This guy name Byron Price at the Idaho Falls store helped us tonight. He was awesome. Knowledgeable, helpful, professional and really went over and above the call of duty. Customer service is rare these days and he really made the experience enjoyable. He listened and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Didn’t waste our time. If you are needing furniture in Idaho Falls definitely go see him.

We were able to look around without a single contact for the duration. Good or bad? The furniture was beautiful and we did enjoy the atmosphere. Good quality and a god selection.

Angie was our person. We went in just to look. She was very helpful and very happy to help us. She answered all our questions and even had some suggestions of her own. We brought a living room bedroom, dinning room, and with Denver mattress right there We hot the mattress too.Thank you Angie

First, we had a great experience the end of last year. We purchased our couch and dining set. We decided to go back in February to purchase our first ever bedroom set. This was our experience...We purchased the full bedroom set (bed frame/headboard, dresser, chest and two night stands) the middle of February. The salesman said he would call us weekly to update us on the status of our order. He never called us! I had to reach out to him every 2-3 weeks just to find out what was going on. We were initially told it would be end of March or first of April when they would arrive. They didnt arrive until the middle of May.The delivery crew was less than helpful. Unknown to me, they didnt screw all the bolts etc into the frame completely. The bed frame wobbled excessively until I took my Allen Wrench to it and finished securing it. The dresser was not in complete working order. One of the drawers didnt open. When I asked, the delivery crew said they saw that at the warehouse and that they would need to order a new one and then do a follow-up delivery to replace the dresser.I called the store a couple of weeks later to find out an estimated delivery for the second dresser. They hadnt even ordered the replacement! The item was then ordered and I was told that it would be here the middle of July...something I ordered in February taking that long to finish getting to me.The item arrived and I was set up with a delivery last week. I made sure that my wife and I were home for the delivery which never came. I called the store and they showed that we were supposed to have it delivered but the warehouse didnt show that. It was mid afternoon but they couldnt deliver it that day because the truck had already made it back to the warehouse. They set me up with another delivery date (today) a week later and offered $100 for our inconvenience.I guess my opinion and business is really only worth so little to the company. We will not return to do business with Furniture Row EVER! The bedroom set is beautiful and seems very sturdy...but the customer service was horrible. I dont know if the 1 Star rating is even worth it with how our experience has been.

I enjoyed working with Jaimie for my furniture purchase. He kindly answered all of our questions. My daughter and I both made purchases and his explanations helped us to make wise purchases.

We have been waiting for our new couch for awhile now. Went in on Saturday to find something to use while we wait. Ashley was so helpful. She is very nice. We found something we liked and she helped load it up. When you go in ask for Ashley you wont be sorry.

Worst experience buying furniture ever, bought my sofa and love seat in march waited months for delivery only sofa came love seat was damaged. Was told they would reorder and to wait till August. Wife called yesterday and was told no delivery until September. Manager was very indifferent his exact words were what do you want me to do? I am ready to get a chair and sit on the sidewalk with a sign that say shop elsewhere. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.!!!

Went to look for a rocking chair and a new bed set with a good friend of mine and we walked around the store about 3 or 4 times without anyone coming up to us and asking us if we wanted help. we had seen multiple employees standing around not doing anything or talking with other employees and not a single one helped us, we went in there planning on buying and decided that due to the terrible customer service we would be taking our business elsewhere.

Super easy. I went in, had a very nice young man help me, he listened to me and looked for what I wanted, we found the chairs, ordered them, and I was out in about 30 minutes. Ill be back.

We spent a long time making sure we were making the right choice, and the salesman was very patient. We were buying a theater group, and we liked the many configurations that were available. Also we loved the comfort of the pieces, and that it came with adjustable neck and lumbar.

The sales person was knowledgeable. Professional and we were able to find what we wanted. The only down side was the long wait before we will receive what we ordered.

Theres a lot of stuff in the store to look at but nothing you can buy and take home. You might as well be ordering off the internet because it takes just as long to get your furniture here as it would if you were waiting for it to come to the door by snail mail. The sales people have nothing to sell.

Ok service, we were in the store for about 15 minutes before an associate introduced themselves, we were shopping for high quality, solid wood furniture. The furniture on display was of lower quality and fit and finish really wasnt there. The prices seemed on the higher side for compatible low end furniture from other stores.

Ive always enjoyed shopping at furniture row. I have purchased several things from here. The sales floor workers are there to help you but theyre never in your face pressuring you into buying anything or up selling you or anything like that. They have quality furniture and the prices seem reasonable. I definitely would recommend this place :)

The process was super easy. The salesman was very personable and sweet and treated us like a family member! 🤗

We went in there in July, spent over $4200 on a power reclining sofa and loveseat, new rug and a table. It was delivered great, customer support was great. However, about 2 weeks after we got them, the light up cup holders no longer light up. They sent a tech out, we were told they werent sure what was wrong and they would have the store contact us. After 2 weeks of waiting, and not hearing anything, we called them. They told us the cup holders had to be replaced, and asked if we wanted them to order them. So, they did order them. Its been well over a month, we have called them, no one seems to want to deal with the problem, no one seems to know anything about them, other than they were ordered. No one wants to return calls. On top of that, they want to CHARGE us to fix something that is under warranty. This has to be a joke, but, then again, it is 2020. We shall see what happens*** UPDATE 1/12/20.... I have contacted Corporates Customer Care....no real response from them other than, we will look into it. Apparently, there is NO way to contact the manufacturer of the parts, so no one is sure when or even if it will be replaced. At this point in time, I will take legal action as Furniture Row is failing to fix something that is under warranty. Pure negligence on their part.***

Jose showed me flex steel couches in Gray and told me the features. Then they let me and my husband spend time sitting each piece we were considering. So when I went back to purchase the product Jose already knew what we wanted and got it written up and ordered. Very friendly and helpful. Not pushy. Lots of patience. Really like that.

Horrible. Completely bad customer service and prices. Also our bed we ordered didn’t have one of the pieces nailed on. We didn’t find this out till a while after because we had it delivered and the crew assembling it I guess decided to not tell us they ran out of screws and just put the board there... save yourself the trouble

Angie was genuine, courteous, and professional, and helped us choose a sectional style and configuration that perfectly suits our needs.Sadly, delivery of the unit we purchased is delayed for FOUR MONTHS due to the COVID-19 enhanced unemployment benefits that enable previously furloughed assembly workers in Denver to bring home higher pay by staying home while smoking up their hippie lettuce. Seems “Economic Stimulus” can also be a euphemism for “Proletarian Indolence.”

We just bought a house here in Ammon and needed a new dining room table. We decided to try Furniture Row and we were extremely pleased with the dining tables we saw ... we narrowed 5 down to 1 and are so thrilled with our purchase and can’t wait to see it in our new home!!!! The sales people are not pushy, they’re very polite and helpful! And there was a Veterans Day Sale going and since my husband is a Veteran that meant a lot to us both!

Overall, I had a good experience. My sales person, Shauna was great to work with and she even came in on her day off to sell me my couch. The other sales associates I came across seemed very standoffish and didn’t seem to have much interest in why I was there. If you buy from Furniture Row, Shauna’s your girl. The long wait for your furniture is frustrating but it seems like that’s the case no matter where you buy.
