Friendly and professional staff. Schedule an appointment and get there within 15 minutes to keep your slot. I was in and out about 45 minutes total and that’s including paperwork and eye exam and picking my glasses. It helps to know what glasses you want prior to appointment. I had my glasses in 10 days. I recommend the lens cleaner as well.

The staff was extremely welcoming. The doctor was pretty funny, and I can honestly say that this will be the only place I will go to for eye exams and glasses.

This was my first eye exam and it was so pleasant! I was quickly greeted and assisted. I completed my paperwork beforehand, but it wasn’t necessary, I just didn’t know what to expect and wanted to be prepared. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything he was testing as he was completing my exam. My vision ended up being fine, but I was told I would eventually need reading glasses. I will definitely return to this location when that time comes. Highly recommended!

I felt very comfortable that the establishment was taking precautions by having temperature checks upon entry and sanitizing the glasses before placing them back on the shelf. Dr. kow was very professional and listen to my concerned, walked me through the process and made me feel welcome. Megan, Christine, and Wanda were very friendly and helpful. I was referred to this Pearl location and I have had the best experience ever with receiving great eyecare with Dr. Kow. He was very personable and spent quality time with me and explained to me the care of my contacts. The inside staff was just as nice and attentive and helped me select a wonderful pair of glasses and then the pair I wanted was not in and Dr. Kow instructed Ms Susan to help me and she was very professional and she is the one that showed me several pair of glasses and immediately knew the pair I wanted and I got them and I purchased them. This was the best service I have gotten for eyecare. I would recommend this place for the great services they provide for all your eye care needs.

If I could give Zero stars I would but I can’t so. I am completely disappointed by the staff because I came in on Saturday and no one greated me because they were all huddled in a circle talking. The only young lady that was there was super busy working on getting paper work started stoped to help me pick out frames and great me. It’s a shame that I’ve been in here three times and the girl Demari was the only one who helped every time. Thank you Demari hopefully your co-workers can learn a thing or two from you but I will never be coming here again!!!!!

Ive been wearing reading glasses for about 10 years now and this is the first time a vision store couldnt get my glasses right. Im pretty sure the Dr there got my prescription wrong but they tried 3 times to get it right but couldnt. I ended up just having them copy my current prescription and put those in the new frames. 2 thumbs down! Ill go somewhere else next year!

I had a very great and safe experience. The doctor was very personable and appeared knowledgeable in his craft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Doctor was great! However, I was given the wrong price on my glasses. I paid $15 out of pocket, as my insurance covered the remaining balance. Later I received a call from their staff requesting an additionally payment of $165. Not a pleasant experience, as there is a large difference between pay $15 and and additional $165.

Once of the best experiences of customer service I have had the pleasure of being part of. Wanda quickly helped me out as I was a walk-in and got all of my information needed. Wait time was little to nothing at the time I went. The lady with the colored hair was very nice when performing some tests on my eyes. Dr. Kow was excellent during my actual exam. I will be coming back for future visits and will recommend my friends and family to stop by!

The staff at this location had been outstanding throughout my entire experience. I have a challenging prescription and had to have several adjustments made. I have been buying my glasses from this location for many years. The staff is always so welcoming and nice. I go to the same person named Angela every year. She helps me find the best frames. Due to life stuff, I ended up being 30 minutes late. Not only were they gracious about it, but they were able to fit me in anyway, and quickly. Everyone was polite, and friendly. Very unprofessional, Justin who is the GM and Angela. Went to get glasses for my daughter was told they could do the glasses in an hour by Angela. That was a lie, then when we told the GM Justin he explained that Angela has no place to tell you that. And that it normally takes 10 days, then my daughter glasses came in. But they were in the wrong frame once again Justin tells us it was Angelas fault. Then was told by Justin that we would get a full refund, and that he would talk with Angela about setting the right expectations. He also explained that he would call the owners to let them know what has happened. Then when we come back to get my daughters glasses fix they take them and told us to get out. WOW

Excellent staff. Angela and Wanda greeted me warmly and helped me pick out new glasses and they repaired my old glasses really fast. I was impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness and making sure I got the most bang for my buck with the new glasses.

I dont think they appreciate customers at all! I have bought several pairs of glasses at this location of Pearl. For my wife, my daughter at least 6 pair for myself. I have been patronizing for over 15 years! The former owners were always so quick to help and stand behind their product? I guess I just became accustomed to and expected that level of service. No more. These new owners are rude and will not stand behind ANYTHING that I have seen as of my last two transactions. They hold the customer in contempt when something is not right.Let me explain....When my grand daughter recently needed glasses I talked her mother into letting me take them to Pearl. I told her, you pay more but you get what you pay for. Well I was wrong. Let me say the lady who waited on me, when I returned with an obvious factory defect in the frames was completely rude. She accused me of buying them somewhere else! When I told her I bought every pair of glasses, for every member of my family there at that location. She seriously treated me like a crook! Finally the gentleman that I think may have been the manager got involved and graciously allowed me to purchase some more frames at a 20% discount. I was told the reason they could not find the frames was because the transaction was under my name and it should have been under the childs. I explained that I paid with my credit card. They said that made no difference, it still should have been under the childs name. This has just been a few months. I told them I had no control over how their employees entered things into their system. I suggested they ask the girl that originally took the order I am totally confused by how rudely I was treated. I remember all too well the original trip picking out frames. We narrowed it down to 3 final choices. The ones my grand daughter finally settled on were special order and took a week or so to get in. This is insane. It is obvious to me that we are not in Kansas anymore!Don SImpson

When I went to my appointment in the beginning of the year service was decent. I didn’t get my contacts at the time but was told I can come back when I was ready. Once I did decide to get fitted to get contacts I was told that I had to pay 140 for a fitting when it states on my insurance that I have unlimited co tact fitting and that’s it’s covered. I was told by a staff there that their policy is that after 3 months it’s not covered under insurance. I explained the person never advised me that. Over all the staff is not knowledgeable and unsympathetic she didn’t care and didn’t take ownership of the person not PROVIDING IMPORTANT INFORMATION I will not return or recommend this location

I walked into Pearle Vision the other day and was helped by Jessica and Justin, the manager, and was provided with phenomenal service. My insurance benefits were being held at another location, therefore I wasnt able to make my purchase at this location. They were very polite and very professional and went beyond what I was expecting to resolve the issue and follow through. I would recommend them to anyone!

The employees are more interested in sales than customer service. I just had a terrible experience. Take it from me, find another provider before considering this location.

Im mad as hell, I went in to purchase new glasses, found some that I liked and asked the sales lady can they fix my current glasses that was loose, well the sales associate gave my glasses to the tech and not paying attention the tech broke my frame then stated that if she tried to fix them, then they may break. This was after she had already broke them little did I know, 3 asked for them back and the sales person knew what happen but she acted like she was going to wipe them off. When I got home my glasses fell apart. I will never go back to Pearl Vision or recommend this place to anyone.

I went in to get my eyeglass lens replaced which started to peel. These people are Very deceptive they do not take VSP clearly they knew that with my current insurance I could not get glasses. I was told that I would have to do another exam in order to get contacts in which I walked in to inquire about as well because the previous ones I had gotten gave me headaches. I was lead to believe that everything would be covered but at the end of the exam the lady states eyeglasses would be 489 and the lady said my contacts would be covered up to 100 dollars. Some of this is my own fault for not reviewing my coverage to see that they were not an in network provider the exam is only covered. They gave me an written prescription to get glasses and contacts somewhere else. This was a waste of money I spent 65 dollars for an exam that would have only cost me 5 dollars elsewhere. I trusted them and that is my own fault, because I had previously been here before. Guess they really need customers that bad. Level of service has declined. I will never go back to this place. Horrible way to treat people. But they know most people dont do their research. I advise everyone to do your research before going here

Awful experience. Office staff did not meet expectations, over an hour wait! Unacceptable; just left!! Dont let them waste your time as well. I talked to Justin, claimed he was MOD, and he wasnt the least bit helpful.

I bought glasses here and despite the designer frames, the quality is cheap!! After 15 years of wearing glasses, this is the first time that I bought frames where I have to go in every 2 weeks to get them re-adjusted to keep them from sliding and falling off my face. Of course, they have a warranty, but good luck if they carry the frame 1 month later. Also this location closes way earlier than the posted hours so beware!Service- thumbs down as well, the staff was very standoffish, defensive and acted as if they were doing me, the customer a favor. I will never understand that. Hostile greeting that carries on throughout the service. I wont be back once my insurance coverage is available again.

HORRIBLE.. Ive been wearing glasses for decades and have never had this experience they cant get the lenses correct and they attempted to blame the script trust it is the lens not correct as a no line progressive fuzzy sight in different areas of the lens I have to adjust constantly to find the correct small window of correct vision or its a very low grade quality lenses. Currently going back an forth til get right really o-0 #pissed!

I live an hour away from this location, but Dr. Kow at Pearl Vision Austell is the only doctor Ill visit to get my eyes checked and for glasses/contacts. Dr. Kow is very knowledgeable and personable. His staff is also helpful and friendly. They have a wide variety of frames to choose from and provide great customer service. I am beyond satisfied with my experiences and I highly recommend this location to everyone!

Had an 1oclock appointment on saturday. Arrive at 12:45 filled out the paper work.returned it back to the front desk was told some one would be with me shortly there were two people for eye exam ahead of me they saw the doctor and was gone within 15 minutes. 45 minutes later someone came over and ask me if I needed some help with something or was I waiting with someone. Advised her I was there for an eye exam and that I had filled some paper work however I told her I would just go some where else . I have been going there for a while. But with todays service that I received or didnt I wont be going back. What was the purpose of me making an appointment. I.was totally ignored.

I have been a customer here for years and have always received exceptional service!!! They have tons of designer frames to choose from and Dr. Kow has always been right on point with both, my eyeglass and contact prescription. Im a customer for life!!

After my exam, I was seated with a lady to order contacts and safety glasses. Before she even looked at my coverage she starts telling me that I would have to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. But that was totally incorrect. My plan covers annual exam, frames/lens or contacts and safetyglasses. Then I get a call later telling me that I need to pick the frames from the website. I am more incline to believe this person did not know how to place the order, and since the insurance offices were closed due to weather. This person was unable to complete the order. I didnt even ask if she was calling the number for Comcast employees or the main number. Now I see what our customers deal with when they call in and get the same treatment...

The only reason I’m giving a 2 is because the doctor that did my examine was fenominal. The front desk staff acted as if they had no knowledge of insurance and told me my insurance balance only went towards one thing. Either glasses or contacts. YET MY INSURANCE CARD AND WHAT THEY PRINTED OUT AND HIGHLIGHTED SAID CLEARLY “can be usedtowards contacts AND frames, or contacts and lense service) common sense right? No the girl who takes you to do the pre examine was so dumb founded she said “well it says it here” ok you’re not properly explaining things so I asked for the doctor that was there(white man 40’s reddish/light orange colored hair) so he comes out and basically attempts to explain to me it is one. They weren’t gonna even attempt to see! So I just go with it because I have no time to argue what I KNOW! I have worn glasses since I was in middle school and I’m now 28. So finally I go back this past Friday for my glasses and the prescription put in is clearly wrong. I see worse out these glasses then the ones I had from 2 years prior. My far site is so blurry it makes no sense! So now I’m sure they lazy selfs put the wrong prescription in! OH AND BTW I CONTACTED MY INSURANCE AND THEY STATED EXACTLY WHAT I KNEW!!!! MY INSURANCE COULDVE BEEN USED TOWARDS BOTH! They are probably conditioned to say what they need YET ripping insurance companies off including you! I DO NOT! Repeat I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I’ll see what this place has to say when I roll up there today!!!!

Ive been going here for the past 3 years and the staff is very helpful and nice.

The 1st time I ordered contacts, they took my insurance info upon ordering the contacts. When I went to pick up the contacts, I spent about 30 min while they tried to tell me I needed to pay for them since my insurance didnt cover them. All along the insurance was already applied. Then I ordered $450 glasses, I went to pick them up, the prescription was wrong, they had to reorder, then I picked them up and they looked terrible,,,horrible. Returning the glasses for a full refund and going elsewhere.

Gentlemen & Ladies...Extraordinary SERVICE...Well over & beyond the Norm,I am a consumer that always looks out how to save money and stretch my dollar!I walked in your store on Thursday afternoon on January 16th and never expected the kind of service I got.My glasses were trashed in my opinion and I was ready in a month to scrap them and get new ones. I am a month away from getting vision coverage at my place of work.You guys took my trashed glasses and removed a coating from them with special chemicals that restored them back to perfection!. Always taken care of me here. Ive had a few small things I havent liked about them in the past but not enough to keep me from coming back.

I think Pearle vision as a whole has declined in the last decade or two. This location in particular has very slow customer, and its not very friendly.

I wrote a very long review about two months ago and never got a response back from the owner. I checked and saw that it was posted on the website somehow it disappeared. Needless to say I have a very bad taste in my mouth with the total experience of the office as well as posting my review online.
