Ive been a customer with Home Liquidation Center since they first opened their doors. I have never been dissatisfied with the quality of their merchandise or service. Im a general contractor who can say with confidence if your looking for a good price in interior and exterior doors see Patrick, Juice or David the owner. Their expertise in making sure you get the right door is immeasurable. Thumps up to a business of excellence and professionalism per none.

Door frame is good. So giving two star for product only! HOWEVER, it’s more than just about the product! Customer Service is horrible! Door installed and they covered all the wires for alarm system and doorbell. We had to pay another vendor to rectify because HLC was unwillingly to cooperate to make things right! Not good listeners and follow up is sketchy! They use 3rd party vendors. Go somewhere else to be valued! Don’t spend your hard earned money here.

Home Liquidation Center did a great job in replacing my door. They have a great selection of doors. Their prices are great and they offer delivery and installation. And their installers were able to install my door quickly in about 2 hours.

Had a door installed several years ago and we had to call about 3 times to have them rectify some issues. The door is supposed to be no rot, but I see discoloration. On the outside of door it’s retaining mildew. My husband had to cork around the door because it leaked inside when it rained. When we call they say only warrants for one year. Not satisfied at all.

This company fixes sturdy doors for homes. I just thought I would take a look inside this company.

The staff was friendly. I spoke to a girl named juice I told her I was an hour away and didnt want to waste time going out there to be disappointed. She sent me pictures of more products and sales. Idrove out there the next day and ordered a door was told 3 weeks to a month wait time due to covid. Upon receipt was very pleased. The wait was worthy. I now have a beautiful front entry door. Thanks again guys.

I purchased an entry door unit from them, paid $300 to have it professionally painted before being installed (total for project about $1800). They called to let me know the door unit was ready and we could come see it. When my wife got there, there were scratches all over the door and the side lights were buried behind other ones stacked against a wall so she couldnt see them. My wife told them the scratches were unacceptable and their response was, we are a liquidation center when she asked why it wasnt wrapped to be protected. The painter had to come to the house and spend 3 1/2 hours repainting the entire door to make it look good. The installer was great but did put a few dents in the exterior trim that was removed and reinstalled, their response was that happens all the time and they really dont care about taking care of someone elses property. I will certainly not buy from them again and will tell everyone I know not to either. Its a shame because its a beautiful door unit and the price was right, but customer service means a lot to me and they have zero.

Service there is superior. I love the assistance that you got once you walked in the door. Customer Services is getting a feel for the type of door you would like to have on your home. Assisting you with coloring of the door. Plus, your door knobs. Informing that customer doesnt have to be home for measurements of the door. I just love the service there. My daughter also purchased a door for their home. They also have reasonable pricing.

Buyer beware. I bought a door from this location last year that the owner recommended. Today the door is rotting and was told by an employee that he would have never bought this door (really)! I requested to speak to the office manager and she refused to speak with me. So much for supporting local small businesses... Purchase at your own risk.

Great selection but for major items, may need to your installer also.

I purchase a door and installation, the job was done professionally and the installer was quick and efficient, he even clean up after the work was done!The only gripe I have is that customer service needs to be better.When I ordered my door the cashier said 3 weeks or less to install and they would call before with a follow up! Well that never happened , I called twice just to make sure that they were coming and the date of install, this needs to be a little more professional!Other than that I am satisfied with service and would probably use them again.

We just had HLC replace our french doors that open out onto our deck. The process went seamlessly, everything was on time, pricing was great and the installer David was awesome. It was everything I had hoped for in a door replacement project. Door looks great too! Thanks!

Bad customer service!!! I’ve purchased products from them before and I was satisfied but now the customer service is terrible!!! I’ve spent over 2k here and was planning on purchasing doors for a house I’m renovating but now I’ll never go here again!!!

Horrible installation. First guy measured incorrectly so the door was too short. Actual installer Insisted the floor needed to be cut back (which it did not) and therefore required an upcharge. Which resulted in the door sitting too far back so water can seep in the wall. Used 40 year old trim from the old door to try to hide it. At least he could have used new trim. Heck I would have gone and got it if he asked. but then he was Talking on the cell phone the entire time . Door and price was ok but do not use their installer.

I had recently been looking everywhere for a door and i finally found these guys at HLC... HONESTLY, the BEST PRICES, QUALITY, and SERVICE!!! They were wonderful helping me find a Perfect door for my home. I cannot keep count of all the compliments Ive gotten from friends and family.. Even my neighbors!! I am just extremely pleased since they did everything to work to my schedule and my budget! What else could i ask for? Plus, their painter did such a great job on the color i chose. Thanks so much HLC crew!!!

Stay far away! Purchased door, provided measurements according to their instructions and took old door to them as well for hinge cut outs that were included in purchase price. Also paid for rush, since we were without a front door (decorative glass popped out). 2 days later, picked up door and at home discovered cut outs were 2” off, as well as holes for lock/handles not right. They didn’t really care, said we could “beat the hinges down with a hammer”. Did not even refund the rush fee. Upon closer inspection we realized door was a 2nd, and had to repair before painting.

I got a flyer in the mail. In it was a door I really liked. I went to the showroom and found out it was a classic bait and switch scam. They didnt even know who made the door and couldnt order it. They sure did show me a bunch of other more expensive doors though! The salesman was supposed to call me to let me know more about the door in their ad but of course he never did. Its a really skeevy place.
