Amazing customer service! I came looking for a replacement blade for a grinder, I had misplaced it and need it with urgency. They had it! Problem solved. Thanks ACE Mart Supply ❤Update on the review regarding only the product quality:Actually the knife blade I got Chefs Supreme brand, replacement #10/12, didnt fit because it is made very poorly, the square hole to insert in the spining thing, had very round edges and did not go through. I really needed with urgency so I had to think of a quick solution that ended up doing a mickey mouse job, I ran to home depot to get a metal file to sharpen the round edges into a square, and then it fit and was able to use my grinder. CHEFS Supreme needs to improve its blades quality.

The store does have a very good inventory. The staff are all helpful and knowledgeable too. The only thing that prevented me from giving the place 4 or 5 stars was the prices. They are high for many items. So, depending on what you need, they might offer a reasonable deal or be outrageously high. Theyre definitely convenient and very good in a pinch.

I bought an electric deep frier and they said it has a 1 year warranty for $350. 9 months later it stopped working i went to them and they kept for 3 days and said they’ll either replace it, fix it. I went to them this morning at 9am and they were rude towards me, and one of the workers was angry and had very bad attitude towards me. He didn’t want to fix it or replace it for me so i took it and then left.

I use Acemart for my work. They are the best. Extremely helpful and they get you what you need. Easily 20 years doing business with them.

I have mixed feelings about Ace Mart. On the one hand, I like being able to find restaurant quality products for my home since theyre open to the public, and on the other hand Im always appalled by learning that restaurants are storing foods in the containers they sell that are made of plastics considered unsafe for people, or primarily aluminum cookware. Shopping here will teach you why you shouldnt eat out. There are good stainless and glass products and you can find stuff you wont find at the HEB across the street like soy sauce dispensers and barware.

Ace Mart has bulk buying at a discount, restaurant supplies, a giant chair that rents out on occasions if I understood right. Cocktail mixers, pourers, anything a bartender may need!! And every employee in there is super!!!!

Everyone here was super helpful and attentive. The store is well organized and extremely clean. The product list is excellent! We will be back for sure.

I am Harry Homeowner but I worked in a restaurant a long time ago and gained an appreciation for no-frills functional equipment so that is the kind of stuff I use at home. The prices and selection were pretty good but I expected a little more variety. Specifically I went in looking for a dining table organizer and a certain type of basic white cutting board but I didnt really find what I wanted. I was looking for a certain style of table organizer that I commonly see in restaurants, but I suppose they dont carry the brand and model. As far as the cutting board, they only had two sizes of the industry standard plain white cutting board. Maybe they just had low stock? Aside from that, they did have a rather large selection of pots/pans and baking supplies. Also a good selection of real carbon steel woks that you cant find in retail stores. Ill definitely be back.

AceMart has a nice in-house selection, plus a massive in-company selection that they warehouse off-site. Besides really competitive pricing, that have an amazing staff. The best part is that the sales team is NOT paid on commissions, so they really help you out on getting the most for your money. They are my first stop when shopping for restaurant equipment and supplies. Great job AceMart!

My wife and I went there to get every day use salad forks, and we bought a dozen because they were very reasonably priced, and the lady who waited on us offered several pattern choices. I THOUGHT I needed a sharpening steel, but a gentleman there assured me that the two-slot sharpener we have is fine. He said the trick is to draw the knife through there three times only. More times are too many. He was absolutely right. Unfortunately, ours is a fairly sophisticated kitchen, so its hard to find another tool we absolutely have to have (shucky darn!), but Im sure that on any return trip well find SOMETHING we have to have.

Forget fancy kitchen stores. This is the stuff they use in pro kitchens at great prices. You need a set of all metal bowls in different sizes for cheap. Real metal sheet pans made to stand up to restaurant use for under $10. Cookie scoops in a dozen different sizes. These are the secret to professional looking cookies. My biggest find here are the container used in restaurants for leftovers. Must buy in large quantities (25+) but so much cheaper than the 4 packs of disposables at the grocery store.

So if you just watched that amazing cooking show on TV and youre dying to buy the same set of celebrity chef tools you saw on the show than go somewhere else. But if you want the tools that 99% of the food you eat is prepared with, this is your place. Dishes, aprons, containers, cutlery, condiment dispensers, you get the idea. Dont get caught up in the hype, go get everything you need to make most of what youll eat at home at a third of the cost.
