Great vibes coming from this place! We stopped into this location on Friday evening and we’re so moved by the good attitude and promptness of the staff . They were quick and did their work with happiness and seemed to smile the whole time we were there. Thank you for doing such a great job and having such a great attitude while doing it!! I commented on this in our Nextdoor App and received so many like minded responses. So kudos to your staff and who ever hires these nice individuals!! It is obviously noticed by many patrons.

I ordered an ice cream cake on a wednesday at 4pm and they had it ready by opening time on friday. They said it takes minimum 48hrs but ill tell you this is the single most beautiful cake ive ever seen. The flavors are exquisite and the imagery has exceeded my expectation. My hats off to the creater of this cake and my special thanks to the staff for the patience curteousness and professionalism. I will recommend this place from this day forward and every time i desire a cake i will be buying another one from this location. Keep up the amazing work guys and gals.

Had the banana split it was loaded nicely. Usually get the peanut butter parfait. Everything is always good here

Been to the Chambers Dairy Queen many times and must share that EVERY employee that has ever taken care of me has been extremely friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. Like I said I’ve been there a lot and I think that says a lot about the management and the people they hire. Thank you. Keep it up.

Mint shake flavor didnt taste very minty. Love the mint paddle-pops but would like a sugar-free option like some other flavors.

Me and my hubby came in its 9:45 and they were very fast and the blizzards we got are 🤤❤️ DELICIOUS. They were AWESOME! Great efficient wonderful team even so close to closing!

Service was just ok, we paid extra for something that we didnt get in one of the blizzards, the shake and PBP were a mess and ended up all over a vehicle and the kitchen floor. Instead of the bubble tops they smashed flat lids on all the blizzards.. They were in a huge hurry to get it done rather than make sure they were right and not even overly busy.

I went in there last sunday and it was just a mess the counter was very dirty and the employees did not feel welcoming. the white male with a beard was very disrespectful and did not make my ice cream how i told him and when i tried to tell him he would not remake it. never going to this location again!!!

The ladies that were working at night on March 6th were extremely rude. We were waiting in line outside because of the capacity and had a group of six walk inside in front of us, separating our group, while there were already 5 people inside. The cashiers did not say anything to them, even when they were sitting inside eating, but the second we walked in to join our group and order, they demanded that we leave. The male Cashier was very nice and tried to get the other customers out, but the ladies started screaming at us. I used to come here at least once a week, but I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Store was very clean and the young man that helped us was very nice and had great customer service skills. Unfortunately, the blizzards we ordered were not that great. The Heath blizzard had way too much Heath bar in it and the strawberry cheesecake blizzard was pretty much the same.

Of the other local Dairy Queen locations; I was refused for a soda refill at this chain after had ordered a combo meal... This happened when a lead female employee was on break with 2 other employees rushed inside to see I was carrying my cup after tossing the meal containers in the trash as she instructed the other counter employees not to give me a refill?!?I am not new to this chain location as the other locations allowed paying customers refills as long as youre dining inside or outside; including this chain so my question is why was I denied?!?

I’m so sick of paying for a medium or large and getting the amount of ice cream of a small. Not to mention, what happened to the blizzard test? I guarantee the ice cream would fall out as soon as the cup is tipped over smh

Came to this location at 940pm..and they had already closed..when hours of closing is at 10 pm..all the workers where in a hurry to leave from how fast they were cleaning.

Horrible customer service, bunch of kids working there. Very rude, ended up just leaving.

It didnt seem like sanitation was a priority, however the crew was efficient. Also, the prices are high and the portions are low, unfortunately.

The Medium Blizzard is the small cup now. The small is in the child size cup. And the banana split uses half a banana and looks nothing like the picture

This Dairy Queen location was not as good as the other location on Tower . This Dairy Queen the blizzard was more vanilla than anything my daughter didn’t even want to eat it she threw it away. The banana split was so small.

2 customers in line. 5 employees in store who were more concerned about talking with friends in the lobby, counting tips and doing any thing else but clearing the line. Id suggest having someone mature on staff to mentor these young kids.

I have lived in the area for 17 years. Have gone to this location 4 times, and all 4 times and they screwed up my order. So I have had to go to another location much further away. Tonight finally writing a review about this...as I didn’t want to drive to the other location like the previous 3 times before this and got my MM Blizzard and Root Beer Float, and get home to enjoy them and there are no MMs in my Blizzard when I paid for extra MMs, and the root beer float was mixed of different sodas! Granted you can say I should try them before leaving, yet I shouldn’t have to do that if it is your job. I understand people are not perfect but my goodness it not like your doing brain surgery!You would figure multiple years between each visit things would change and nothing. Stop hiring just to hire people!! Get people that will listen to your customers, also make people stay off there phones!!

I usually love this Dairy Queen but not tonight. Went to get banana splits and to my disgust the staff member making it had no gloves on. Peeled the bananas and had his hands all over them. By this point I already paid so I left with them.With the times we are in now with the pandemic, all precautions should be taken when handling people’s food!!

Got in to the store to order on 7-6 @9:00 pm. All of the employees ignored our presence. Ice cream machine must have run out of ice cream and employee couldn’t close the door, proceeded to kick internals of machine to get the door closed. All of the employees we’re screwing around with ingredients, holding scoops to other employee faces. Didn’t see any of the employees wash their hands after working on machines. Also barely wearing masks. Terrible attitudes. Ended up leaving for the store on Hampden and tower to receive better service. Seriously considering never returning to that location in the future. Will not recommend to anyone

Not as good or price conmparable as it used to be

I ordered two medium Royal cheesecake Blizzards with extra cheese cake cubes about 35 mins ago. I paid for extra cheesecake cubes, I get home and begin enjoying my ice cream.. theres no cheesecake Cubes at all. I end up finishing my entire blizzard with only getting one cube of cheesecake and I paid for extra for both of my ice cream did not have any cubes of cheesecake! How lame and a waste of money.

Today, 3/4 of my blizzard was Vanilla ice cream.

Inside is big and the time it took to take amd recieved our order was pretty fast. The food was good. Parking is plentiful if it hasnt rained. The lot in the front was completely flooded. So no one could park there.

Went here for a fund raiser for my son’s school. It is so nice to see local businesses offering to give something back when schools bring them lots of customers :) We enjoyed a couple of Blizzards during our visit and they did not disappoint. Great place for a frosty treat on a warm afternoon.

Don’t get the raspberry fudge

They smashed both dipped cones when they were given to my party. Ice cream smashed all over my hand and there was no apology or even an offer of a napkin. They remade the cones and you could tell the staff was not trained on how to use the ice cream machine; it was like the leaning tower of Pisa and did not look at all like a signature DQ cone with a swoop on top. The dip was not properly heated or stirred because there was more oil on the ice cream than there was chocolate. The chocolate that was on there was dripping halfway down the cone because they dipped it too far. If I could give a negative number of stars, I would.

Friendly customer service. Young people working summer jobs. But during the current pandemic why werent anyone wearing gloves to put lids on cups, cut bananas and passing out spoons and straws?

The ice cream is always great...but the employees seem to be in the worst mood. As a grown woman, I skipped up to the counter all excited to enjoy some ice cream during the Covid pandemic. I was met with irritation and an attitude when the employee took my order. We are all human and I know everyone cant be in the best mood all the time but it would be nice to see a smiling face at an ice cream joint.

Took my daughter to get her first dipped cone ever. She loved her chocolate dipped and I had a childhood flashback of the awesome cherry dipped. Made me realize how much I missed dipped cones. Well be back!

Tonight I came in for a strawberry banana orange julius, and after leaving and a few sips later, it tasted a bit off. However when I came back to ask for a re make the two gentlemen working, Emmanuel and Hudson were nothing but kind, understanding and quick to fix the problem. Good customer service is hard to come by and I’m a very satisfied customer. They definitely brightened my mood.

Stopped in for Hot Dogs and Cheese Curds.I was told that some equipment was down, and the could not provide orders for French Fries or Cheese Curds.I received two Chili Dogs along with a regular Hot Dog.The Chili that was on the two Chili dogs was old and very strong in taste and texture.It will be awhile before I return to that particular DQ !

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! I am sitting outside at the Dairy Queen tables watching people get served without masks on when the sign on the door clearly states that you must have a mask to enter the store.

Ice cream is off the chain always

Amazing customer service! My wife and I come here all of the time. Yes they do have food, just not the full Brazier selection. It is a treat center meaning that they serve hot dogs and the artisan sandwiches.

Nothing really special about this place. The counters are dirty and the place in general is rather dingy. The atmosphere is not what it used to be. The employees dont seem to want to be there. I get it, it may not be the dream job however putting a bit of effort into what you do goes a long way. The ice cream leaves a lot to be desired. Theres no question as to why cold stone took over a while back. A few tweeks and I think DQ can be back on top. Overall this place is not bad. Maybe a bit better screening during the interview process. Commitment and enjoyment does wonders to the product. 3/5 stars for sure. I will rate it higher once its cleaner and a bit more inviting.

I went here one day, and thier sandwich, the turkey blt was so good I had to go back.. Well I did.. and they had a different set of people working there.. Well the people working there the second time were definitely different.. More loud and obnoxious than the first time I went and the sandwich was disgusting and had old lettuce that wasnt just kind of old.. It was yellow old.. And tasted nothing like the first sandwich.. and i kept getting wierd looks from the girl who works there with the pony braids.. Which seemed kind of rude more than weird honestly.. but poor performance the second time around.. Which is really sad because the first time I went there it was really nice.. I guess its just 50/50 with who is working there..

Literally one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Every single person was rude, and seemed burdened by my requests and desire for ice cream. Change your attitude, because it’s not pretty.

This is one of the last ones left, they do not sell the food options here (burger) but the ice cream is still good and affordable.

Guy did not wear gloves, did not wash hands after taking my money and took a banana that was already opened. I left the smoothie at the entrance. Fruit is not fresh is just a liquid in a bottle for a$5.00 smoothie. Not worth it.
