They sold me a car that broke down the same day and was roach infested. I informed them. They said no refunds and offered a alternator. Once I got it installed, the alternator they gave me was bad. Car still not drivable

Recently came with my husband to look at a 2008 Subaru outback about 3 months ago (love Subarus btw) and the customer service was great, super friendly. The sales rep came out to us and let us test drive the car and we decided to get the car and the registration process was smooth and we got our tag and title two weeks later. No complaints so far!

I recently bought a car here and was a bit skeptical because of all the negative reviews, but in all honesty the reviews do this company an injustice. I had a really good experience, the car a bought for my son (a green 05 ford focus) runs very well and has no issues, except a few minor scratches which is to be expected with a used car, dont be dismayed by the negative reviews because wami f & f seems to be on the right track.

Please never come. Didn’t even test drive, the sales rep was on the phone with someone else, literally ZIPTIES holding the front end on, whole rear passenger axel and brake axel needed replacement and all tires were worn unevenly. They wanted 4,000 car’s not even worth 1,000 because of everything you’ll have to fix. Bonus is that we got yelled at by the lady not to come back.

IBRAHIM JINADU sold my brother an 04 Honda two days ago and it stopped working the SAME day! They have refused to refund him or give him a better driving vehicle ! PLEASE take your money elsewhere! They are heartless and ALL these reviews about good cars are fake yall!

These guys sold me a bad Jeep. Has oil panleak and loses power same day. Learnt at the precinct that they get calls so come settle dispute at this location like twice weekly. Avoid them.

I bought a ‘07 Nissan Versa from these people and literally the next day the car wouldn’t start. I was still respectful and optimistic about whatever the issue was and was greeted with a very rude dismissive tone. All I asked was a simple question about the issue and the car’s history only to be disrespected and sent to auto zone! Won’t even accept my calls or answer my texts and I have no clue what the real issue may be and I have to pay for and figure it out on my own! First time paying cash for a car and I thought I was taking my time but I should’ve waited longer because I HATE that I ever went to these people. Car still won’t start and now the A/C doesn’t work!

Bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey here about 3 months ago. Haven’t had any problems, any issues. Very quiet vehicle and dependable for my family and I!!! Got my paper work and tag with no problems!! Does very good business! Thanks!

DO NOT GO HERE. They are crooks and will say whatever to get a car out the door. It’s partially my fault I was in such a hurry to get a car. The next week the car barely cranked and ac completely stopped working ! Paid them for tax title and fees and STILL haven’t received my title 2 months later . Each time I go there and ask for it I get the run around and hear “a lot of ppl are having the same title issue”. The car is TRASH and one of my mechanics told me it isn’t worth more than 1000 dollars although I paid 2800. Biggest mistake ever !!! So UNPROFESSIONAL.

A nightmare, please stay away from this place, they sold me a car that broke down the same day!
