Called to request window replacement.I had to call for status.Told window would be replaced on a certain date. Again I had to call on status. Was given response, I dont know when the window will come in. Asked him to call to get update on status...Again had to call back for status. Given response the window was not ordered.

Had my 15 grand jeep cherokee front windhsield replaced very fast at his job very cautios when removing and installing new windhsield loved the service would def recomend !

Jose did an excellent job replacing my side window. He was punctual and very professional. He vacuumed my car to ensure there were no remnants of a broken window. He cleaned my window with Windex. Cleaned my car seat. By far the best experience and solution to a window replacement.

Jose deserves a medal! I first worked with him when I needed to replace my windshield. He quoted me $200 less than Safelite and got me IN THE SAME DAY and he came to my place. Safelite said they couldnt get me in until 3 weeks later. The second time I worked with him was a few weeks later when someone smashed my window and stole my purse. I really was stressed out, but again Jose came the day of. It doesnt seem like a big deal, but I called him at 4PM and he came to my place at a 5PM on a FRIDAY. This man is a saint. I wouldnt feel comfortable leaving my car with a broken window on my street and he really was fast, efficient and reliable in a time of distress after my break in. THANK YOU, JOSE!!!!!!

Jose was the only person that picked up the phone and came to our rescue today after someone broke into my car. He met us and took care of the job in less than 45 minutes. Jose replaced my windshield about 5 or so months ago. His prices were great, communication was quick, and scheduling was easy. Id highly recommend using him for your auto glass needs! The day after he installed my windshield, I noticed a lot of wind noise driving down the highway. I called him and he came out that day to check for any holes. He did find a spot he missed, so he sealed it up, and Ive had no issues since. I appreciate him standing by his work and making sure his customers are taken care of.

Called at 9a for quote to replace driver window. Jose said he could do it at noon! I called back to confirm. Then called with the off chance he might could replace the side mirror that also was broken, he called right back after checking his stock and said he had that too. This guy was great! I was in a real bind after someone broke into my car the day before I was supposed to go on a trip. Jose came to my house very quickly and had my shattered driver side window replaced like new in under an hour. And he did it for less than the company my insurance had a relationship with. I had a crystally residue on my Jeep Wrangler winsdshield that obstructed my vision in the direct sunlight - very dangerous on 290W at dusk. I assumed it was tree sap, but after a year of failed solutions, my only explanation was that it was industrial paint carried over by the wind from a nearby construction site - I noticed it around the time I was parked near one.Time for replacement.I callled the usual suspects (Safelite, Binswanger) and no one could do business without an appointment or other red tape.
