Got our hot tub from here. Delivery was on time with our exact specifications. They gave us a quick run down on water care but would be awesome to have a little more in depth guide on how to take care of our spa. Over all great experience.

The delivery guys were great, the had the spa in the backyard in minutes and explained everything needed to get the spa up and running. The sales staff was great as well, didnt take us long to make the decision that this is where we wanted to buy our spa from.

Everyone at Mile High Hot Tubs has been exceptional to work with. I started looking for a hot tub during COVID and didnt want to go into stores in-person to just look. They took the time to shoot a video of all of the hot tubs they sold. Communication throughout the entire process was great. Their delivery and installation crew was professional and they showed up on-time. I ordered the hot tub with panels that were horribly mis-matched and Kyler ordered new panels from the manufacturer and they were shipped directly to me within days. Awesome customer service!

We went in on July 5th to look at some hot tubs. Salesman didnt even acknowledge us. VERY unprofessional. We did end up buying one that day from Spa Brokers. Wonderful service from them. A little courtesy goes a long way.

Bought not 1 but 2 hot tubs from these guys, 1 for my father in law. Father in law uses his tub more than the average user with his pain. So we have had lots of calls, suggestions to try etc from the team at Mile High Hot tubs. It never is an inconvenience to talk to us, help us, guide us etc. AS long as this place is open, we will be going here forever. Best guys in the business!

Sales people at other hot tub stores might rag on this place, but it’s because they are the best. Not only was Kyler very professional and upfront, he didn’t try and upsell me. I needed a rectangular hot tub which is very hard to find. He gave me two options and I chose the less expensive one. This being my first hot tub I made some mistakes in the beginning. Every time I called the store it was like my needs were the most important thing at that moment. Honestly can’t go wrong here!

Had a few days of questionable water color due to extreme use of the hot tub. One call and these guys have the knowledge to tell me how to fix it over the phone! Every time I need chemicals they have what I need! One of the panels came chipped from the factory, I didnt notice but they ordered a replacement at no cost for us! We will forever be loyal customers! Thank you!

The staff here is easy to work with and did a great job helping us make our final decision. We know we are not the easy kind of customer. Great place to learn about water care, the only issue is they didnt have one of the products that I needed in store. They ordered it for me but now I have to wait till next week to drain my spa. Great guys though.

If i could give a higher review, I would. Our journey to purchase a swim spa started a number of months ago, when our decades old hot tub started to leak and well before the Covid pandemic. We visited a number of other stores, and brands both physically as well as virtually. Although I dont have anything bad to say about the other stores, i do have wonderful things to say about Mile High Hot tubs and our experience with Kyler and his excellent team. We decided on the 16 foot coast swim spa with the swim module. Kyler helped us choose the correct spa, size, and height to meet our needs and finances. He helped me with answers to questions i did not even know I needed to ask. He wanted to be sure I would be happy with the final product. He was so easy to work with and was not pushy. He helped me understand proper spa care, and water treatment. I do it all, and no longer need someone to come out and treat the water as we did with the old spa. Quite simple actually. Even though our order was in advance of the Covid shut down, our delivery was delayed as the production fell right in the middle of the peak of the pandemic. Kyler kept us up to date frequently. He helped us choose the optimal delivery method (crane vs forklift). We had a minor glitch with the night lights but Kyler and Josh were persistent until it was perfect. I have learned that even the best laid plans can have a glitch, but what separates Mile high from other stores is the incredible persistence to make the ultimate outcome right. With everything that has happened with the pandemic, I firmly believe this was the best decision i have made in a long time. i have no need to go to the gym or pool anymore. Yuck! My wife and 2 sons love this addition to our house and it is used every day we are in town. I am so thankful for Kyler, Marshall, and Josh who have been incredible support for us during this journey.

I bought my first spa at Costco. I had a terrible go with that whole experience. I learned its best to buy from a real spa dealer. I did my research and decided to go look for a Coast Spa. I heard from a friend that they are one of the best spas you can buy. Along with all the reviews speaking highly of them. I found that my local dealer was just up the road from me so I stopped in to look at the spas. I found that the sales rep actually knows what he is talking about so I brought the family back so we could try the spa. We fell in love with the cascade II. I wish it was a more affordable spa but you get what you pay for. I will not go anywhere else if Im shopping for a spa for my family and friends. These guys actually care about their customers unlike Costco. Happy Tubbing!
