The two ladies there were very informative and professional when helping me look for a good hard-side bag. The one who assisted me was Deborah and along with the other associate, they gave recommendations and pros/cons on 2 bags that caught my eye & I ended up purchasing an almost $300 bag for $80 on clearance. Please do not shop there. I bought a Briggs & Riley from them for almost $600. Did not realize the handle was defective. When I called back they said since I had used it, it cannot be returned and I will have to get in touch with the company for repairs. I contacted B&R who gave me a turnaround time of several weeks. I cannot afford that as I travel weekly for my job. I bought this bag so I wont have the hassle. Dealing with B&R has been a arduous task. This store sold the bag and no help afterwards. DO NOT buy luggage here. The luggage handle had an upgrade to it so essentially I was sold a defective bag.

Good choices of luggage but not knowledgeable enough stuff. However I found the only lugguage that I look for specific size here.

Inflated prices. Found the same spinners priced 10-15% lower on Amazon.
