We bought a bike here in Sept. 2021 thinking that we signed for additional wheel and tire coverage. We left with the bike happy.Oct. 2021 we got a flat tire. We found out that they failed to tell us after signing the paperwork that we wont be getting wheel and tire coverage .I asked them to order a wheel to replace said tire anyway and Ill pay out of pocket. Service advisor said that they tire will come in 1 week.2 WEEKS LATER I call to follow up. What did I find - the tire was never ordered and were still sitting here with a new bike with a flat. I wonder how long we would of waited if I never called to follow up.We now have buyers remorse and not because we dont like the bike, but because we are not happy with the level or service and communication that we received. Yall need to do better!

As a brand new rider, RideNow is a great place to go when looking for your first bike. I knew I wanted to go pre-owned for my first motorcycle, and they had a really impressive number of options to choose from...and not having to sort out all the tax, title, licensing on my own was a huge relief. I worked with Dom, who was incredibly patient and understanding of all the different decisions I was going to have to make as a beginner. He helped me understand what all the different styles and options were that I had to consider, and made sure to point me in the right direction so I didnt end up with too much...or too little bike.I also really appreciated the smooth handoffs as we got introduced to and worked with other folks to handle financing/paperwork as well as picking up helmets and other gear. Everyone was really patient and happy to help and spend lots of time with us explaining everything. I also appreciated the same-day gear/accessories discount that was offered.If I had to offer any feedback or heads-up on the experience, it would only be two things. First off, they are a larger dealership, so definitely expect to be offered additional warranties and service bundles when youre purchasing. I didnt feel pressure to buy into anything, but it is a couple additional steps/decisions youll have to consider and then make choices on. The second piece of feedback I would have is that I wish I was able to purchase the bike entirely on my credit card vs. having to pay for some of it in cash. Not a huge deal overall, but definitely an extra step I had to take as a buyer. In full transparency, if that credit card amount limit was 10k vs. 5k, I bet it would make a whole lot of folks happy and make the purchasing process even easier.

I decided to sell my side by side to a dealership to avoid the CL drama. Im not naive in thinking that I would profit I fully understand the dealer has to make money on resale. I went in fully expecting to get low balled but I had an acceptable number in mind. They matched that number spot on! They offered a fair price with no expectation of a trade in or purchase. But, we all need our toys so after the sale I put $500 down and requested two bikes be ordered so I could compare them in person. I expected to wait 2-3 months due to current shortages. The bike arrived in 3 weeks! I went in to buy expecting games, high pressure four square etc. None of that happened. zero. All the staff from sales to finance are so laid back and apply no pressure or tricks. They are just a bunch of folks in love with power sports and want to help customers get in on it too. I forgot the name of the financial guy so my apology but he was awesome and very helpful. My sales person Jasmine that was with me from the beginning is a 10 star! I cant wait till I get another bug for a new toy so I can go back and buy again from her and all the rest of the staff at Ride Now!

Worst customer service.They sent me offer for my bike and ask to make an appointment to get an accurate price. Rode 30 minutes and guy in store said I need to be in the title to even get a price.I said I spent 30 minutes, please, give me any idea how much my bike worth. He said: “you’ve in store only 5 minutes”. Lol. I would never come back again

Went into this dealership, not sure if I even wanted to purchase my first bike yet. I met Dakota McNeely upon walking in and he instantly knew which bike I needed to get for the riding I wanted to do. Got my 2019 Honda CB500F with 1 mile on it at an unbeatable price. Dakota kept in touch with me after, gave me some sick riding spots to hit up, and made sure I was enjoying my bike. Bought a 2021 Kawasaki KLX300 from these folks a month back, really great experience! I special ordered this bike during the pandemic and expected some delays, however my salesperson Robert was great in keeping me up to date with all the information and lead times they had. I understand inventory is low currently, So if you are considering purchasing or ordering a vehicle, I STRONGLY encourage you take your business to a smaller locally owned dealer that has respect and appreciation for their customers.Heres the story: My wife contacted the sales team about a vehicle mid morning and a very awesome salesman named Alex helped her to get all the paperwork in motion. By 11:40 we had submitted all necessary information and were just waiting on the paperwork. At this time my wife asks me to leave work to go sign. (I live an hour away). Once I arrive, I learn that another customer had just arrived and submitted paperwork as well (1 hour after mine was already being processed in the system). Because the SECOND individual put his toes in the store before I got there, I was told by the sales manager, Victor, that my sale was invalid And I would not be able to take the vehicle I was purchasing. This is AFTER THEY HAD RUN MY CREDIT, and approved me and after they had my paperwork 95% completed. And after they had already sent me over to check out accessories for my new ride. Their store policy is terrible. Its not first come first serve. It is more like, lets see how many people we can sell and then watch what happens. The second customer should have been told there was already a deal in the works and the management should have taken responsibility. I CLEARLY asked before I left to go there if it was sold and offered a deposit, but I was assured it wasnt. Bottom line is I hate the amount of time waisted and I an even more disappointed in Victor and the lack of professionalism.

Beware of this place!!! Because it was late on the weekend we thought we would just use their financing until the bank opened Monday. What a joke!! Worse then used car financing. All they want to talk is payment and when you question it they dont like it. When you insist on seeing the break down there is an extra $3k added on. They tell you the that 2k is for shipping from Japan. News flash Waverunner motors come from japan the actual craft is assembled in Georgia. Then an additional $700 for assembly after they get it. Oh & the lifetime battery add on for $299 they try to slip in there. Nice try grubby used car salesmen.

Overtly pushy insurance salesman and they charged me extra freight, setup and shipping charges + taxed those charges. I was also charged an extra $1000 for shipping compared to my friend, who purchased the exact same motorcycle from the Georgetown RideNow. Do not go to this store.

Took my bike in for regular maintenance. Once it was all done, I picked up my bike and headed home. Shame on me for not checking both my brakes individually while I was still in the parking lot, because Ride Now Austin had bled air into my brakes while they were flushing them.They did the right thing after I called and told them what was happening. They told me to head back and theyll take care of the problem. I drove back through Austin traffic with an ineffective rear brake to get a quick sorry and a boot out the door.Why pay for dealership service if their quality control cant catch the things that can end your life?

Went to Ride Now to look at some Ninja 650s to buy for my first bike. I was introduced to Nathan who was very knowledgeable and took care of me the moment we met. He showed me the ins and outs of the different bikes and even told me pros and cons of each cc class. I felt no pressure to make a purchase and he was very patient and answered all my questions I had about the bike. My wife and I felt really relaxed and knew we were in good hands. I ended up purchasing a 2021 Ninja 650 and it has turned out to be an amazing bike and Nathan has stayed in touch with me ever since making sure everything is still good. I highly recommend you speak to him if you are looking for anything in power sports. I will most definitely recommend him to anyone I talk to.

I have just joined the Honda Grom Cult with the new 2022, and Robert was especially helpful in making this happen. As a first-time rider/buyer, I fully expected to have all the options and add-ons thrown at me and recommended to purchase all, but the whole RideNow Austin team was especially helpful in breaking down my available options and giving me their advice on next steps. They didnt have the style I wanted in stock but it was extremely easy to get in the queue, and my bike showed up within the following week. To top it off, Robert was extremely communicative with me when it came to picking up my new ride. He even provided some additional materials to review on the bike before my purchase - just to make sure I was confident that this was the model I wanted. He seemed just as excited as I was when it came in and he had it up front, clean, and ready to go when I arrived. They helped me to load the bike and ensure that it was securely strapped in before I took it home. Overall, it was an extremely easy experience, and I will have no issues coming back to upgrade my ride when Im ready.

Called for a quote on one of their Yamaha YZFs, and got it promptly. When I asked why their fees were higher (hundreds of dollars higher) then several other quotes Ive received for the same bike, I was met with an impatient response, no explanation, and was told Id receive a call from a manager to explain? No call.Watch the fees these folks charge. They are higher than they should be.

I purchased a 2021 Kawasaki Z900 from Ride Now Austin on 6/12/21. The salesman was Ryan Eggers. Ryan was laid back, friendly, and he never pressured me to make a decision. He answered all my questions, and helped guide me to the right bike for my needs; hence the Z900. He also steered me to the riding gear, which I purchased in store from Dawn. She helped me buy a helmet, gloves and a jacket. She knows her gear extremely well, and is also very affable. I was also assisted by Tyler White, who helped me with the financing, and just general questions. Both he and Ryan took the time to set up the bike, and explain all the functions of the bike including the incredibly awesome TFT display. Ryan and Tyler made buying the bike fun. I was very impressed with the entire crew at Ride Now Austin. They are top notch. An overall excellent buying experience. I would give them (6) stars if I could.

Great experience with the service!I punctured my rear tire on Saturday of the Easter weekend near Marble Falls while on a 4 day trip. I called RideNow and the nice people there promised to wait for me and stay late to replace my tire. Then they took the extra time to also replace my rear brake pads when they saw they were worn. The technician found one of my mirrors was loose on the test ride and tightened it, too.Best service ever received! Will definitely be back! I was in search of a new CBR1000RR motorcycle and Ridenow had the one of the best deals in the nation. I drove an hour and a half to take advantage of this deal and also because I heard great things about the dealership. When I arrived, I was greeted by on of the sales reps named Ethan and began to ask questions. Ethan was very knowledgeable and attentive to what my needs were and immediately made me feel great about choosing this dealership for making my purchase. The place is really spacious, very organized, and has really good deals on their bikes. Ethan showed me around and helped me make a great decision that day. Everyone was so nice and I loved my experience. I would definitely recommend this place for your motorcycle purchase. I will be coming back one day when I’m ready to buy my next one.

Nick Fletcher is an absolute wizard, I mean just one of the coolest dudes who made the whole process as painless as possible! Everyone (with Nick himself as no exception) is full of so much knowledge and charisma it made it feel like I had been going there all my life. Overall 10/10 experience and if you plan on buying a motorcycle, I definitely think this is the place to do it.

He was very helpful in getting us started in the direction for financing the bike. He even sent us in the direction of Dawn with the accessories. Talk about a fun spirited helpful person! My helmet size is a popular size I guess, she was out of the one that i wanted to purchase, so she called a direct competitor of you guys to make sure I got what I wanted. I ended up finding on that worked for me at your store.Also, a great deal of help from Erik P and the financing department for working so hard on getting us our bike.

Dom N. greeted me and asked which bike I was looking into today, gave him my answer and within 10 min we were working with Tyler W. and the front desk staff to get me home with my first motorcycle! They weren’t pushing a bike outside of my skill level like most dealerships would just to make an extra buck! -__- Dom kept me up to speed with what was going on and what was needed for me to sign that dotted line! While I was waiting Kevin O. Helped me look at aftermarket parts for the bike that I was getting and was very informative as to what I should and shouldn’t get! I called wanting to buy a bike and I’m from out of state. The bike was $15k, and I asked how much understanding I would need to arrange shipping. The guy in a text told me $20k. I asked $5k to ship the bike, he answered there’s a $5k premium for people out of state, but are you still interested. Yep just a little ridiculous !

Terrible customer service. Business must be so good that they wont even bother to call potential customers back. Probably all for the better because they have a tendency to put a pretty hefty upcharge on all their new bikes. Avoid this place unless you like paying too much for a bike you can get elsewhere or in the classifieds for much less.

I had a great experience with RideNow in Austin and a well deserved 5 stars.I completed a contact form on their website and was contacted a few moments later by telephone. I set up an appointment to look at the new Honda ADV 150 and take it for a test ride. A representative of sent me an email and text confirming my appointment as well as the required PPP I would need.I showed up on the day of my appointment and was introduced to my a sales associate, Alex Nagle who was very friendly. He prepped the bike and in a short while we were off on my test ride. One thing that sticks out in my mind is how professional and serious they are about safety. I had brought my own helmet and gloves but no jacket. He was able to get me a jacket so I could ride. They have strict rules about wearing protective gear, which I appreciate.I was a die hard Vespa owner and actually going to upgrade to a new vespa. I was really just coming to RideNow to get a comparison of their ADV. I had a bad experience with a Vespa dealership a while back, but the RideNow staff was superb! No pressure to buy at all and straightforward on the pricing. Because I am a military veteran, I was told they would give me $250.00 off the MSRP. The test ride was great and a few hours later I found myself buying the ADV 150.They prepped the bike for delivery and Eli, the manager did a great job going through all the details of the features. I purchased the bike on Monday evening and 12 hours later I already have about 50 miles on it! I really enjoy riding it.As you can see from my photo, the storage can accommodate a full-sized (medium) helmet and my gloves.Honestly, there is nothing I can think of that was negative with this experience. Maybe, one recommendation would be that as part of the delivery prep, RideNow could set the clock and date....but then again, it did force me to learn how to do it on my own.To the staff: thanks to Alex for making this a great buying experience. Very down to earth guy. Thanks to Eli and the staff for working with me and rushing to to close out the sale to accommodate my busy schedule. I appreciate the great customer service. My vespa has now been kicked out of the garage to make room for my ADV 150....now I am off to find a buyer for my vespa

I normally don’t purchase motorcycles at dealerships, but with a brand new model year that was my only option. The whole process was a big surprise for me, with service that resembled sitting in an exclusive airline lounge and being treated like a VIP throughout.A big shout out to Nick Fletcher and the team at RideNow Austin for listening to my needs and accommodating everything with grace. I felt more excited about my purchase leaving the dealership than entering it, and that says a lot.

Nathan Price was awesome. He gave us all the details we needed, explained the ins and outs of our new bike. Kept us posted on paperwork and did not pressure us for a sale.

Called to see if they had the new Speed Triple 1200RS and spoke with a lady at the front desk. Was put on hold three times while she asked someone who actually knew what was in the store before I asked to just speak with the salesman directly....was hung up on. Called right back and spoke to a different lady at the front desk who claimed she was a salesman...was put on hold again while she asked a real salesman...do yourself a favor and bypass the people who answer the phones as they are completely useless. Another issue I have with this dealer and others is the fact that they dont have demo insurance...so they either expect you to buy a bike without riding it OR (if you dont currently own a motorcycle) they expect you to open a policy on a bike you MIGHT purchase just to test ride it....and if you dont like the bike you then have to call and cancel the insurance policy. I really dont understand how more people dont see an issue with this. Stop being cheap and get insurance so customers can test ride $20k motorcycles prior to buying. Would you buy a car without driving it? Why is a motorcycle any different?

Nathan was a great salesman, this man will literally give you the shirt off his back to help you. It takes a while to get the paperwork done, but everyone is really helpful. Dawn was a great help for riding gear! Ellie was good a crunching numbers, thank you sir! Over all, they have a great selection of bikes. We WILL be back again. Thanks RideNow!Update: 6/9/21Well I though all was well from RideNow Austin, but I guess it was too good to be true. After waiting a couple of weeks for my parts that I ordered, I texted the salesman about them. Come to find out they were never added to the total of my bike. Now keep in mind my bike was 10,199. The total I paid was 17,000. That is with the extended warranties, and protections. So fees and warranties added up to this total, and I didnt get my parts. Very angry and disappointed in them. I even had a manager tell me to give him a day to get familiar with the paperwork before he can speak on behalf of RideNow. Well that phone call never came! Long story short, fees are too much, and service after the sale is sorely lacking. What gets me is the Fees and warranties added up to almost the price of the damn bike. That is CRAZY!

Nathan was amazing! He was very helpful throughout the whole process and even helped me with a surprise since it was a gift! I’ll definitely be going back when it’s my turn to get one for myself.

I purchased my motorcycle here; great selection. The salespeople are knowledgeable and easy-going. I was in and out in a hour.

I know some of the reviews are iffy but I purchased a Honda Grom a while back. Communicating through text was weird but when I say I showed up they showed up too. My bike was ready and all the paper work they had never even seen me before. The process took an hour (not even). The staff members who were not working with me still gave me a “how are you doing” or just a “welcome” and that’s really all anyone can ask for in my opinion. They vibe is there.

Went in there looking to purchase a grom. Michael was more than helpful and an outstanding associate. He reassured me I was making a right choice joining the motorcycle community by purchasing my first bike. He had an answer for every question I had, and if he didn’t have an answer, he would find one. I am definitely going back and asking for Michael and sending anybody who’s looking to purchase a motorcycle his way.

Came to start looking at motorcycles and had a wonderful experience. They had a pretty good inventory and Alexander came over to give advice and to hold up some bikes for me so I could get both feet onto the pegs.

I spoke with Ryan Eggers about a super nice FZ-07...ended up purchasing the bike same-day and couldnt be happier with the experience! Ryan did a stellar job...he was professional, informative, and personable...if youre looking for a nice newer motorcycle in Austin then Ryan is definitely the guy to talk to! 🙏
