Great location and plenty of beautiful time pieces. I always wanted a TAG growing up. SAM was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She made our experience comfortable and shared plenty of valuable insight. I am addicted to these watches and when its time to buy my next watch for myself or as a gift I will definitely return... ASK FOR SAM YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!

Stopped off to drop off a watch for a new battery and to be sent out for a cleaning. Service was exemplary! Quick, polite and efficient.... I love looking at all of the new pieces they have there :-)

Sales person wasnt pushy. Asked if I needed or wanted to see anything, I said Im just looking. After that they just left me alone to look. My kind of service, cordial and not pushy.

Although the manager Elizabeth Walsh is very unqualified person, I’m very disappointed with her customer service skills. After exchange my watch three times she couldn’t even size the bracelet to my wrist so I had to go somewhere else to do this? That’s ridiculous. I called the corporate office to make a complaint. She’s very rude and not professional at all.

They very nice choices of watches there, expensive, but worth the money.

This store sells fraudulent watched with the name of TAGHEUER. I got a watch for my husband from this store which is 200 mts water resistant. My husband went out in rain and water went inside the watch that has spoiled the entire watch functionality as it was in warranty the watch was sent to the official store and the repair center told me that the watch had fake battery and the crown is not fixed properly because of which it had water in it. And they started blaming me for the watch. I had a free battery change as it is in warranty why would i go and pay $250 to change a battery outside? This is totally insane and stupid of them. They know that its their fault and to keep up with brand they are making stories and cheating people.
