AMAZING customer service I haven’t been treated so kindly in a long time Trenton was amazing I called he got the tires here for me the very same afternoon and get this I actually didn’t have enough money to purchase all 4 tires like I committed to as I’m writing this I’m crying I felt so ashamed having him order the tires for me and then not having enough money to purchase all 4 tire I had enough for 3 so as soon as I walked up to him I only had enough for 3 he said don’t worry about it we will make it happen we’ll discount you have my business from now on and I’m going to send my friends everybody about this wonderful experience dealing with discount tire I can’t say enough good things about this place

Barry is amazing! I could have gone anywhere to get my tires. As a matter of fact I had just left another tire shop that basically tried to sell me a whole new car. It was so ridiculous I started calling other shops from the parking lot. I called Firestone and It was Barrys outstanding customer service and willingness to offer various options that fit my budget that sold me. He was honest and helpful and I appreciate his friendly and positive attitude.

I bought a new set of tires for my toyota on thursday,, i dealt with the manager of discount tires on east west connector,,, his name was Ralph.. he could not have been any nicer to me... The service was great and i love the tires he suggested i purchase... they make my car ride like a new car... but its only a 2007... i would highly recommend this place to buy your tires.. the wait time was very short and i was early for my appointment but they worked me in before my time... I visited the East West Connector location, the last week of July, 2021! My tire kept leaking! They assured me that they looked at the tire and everything was okay! They told me that they ran the tire through machine and they could not detect anything was wrong with it! Fast forward to today August 6, 2021 my tire was still leaking! I took It somewhere else it was a nail in it!

Noah again the ultimate professional. He fixed three tires ... NO Charge! Everyone else wanted 20 bucks. Decided then to buy my next tires here. Second visit my wife had a leaking Tire they fixed it and again no charge. Thank you Noah! Discount tire... I now refer you to my neighbors. Third visit. Weeks later we bought a used car. Shopped prices. Our local E/W Conn Discount Tire again ...came out on top. Wife was able to get tires on the way home from a detailing, because Ralph and the E/W Discount Tire was in stock with OUR specific size and Choice and ready to install right away. Please share our familys thanks to everyone... Fourth set of tires.... Got lost in the crowd. Salesman was quick to sell but I had to leave after 3 hours. No action and 3 bays open.

Great service. Had a problem with a set of Michelin tires I purchased from them, they replaced them under warranty no questions asked. 4 new tires put on my truck in less than an hour!!! Highly recommend!!

Salesman was knowledgeable and nice! Alittle disappointed in the time it took to replace my tires! Salesman said it would take 1 1/2 hours more like 4 hours! I could have gone somewhere else rather than waste 4 hours getting tires replaced!

The employees at this Discount Tire are so attentive to your needs. Everyone that works at this Discount Tire are very friendly and have amazing customer service skills. By a long shot this Discount Tire is the best for several reasons... Great customer service. Took 2.5 hours to get all four new tires but I did not have an appointment. They upgraded my tires for free because the ones I wanted were out of stock. Very professional and would definitely go back.

Noah got me checked out and then checked in within minutes of walking in the door . You can make an appointment or walk in . I’ve been coming here for years and I will get my tires hear as long as I live within a hundred miles or so from one ....

Absolutely loved this place. Wish I had known about discount tires 2 weeks ago before I went to Walmart and bought 2 tires from them. They did a number on me I guess because I am a woman and they felt they could get over on me. And Walmart did. But Discount Tires did me so right even beating Walmart prices. Discount Tire has been my go-to shop for years, they have always done me right! Today, Quentin was top-notch. Before I called, I got online and saw that the first available appointment was three days from today. I called and talked with Quentin who informed me that he could get me right in if I got there soon. As I pulled up, he came outside and greeted me (BY NAME!!!). He was very efficient and helpful. I drove away less than an hour later with a new set of four Continental tires. Thanks, Discount Tire!!

One week after getting new tires here I ended up with a flat.I had an urgent business appointment, and was in a hurry. They put me in the front of the line, I was in and out in 15 minutes. They really provide good service. Thank you, Discount Tire and Thomas in particular for being the best at what you do!!

Incredilbly long wait times had my information mixed up with another customer they had put on wrong tires.Then had to wait while they put on correct tires. . Purchased 4 tires from this location within 2 months tires had started to deflate. Returned to store and while replacing tires they damaged TPM sensor in vechile..dont use this discount tire location

We elected to replace our tires here instead of their local competition. We assumed since they specialize in wheels/tires that we would not run into any issues and the service would be seamless. Unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour to be told that they are unable to remove the lug nuts and that an after market kit is necessary. The kit was an additional $55. We agreed and waited another hour. Then, we were told their kit did not fit the wheel caps and they need to order the correct kit. They said they would call us when they arrived for them to reinstall correctly. After two days, they called us and we went back to get our wheel caps and lug nuts installed correctly. We waited around 30 minutes total. We are very dissatisfied with the service received and competence of the staff. We will no longer patronize this business and take our service to their competition.

Lied about having curbside. 20 minutes to even get to cashier to even get car serviced. Just all around terrible. Too many people in the waiting room breaking COVID guidelines

Every year around this time, my tires get low. They have a free service to fill them. Despite the fact that it was free, Thomas went out of his way to help me and explain things until I understood. No rushing. Superb customer service. I dont need tires right now, but when I do, this is the place.

Super friendly , knowledgeable staff. Ordered tires for both my vehicles and was given a set price, cheaper then the other 9 places I had called . Car was done in 40 mins. Also they followed all Covid safety.

Ive been getting my tires and service here for over 2 years. The team is always great, very friendly and thorough. They are also very efficient, even when super busy. I recommend them to my friends and family.

You buy tires from them, but if you dont get the tires rotated regularly they revoke the warranties in the tires. Then you show up to get them rotated and a screw removed and they tell you its a 3 HOUR WAIT! Its a joke, trap and a bit of a scam. I will no longer be buying my tires, at the very least, from this location, but maybe not Discount Tires either.

Quinten coordinated with another store that didn’t have my tires and got us in and out quickly. Took exactly how long it said it would and in today’s world that means everything. Thanks for the great service and the excellent price for our new tires. This is my new tire store for our family of vehicles.

Incredible service! I went in with a leaking tire, they found a nail and patched it, and I was out of there in under 30 minutes. Really great customer service and a truly excellent team.

Ill update this after replacing the tires to see if I go through the same headaches.Well after probably 8 trips and thousands of miles later the tires are finally, mostly riding smooth. They were never mounted correctly the first time so all they ever did afterward was toss more wheel weights on there and call it good. Nope.They FINALLY dismounted one or two of them and reoriented the tire on the wheel as they should have done LONG ago. Vibration is 95% gone now.The Continental tire tech manual even says that if an assembly needs more than 40g (1.5 oz) of weight per side then the tire should be dismounted, rotated on the wheel 180 or 90 degrees then checked again. Here we are with 3 oz just on one side alone......Thats not the right way to do this and its on the end where I still feel a shimmy.

I got a screw in my tire last night so I went first thing when they opened up to try to get it fixed. They said they work on appointment only but they would take care of me. I moved out this way last year and have never been there before but they treated me like this was the tenth set of tires I was buying from them. Before hand they explained everything, they fixed it within and hour, and when they handed me the keys they not only explained what they did to that tire but they checked all the other tires and filled them to the proper pressure. They even explained that on my van the low tire pressure light doesnt go off right away, it takes a bit of drivingI have bought a lot of tires in my life but no place has treated me like this.You cant go wrong here. Give them a try

Not use to such great service with great value. Picked up a nail in new tires I purchased at this store. Brought it in to get it repaired (no hazard insurance). They repaired it, spun balanced and rotated all four tires and didnt charge me anything. Many thanks to the whole professional crew at this Discount Tire. Customer for life.

These guys did the worst job balancing my tires. Almost vibrated out if truck. The tires are better with no weights.Over 56 on the front wheels.

If you have hours to wait on tire service then this is your place. The unfortunate aspect is the lack of transparency ie. do not say it will only be a half an hour, then turns out to be nearly 2 hours for tire replacements.

I love this place! The service is very good and the wait times are pretty average. They give reliable options for the tires. I recommend asking questions though, and not being afraid to ask about a less expensive option. I did and the gentleman that assisted me was more than happy to accommodate me. Great experience!

It doesn’t matter where I live in the Metro ATL area— this is my favorite location. Haikeem does an amazing job and his staff are all friendly, competent, and professional. I will not take my car anywhere else for service. I’m here this time because I popped my tire being careless. Man am I grateful that I purchased my tires with a warranty—they were free to replace and I only paid to renew the warranty. I’m so grateful for this company and the good people employed here.

About a week ago I got a hole in one of my tires. I brought my car in about an hour before they closed to get in patched up. I was honestly under the impression that they would probably tell me to come back the next day because they were closing soon. However that was not the case. They took my car in and got me squared away even though it was well after they had closed. I really appreciate those guys for their professionalism because I understand how frustrating a situation like that can be sometimes

Just need a nail hole repair. The guy said it was not repairable and kept pushing me to buy a new one. Waste of time. Ironically another discount tire store said it was good to repair but they had no appointment time until 2 day later. Loser. Will never go back.

I used to have a lot of good things to say about them, but here lately....not so much. I took my car in for a flat repair and to have my tires balanced. The tire couldnt be fixed. When the tech brought my car out, I asked had they balanced the tires and he said he didnt know I had wanted them balanced. He took it back, but I could tell it hadnt been done. Fast forward to last week, I took it in for 2 new tires and to have all 4 balanced. I specifically asked for the 2 new tires to be put on the front. They didnt do that, nor were the tires balanced. So I took it back yesterday to have the tire moved to the front and was informed it couldnt be moved as the tread was worn. So I said fine, but I still need the tire balanced and all 4 brought to correct pressure. Not only did we not see them balance the tire, but when I checked the pressure before we left, all 4 tires had different pressure. The hubby went back in and was told the TPM had to reset itself. Fast forward to today....all 4 tires still have the wrong pressure. Im seriously considering looking for another place to do business. Im extremely disappointed with them.

Mr. Carson is great. I came by last week and they replace one of my tires for free. This week I came back and I bought two tires for the front of my car. He made me feel so special and so welcome that I must refer some of my friends to Discount Tires. Thank you mr. Carson for being a stand-up guy

First time coming here, and this 5-Star review is really for Carson. He has amazing customer service! I called on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly greeted by him over the phone. I needed to replace 1 tire; he was quick to look it up and let me know they had it in store and what the price it would (I say this because other places I called had me on hold forever to find out if they had tires in the size I needed). The shop was clean and well air conditioned and had an overall nice atmosphere. I got there right before they had a rush, and probably stayed no longer than an hour and a half. Carson also offered to put a warranty on my 3 tires that I didnt get from them (this is something I dont know other shops to do). Ill definitely be a return customer!

I stopped in to get my tires rotated. I was seen in a timely manner. My visit was less than 1 hour. My only issue was with my tpms. The numbers were all over the place, but I brought it to their attention and the fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend this place.

Best tire shop around. Place is run as professional as you can find. No feeling of selling you on anything. Listen to your needs and are absolutely friendly. While I sat and waited ( very short wait and accommodating) the people that were in there spoke very positive about their situation as well. Justin has the place running smoothly and Jesse was very helpful and instructed me to on what to do for my rebate. Had the rebate done online before my car was ready.

Tires. Good quality, reasonably priced, rotated and balanced, quickly. No brakes. No oil changes. No tuneups. Just tires, and all the free tire pressure checks youll ever want.An interesting side note: their FIRM company policy is to always install the newest pair of tires (with the most tread) on the rear wheels. Dont bother to ask them to put the newest tires on the front, they wont do it. Studies now support this practice as significantly safer than installing them on the front (braking) wheels, as was often done in the past. The reasons are complex, but they include the prevalence of anti-lock brakes and electronic stability control on modern vehicles, driver control is foremost.

Every time I come here it is always a pleasant visit. I went in today to get 2 rear tires replaced. My first encounter was with Carson over the phone. He was able to give the best price for my tires. Once I arrived to the shop I spoke with Jesse. He was very helpful. I have to give a special thanks to Carson. Once he looked at my tires he saw that I also needed front tires. I was not prepared for this but after his assistance I rode away with 4 new tires at a great price. I cant thank these guys enough. They are truly concerned about your safety. My wait was 2 hrs plus, just to get a nail pulled out 1 of my tires! I registered at the front outside and seemingly was forgotten. I was asked at least 4 times by 4 different associates which tire!!!

I cant say enough good things about the guys at Discount Tire. They plugged a tire FOR FREE that I was previously told couldnt be plugged. And their prices are well below those of their competitors. And the work was done quickly! Great experience!!!

These guys are literally the best! Before I ever bought a tire from them, they fixed two of my flats by plugging them and never charged me a thing. I will bring my car in from time to time with something small and they take care of me and their prices are fair. Their service though, is absolutely off the chart! For the rest of my tire buying days, if I live anywhere near here, I will be buying my tires from Discount Tire!

One of my front tires was partially off the wheel when my car was returned to me. I have a very wobbly ride even after they corrected the earlier issue. I do not endorse this establishment

I just took my car in to Discount to see if they could fix a flat on my brand-new car. Unfortunately, the tire was punctured and they couldnt repair it. They quoted me a price on a replacement and told me theyd have to order the new tire. I asked them to hold off as I wanted to see if the tire was covered under my cars warranty. It turned out they had a used tire the same size, so they put that on for me for no charge. I will definitely be going back if the dealership wont replace the tire, and will never buy a tire anywhere else again if I can help it.

If I could give a quarter of a star, that’s what this place deserves. Horrible, the worst.I ordered and purchased tires online and made my appointment for 1 week later. What a scheme they have. When I was on my way to my appointment to get my tires that I bought and paid for the previous week installed. Buying and paying for them online gets you prompt service and you get to skip to the head of the line with your appointment. When I was in route to my scheduled appointment, I received a call (20 minutes before) telling me that the tires I ordered did not arrive. They offered alternatives or comparable tires for the same price. I agreed to be there on time to look at the alternatives being offered.The alternatives were not to my vehicle’s specs or size. They insisted they would fit my vehicle. I said no, I want the size specified for my vehicle. The other tires that would fit and to specs will cost $100 & $200 more than what I ordered a week ago. I realized I was just given the classic “Bait & Switch” maneuver. They wasted my time and my credit card was charged a week earlier. Did they think I just fell off the turnip truck? How dare they and who do they think they are?They told me they can’t cancel the online order there when the instructions on my order says just call. I was in person and they couldn’t do it. I immediately put my credit card charge in dispute. This place was not trustworthy at all.What a horrible waste of time. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.Don’t ever buy online and expect service at the Austell, GA location. They are liars and try to upsell you to something you don’t want. The corporate office has yet to respond seriously. Very bad experience and I need to let the world know about it.

These guys are very professional and courteous. I witnessed several instances where the customers were rude to the associates and they never flinched. They handled the customers very well. That’s great customer service. Be prepared to wait as this is a very busy location.

I went there to get my tires inspected and purchase a tire because my low air pressure light came on twice within the last three months. I also saw a mark on my tire which concerned me. I tried my best to get Trey to change my tire and i was ready to purchase a least one new tire. He looked at it several times and said, i do not need any new tires. I kept insisting look again, look again! Again he said your tires are fine. He put air in my tires and I was on my way. Wow... Need I say more....total integrity. This is why all of my tires, for all of our cars, are purchased here!

Took forever after $ 105.00 they wanted. Me to pay another $5.00. They did fix extra. Took three days to get a rim that was already there.
