This was a terrible experience. I love Armani but the woman that was at cashier doesn’t know how lead with the public.. she is disrespectful rude and dosent respect the customers.The brand Armani is a big brand and they should attend people with more care. I am very disappointed my experience and I do not recommend anyone to go to Armani in Aurora.

This company and its return policies are the absolute worst, earlier I went to the Aura outlet premium mall to do a simple exchange, the mall opened at 10am but this was the only store that opened at 12pm the manager came to the door and showed no care about my needing to exchange my item, so I had to leave and at this point I wanted to return everything I purchased. The company won’t allow any returns nor can you get a store credit, the employees were bougie and not helpful nor welcoming. They all seemed to have stuck up attitudes. This was poor customer service and I don’t plan to shop there again. Very disappointed.
