Beware beware beware This is the absolute worst audio Ive ever been to, Trying to help out black owned businesses on a friends referral, i thought, I wanted a radio put in a remote start and a alarm, Never questioned the prices, so after spending over 2000.I thought I was done. No,problems kept coming and they accused me of sabotaging my own truck. Now i wanted my truck back after a week of bull. Finally got my truck and gages were going crazy, didnt want to give my truck back to them ,took somewhere else to fix, showed me exactly what they did and i shouldve took pics, wires were cut, and electrical tape everywhere. Spent another 300,and 200 for new battery. BEWARE and dont say i didnt warn YOU!also never got any boxes for the equipment i bought and no instructions, your new equipment might not be new

The quality of the work is great. The work done was great can’t complain. I would use them again.

Just got my car stereo and sound system hooked up yesterday by Big and his crew, and I was not disappointed. Bigs knowledge and experience was second to none. I originally was going to go with another place, but after being treated as if my money wasnt good there, I found Straight Drop Audio on Google. Big not only ensured that my car would be completed by 530 pm, but he actually finished an hour earlier than projected. And to top it all off, he had one of his guys give my kids and myself a ride home which saved me from having to contact an Uber ride. I am enjoying my new sound system. Thank you Big for your service and detailed work.

Very clean and professional! Jared put a stereo system in my car about 6months ago. Someone stole my car! I went back to Jared to put music in my new car. Not only did he give me a great deal on this system, he also surprised me with an alarm system as well! I recommend everyone check this place out!

Update: just spoke to the owner again. Dont waste your time and money here lol. I called back to ask about the price difference, he started yelling. I agree completely that it was the agreed on price which is why I paid it. I was asking was why there was a discrepancy. He never answered my question, only continued yelling and gaslighting. Extremely unprofessional.--Would have been nice if I was told it was cash/zelle only ahead of time, but it worked out fine. They have prices listed behind the counter very clearly, a diagnosis is advertised at $50 but I was charged $65 for a 10 minute diagnosis. The extra 15 isnt that big of a deal, but it was odd there didnt seem to be any reasoning to it.They told me I need an amplifier and that it would be roughly $300+ for the amp and install (which is a good price!), but wouldnt tell me a brand or any information on what they were going to put in.I didnt feel taken seriously, and being upcharged without any explanation was concerning. Overall disappointed and unfortunately wont be back.

I got in my car and everything sounded lovely until a few weeks later. Then the sound ceased because the work was done very lazy and the wires continued to fall out of my amp. Also i lift my hood to check a few things and tools were left. Very nice people but very lazy work.

These guys are very effective! I went in suffering from a lack of anything that sounded like a radio. They understood my pain, and was able to get me a system together at great price. Now, I have exactly what I was looking for!!!!! Great job guys!!!! Greatly appreciate that!!!!

These guys did an amazing job setting me up. They answered all my questions, and were very straight forward with me. We installed a set of two 10’s with a 1200watt amp to power it all. The install was timely, and very professional. Hell, my radio initially didn’t work and they got me up and running no problem in less than 5 minutes. These boys are very knowledgeable in what they do. My music sounds great and I’m happy with my service. Will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade the rest of my car. Thanks again, guys!

Never again. My mistake going there. I question the radio they sold me. The unit itself works fine, but I think it was a bait and switch. I was offered one unit, then they called after I left car with them saying that unit was unavailable from their supplier, so they sold me one that was higher priced. I should have walked away the first time. I had to return to have them connect speakers they forgot. I had to rewire rear deck speakers myself because they had the balance reversed. They left wires uncovered and disconnected behind the stereo unit, which in turn shorted out my dashboard lights--they told me to check my fuses, which I already had, but decided then and there I was finished with them. I had to bring car to the dealership to find and fix the problem with the dash. On top of it, wire clippings, insulation left in the car, as well as dirt and grease on interior. Nah...My car was pristine when I brought it to them. Left with it more of a mess than when I brought it. Yeah, its taken me a few months to write this, but I dont back down from my review whatsoever. Avoid this place, even though they will tell you that once youre a customer, youre family. Ive remove myself from this family....

Thought I give my people a shot, mistake! !!!! Big man does install simple add wireless auxiliary so I can play music with phone takes dash apart to install. Now It was summer and ac worked fine. winter comes now my heat doesnt work on driver side but it just worked last winter. Go to mechanics theyre stumped cant figure whats wrong. when they take dash off wires are hanging that had not been reconnected after having that work done go figure.

The staff made us feel very comfortable and informed me about everything regarding my audio system.3.Because I didnt know or understrand anything about wiring a sound system, Milo took the time to educated me on what they did and what was required for optimal sound.(even educated my daughter and my self on Pitbulls) Nice to learn something interesting. Dont shop here unless you want HOOD quality work along with EXCUSES for poor service. I suspect the first few reviews were written by THEM! I went there as a recommendation from a (now former) friend. Entered the shop and was greeted by a HUGE PIT BULL walking around without a leash! Dont worry he wont bite was the response I received from my look of disbelief. Allowed them to install a pioneer system with a small amp as I just wanted to improve the sounds.The 3hr estimate turned into an 8hr pickup after hours. Speakers were not assigned properly (balance not working, fade was assigned to the wrong speakers, tweeters were connected as the mid, ect). There was debris all over my vehicle (including the trunk) from the installation and my driver side seat was broken and then crazy glued back to the leather of my seat!!!As the installer was a rather large person, I would at least expected acknowledgement of the damage. The sound was worse that prior. I took it back with my obvious dissatisfaction and all that was said was - my bad - I had a long day! Although I gave them the opportunity to get the sounds correct, it still did not sound the way that it should as a professional upgrade.Took it to another shop and they did a GREAT job. Dont waste your time with this shop unless you want hood quality work and service.
