I want to recognize an extremely helpful associate of Rotech, Stephanie Craig was amazing in helping me with a problem getting my cpap history. She looked it up and emailed me a copy in order for me to complete a physical. She also gave great advice to help my usage, she is a great representative of your company and seemed more than happy to assist. Thank you Stephanie, your help was so much appreciated, and you are an asset to Rotech.

If you have a choice, stay away from Rotech and its subsidiaries.This company repeatedly told me could deliver my needed medical device, and on the day they were contractually obligated to preform that task they lied to me until they were forced to admit they didnt have the product and wouldnt be there less than an hour before they were supposed to arrive. I took some time off from work, rushed home to be available, and made every possible effort to facilitate this delivery. Despite this I was lied to repeatedly, received no apology, and still do not have my needed medical device.

This is the most incompetent, unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They lie, no return calls and if they do, its more lies. Im still waiting for the more portable oxygen unit since February 7. Do not use them.

Never answers phone or call back. No one knows anything and puts you on hold to find out what happened. Then get disconnected. Try calling back No answer..

No support: unreachable most of the time; calls forward to another location from Aurora. Even the forwarded calls often go to voicemail. This is not a one-time thing; this has been the case for weeks. I went to them because my local doctor sent me, but I think they were thinking that was a different dba (called Neumann) which was before Rotech bought them; and Rotech brags that they have 400 affiliates; I wonder if theyre all as bad as the Chicago area ones. Ive been trying for 4 weeks to reach someone, just to get a CPAP machine report faxed to my doctor, but they are usually unreachable. So I cannot get to my doctor the machine output that is needed to adjust my CPAP therapy; so Im stuck. And when a phone call is answered by a live person, its a different person almost every time. At least in Chicago area, they must be all about the money because for sometimes life-sustaining service providing, this is unconscionable. Just today (again), the call went to voicemail. And to think that Mayo Clinic in Rochester suggested that I use someone local so that I could get support from a local provider! What support?

I would give no stars if I could. They lose orders, dont return calls, dont fill orders in a reasonable amount of time or sometimes at all. Ive wasted a lot of time trying to get my cpap supplies delivered. This is basically the worst customer service I have ever seen. I wouldnt deal with them at all if I didnt have to because of my insurance.

Terrible company with terrible customer service. It is often difficult to get anyone on the phone, and when you do they will intentionally lie, claiming they never received messages left for them, blame co-workers, blame records errors, blame phone disconnects, and any other thing they can think of to avoid responsibility for their errors. Always excuses, never solutions. Avoid this company at all costs.
