perfectly accommodating with an atmosphere that is simultaneously casual and professional. They helped review the files and make suggestions to make sure everything looked great before we walked out the door and prints were ready in great quality less than 24 hours later! Definitely returning soon.

Over more years than I will voluntarily admit to it has been my good fortune, and great pleasure to work with, for, and around the good folks at Miller Imaging & digital. there work has always exceeded my needs both on time, and quality. A feat rarely seen anymore in this fast paced modern age. It was true when they were on 6th street its just as true today. If your looking for their type services you can stop now. I cant say enough about Miller Blueprint. I helped coordinate a race to raise money for a family whose child was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma last spring. Not only did they print everything for free, but the quality of the work was amazing and their service was outstanding. I will use them consistently in the future for any printing needs. They printed posters, banners, signs, flags...you name it, they printed for us. The day before the event, rain was forecast and what did they do? They came to us, picked up our signs that werent laminated and laminated them for us, then re-delivered. And it was their idea (did I mention they did all of this as a donation???)! They are absolutely wonderful!!!

I consider the Metric Boulevard location of Miller IDS as an extension of my office these days. I run a small architecture business out of my home, and dont have the space for a big printer (or the IT department to keep up with one!). I send print orders to these guys several times a week. Service is friendly, prompt, and professional. I can always count on them to deliver a quality product.In a pinch, theyve printed drawings on short notice, as Im running out to a client meeting. I had nearly 40 pieces of VERY light and delicate pencil lineart on rough, oversized paper (11x14) I needed scanned at a good enough quality and fair enough price to send to my editor. Most places Id been to either scanned too light, at not high enough resolution (because of the detail, I need at least 600 dpi), charged too much, or all of the above.Miller Blueprint went above and beyond expectations. They were friendly and listened to the specs I needed, discussed price because of the quantity involved, and scanned a page for me right there so I could see an example. It looked good, and next business day, I have the scans open on my computer and they are not just good, they are PERFECT and exactly what I needed!Thank you so much! You guys (and girls!) rock! I have worked in print and publishing for 15 years now, and these scans far exceeded expectations. And the price was SPOT on. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. :)Looking forward to taking the finished watercolored pieces in as well!!--edit--I am editing this, several years later, to add that I have been coming to Miller Blueprint for several years now for the pieces that are either too large to scan or too delicate of a job to handle alone. And somehow Im always recognized even though as a customer, Im sporadic.So Ive just ordered my first set of full color prints for a promotional mailer Im sending out, and wanted to say that there really is an advantage to being able to go into your local printer to look over proofs before ordering the full run. Three of the prints were perfect. One needed adjustments. So I made the adjustments and sent them back for printing, no hassle! No having to ship anything back, wait forever, etc.Ive had to give up my usual regular wholesale printer because shipping prices have gone sky high, so when you calculate in not having to ship on a small-scale print job (ie: digital instead of offset), both the price AND the quality are exceptional. Even the paper is perfect, matching in look and feel what Id specified in spec. Thanks Demetrius!I love this place. Like really.
