Terrible!!!!!My family and I have been repeating customers for over 25 years.We dropped 2 trucks off today.6 hrs latter the work was incomplete ,we asked for rotation and balance, and no knock on weights on the wheels.Instead we were told the front tires stayed on the front and rear stayed on the rear.we received no weights on the front , but yet received weights hammered on the rear.Scratching the aluminum rims.And finding greasy hand prints all over the truck and wheels. In return we would have been better to take the trucks to used tire shop for better service.

Cant express my gratitude enough for these guys. Another place tried to charge me $6000 for wheels and tires for my classic. Butler was able to find me way better options and put them on same day. Not going anywhere else ever. Thanks Brad!

I have nothing but great compliments to say about Austell Butler Tire. They always show courtesy and are very helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Bobby, he has worked on my four Plymouth GTXs over the past five years. He solved a suspension problem on my 1970 GTX today, that I thought was brakes-related. Bobby knows his stuff on old Mopar cars. He went far beyond today in search to find the noise I thought was coming from my brakes, he identified the issues and corrected them.

I had a great experience working with Sean and Butler Tire management. I’m a proud brand new owner of a Corvette C8 Coupe. Since purchasing it a month ago, Butler Tire changed the wheels to gloss black Avant Garde m520s 21/20, tinted my windows, painted my calipers Zeus Bronze, and added SOUL Performance Sport Cats. They did a great job! My car definitely turns all heads.

They hooked me up in Austell with exactly what I wanted. David put a package together that was perfect. The guys in the shop are awesome and really pay attention to detail.

Butler tires is the only place I go for tires. These guys are super professional with quality products. They do equally well with high performance cars as well as daily drivers. They put Uniroyals on my Saab and I was in and out in 40 minutes on a Monday. Very happy.

Service tech was great on the alignment but I was quoted one price but when the service was performed the front desk said I had been quoted the wrong price and the service was a $100 more!Since I was driving from Birmingham to Georgia and had to make two trips because they did not have the parts I needed to to align the car.They did give me around $60 of because of the quote being off and me making two trips.

Been coming to Butler for 2 years now and their service has always been quick and informative. When I got new wheels for my car they had me in and out in around an hour, including new tires and nitrogen. Love their work and speed.

Atmosphere was great, service was terrible.I requested tire rotation and balance. Six hours later I had my wheels scratched from tire weights hammered on the sides I can not believe I have damaged wheels on my truck. Total waste of time and money. I will not be returning.

They were very professional and courteous at every step of the way. They ended up getting me taken care of the next morning after I dropped my car off. Perfect timing, bc I wanted it done before I leave town, since I have another trip scheduled the day after I return. Butler Tire has been there at least since I was in high school in the 90s, so I figured they must be good to have been there all this time. Ill definitely be bringing my other car for tires, once I get back in town, and maybe Ill get some wheels as well. Thanks for getting me squared away.

Again, this review is for the Austell location.I love cars. I have seven (7) of them and have taken some to this location (mostly alignments) over the past several years. My personal experience is that the amount of courtesy youre shown is inversely proportional to the value of the car you are taking in. When I showed up with my luxury vehicle (several years ago), the service was great. When I took my autocross car and my truck (both older vehicles), front desk courtesy and manners were nonexistent. This could be a coincidence, of course, and it wouldnt be a big deal if the service rendered was good. But my last experience at this location has left much to be desired, which is a shame given that its conveniently located for me and other car enthusiasts in the west metro Atlanta area.So here goes: I get new wheels and tires for my truck and take it straight to this location to get an alignment. All goes well, I even pay for them to replace the hubs before the alignment, since mine were damaged. I get the truck aligned and we take it for a test drive. Truck rides well, but the tires are rubbing on full lock, which I knew the alignment wasnt going to magically fix. I chat with the alignment tech and we conclude that the only way to reduce rub was to get wheel adapters (the ones that come with studs and that go between the hub and the wheel). 10 months and 2600 miles later (I barely drive it), I notice my brand new tires are wearing unevenly. I take the truck back and ask if they can check the alignment. They check it, and tell me that its completely off (see before and after pics) and that I needed to pay for a new alignment.Now, I understand that nearly a year had gone by, but this is my Home Depot weekend run truck. Had it been my daily driver, the issue would have presented itself in a month. See... the issue isnt that they didnt offer a free alignment. Sure, it would have been nice and it would have secured my loyalty and satisfaction, but they are not obliged to to so and I understand that. The issue is the attitude and plain rudeness. The guys told me I had cranked the torsion bars, messed with the suspension or jumped a curb after the alignment, none of which was true (I dont lend my vehicles to anyone and I seriously baby my cars). I asked whether it was possible that their Hunter alignment rack wasnt properly calibrated and whether or not a Hunter tech maintained the rack after my initial alignment, but didnt receive a coherent answer. So there it is. My truck is a simple vehicle, not a complex alignment at all. It was on the rack, sensors mounted, ready for their first alignment to be corrected. They could have done one of two things: 1) take 15 minutes to correct it and let me go or 2) Explained politely that they cant correct the issue due to the time that has passed and offer to escalate the issue or suggest other options. They chose to meet my polite approach with attitude and dismissal, blame my vehicle and try to treat me like a crook instead.BONUS: This past weekend I examined the tie rod ends and they were seized in place. No way to loosen them and absolutely no trace of adjustment (dirty threads, no marks, etc). Before this weekend I suspected that their alignment rack had an issue that must have been corrected after my alignment, but now I am not even sure this truck was aligned in the first place. I hate to leave a negative review, but I can no longer recommend this place to fellow car enthusiasts.

Helpful. Bought the tire shine product that they sell there. All you do is spray on clean tires, no wiping. Also, was interested in getting a new set of tires and rims. They offered a $400 preferred customer discount on set.

They charged 270.00 to balance and install tires. I was told 30.00 per tire which was a lie! You are better off taking your car to Midtown Tire in Atlanta. They will install and road force balance your tires for 1/2 the price and it will be done correctly. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED FROM BUTLER TIRES! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

After I hit a deep pothole, I went to Butler to check/get an alignment. They couldnt do the alignment because of damage to the tie-rod end and lower ball joint. The quote for the repair was reasonable but I wanted to do the work myself. THey pointed out some addition parts to repalce before they would do the alignment. Went back to get the alignment after I did the work. Great Service. Will be back.

One of my tires had a slow leak leak. I took it to pep boys and they said they fixed it. It was obvious by the next day, they had not. So I got advice from my neighbor and he told me to go to Butler. I did. I waited three weeks to do this review to make sure that the tire was indeed fixed. The tire is as good as new! And cost practically nothing! Great service! Great work! Thank you Butler

The absolute worst experience I have had buying rims...I paid them half and they had my money 3 weeks just to tell me the rims was discontinued and acted real nonchalant about ordering another set. Simply, unprofessional!

These guys never drop the ball, my first experience was on a set of 19 inch wheels that were custom painted... i had a few other local shops try to put tires on for me and scratched my wheels all up and couldnt even get the tire on. Then i was referred to Butler Tire by one of the shops who scratched my wheels up. I went to Butler Tire spoke with Dani. Not only did they get my tires on, they repaired the damage that the other shop did. Ever since that experience, i have ONLY done business with Butler tire. Just this past week i had a friend drive in from Louisiana to visit for the weekend and needed tires on his truck. I took him to the shop and he ended up walking out with a brand new set of wheels and tires. Carson gave him a deal that he literally couldnt walk away without. When pulling into the parking lot, dont be intimidated by the fleet of exotic cars they have in the parking lot and shop bay. For me that was just reassurance that my car is in safe hands and something for me to look at. The best thing about this shop is, you tell them your budget and they WILL make something work out. Someway somehow you will walk out full taken care of. Thanks Guys!!

I recently moved to the area after living in the same place for 20 years. Yesterday morning I awoke to find that one of my tires was quickly on its way to being flat. After calling a few tire places who seemed to care less about my situation I called Butler Tire and Wheels in Austell where Joseph answered my call. He told me they could get me new tires next day and for me to come down and they would put my donut on if needed. Upon arrival I was quickly taken care of and told my tires were ordered. Today I went in and within 45 minutes I was headed out the door. Not only did they install the tires but they cleaned my rims as well. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and friendly. I’ve found my new place!UPDATE Had to make an emergency run here one month later for a nail in my tire. Once again treated amazingly.

Worst experience ever

Ive been going to butler for a few years now and the service is always top notch. However, today my experience with Joseph Dale went a step higher! He took the time to explain each step of the process and he did so very clearly --- He was very knowledgeable. Everyone was courteous. The environment was clean and comfortable.

Got to butler tire in Austell probably 45 minutes before closing with a tire in extremely bad condition. Adam Gerber immediately attended to me and got me in and out in less then an hour with a brand new tire. Thank you Adam for Your professionalism and concern for my safety.

I’ve been going to butler tire for a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to give you the best experience. Joseph has gone above and beyond he helped me out when I installed air suspension on one of my cars, and was quick to fix a small leak 6 months later. He looks after my cars and treats them like if they were his.

Overall great experience with the whole crew at Butler Tire in Austell. Joseph Dale is my go to guy there. He is very knowledgeable and stays on top of things. He has assisted me on a couple sets of custom forged wheels and tire to four wheel alignments. I highly recommend him and the whole Butler Tire family to anyone for their automobile needs.

Butler is absolutely hands down the best place to go for wheels and tires. I bought some new tires from Joseph Dale, he was super friendly and had me out of there in no time. Truly some of the best service Ive seen in a while. I highly recommend asking for Joseph when you visit this location.

Absolutely a wonderful experience here at Austell location, David welcomed me with a David welcomed me with a big a Hello welcome to Butler tires how can we serve you today? I explain I had two different tires and car was shaking at high speeds, anyway Gary jumped in and said let’s take a look 👀 !! Come to find out Gary is managing partner, I told him I was a baller ⛹️ on a budget, he laughed and said I have a deal for you!! He brought out a set of 22 inch rims and low profiles that fit the car perfectly and gave them to me for the LOW, LOW!!! So the now the Range Rover looks like a NBA B-Ball player’s car Ballin 😎😎/ not finished even all the techs were super cool and knowledge too!!! So a guy from the back comes out the office and just happened to be the owner too/ Craig was “Cool too” BIG UPS to the whole staff/ I’m ballin out “ on a budget!!!!

If you own a premium car, never go for a wheel alignment to these guys. I own a 2015 BMW 5 series. I recently replaced all my four tires and took my car for an alignment to butler tires. Once I got out and when I hit 70 mph on an interstate the car started to shake. Initially I thought it was just my feeling because of the road but it was the car doing it. I had to take my car back to BMW to get the wheel balance and the alignment done. The money I paid at Butler is a loss for me. I don’t know about other cars like Audi or Mercedes but if you own a Bmw. Don’t go to them.

This is the only place I take my MINI for tire service.The guys are always nice and are willing to explain things - and never talk down to me because Im a girl. Willie is awesome, and I really appreciate all the work theyve done for me.They do a lot of high end cars, but theres plenty of normal cars that come through. They always take care not to dirty your interior, and they clean your wheels every time.The waiting room is pleasant, with a large TV, or you can sit and watch them work on your car. Bathroom is large and clean (at least the womens is, I havent been in the mens).
