Our mom is eighty-seven and Joann Dunns warm and professional manner put her at ease. Her knowledge, personal experience and skill in pinpointing our mothers needs was very helpful and assuring. We are so happy to have found her and would recommend her to anyone who is searching for hearing specialist.

Joann Dunne is a consummate professional. She had not seen me in 5 years time and treated me as though I had never left. She performed the necessary tests to provide an accurate update of my current state of hearing. She explained why my hearing had declined and emphasized that wearing my aids would have improved the overall outcome. You best believe I’ll be wearing them daily. I was pleased to learn that my hearing would improve, the more I wore the aids. My overall health has gone up and down in the last 5 years, so, I was happy to see someone,who hasn’t seen me in a while, be positive that things will improve with my hearing. She cleaned and adjusted my aids, ran some tests and set a Followup. It was a pleasant visit.

I was pleased to learn that I need to change the cleaning device on my hearing aids once a month. No one had ever told me about this. I have a difficult time changing it, but will work at it now that I know I need to. Also, Dr. Dunn cleaned my ears from wax buildup of which I was not aware. She also gave me a recipe to use regularly to prevent the wax buildup. I am thankful for the yearly checkup because I had begun to think my hearing aids werent working very well. Hopefully, now that they, and my ears, are cleaned out, I will hear better.

I was disappointed in the service and the timeliness of appointments that were rescheduled by this office. I was in to the office in Mid-March, for aid cleaning. Was scheduled a week later for annual check-up, plus testing to see about purchasing new. Then I received a call that JoAnn could not see me at the appointed time and need to change to May 24, 2 months later!! Well , went today at the appointment time arriving at 1:55, another customer going from the waiting area in with JoAnn....and sat until 2:22 at which time I told JoAnn I have to go, Im on my lunch break. No sorry, ....just told my appointment was at 2:00, and its now 2:15. Showed her my phone, 2:22, figure it out. Poor customer service, no respect for my time.

Noreen, was so patient with me. I left hearing much better, she clean my hearing aid, Thank You, Moreen.

My husband and I went to Affordable Hearing Centers in Aurora and we loved it! JoAnn Dunn is the best, she helped my husband with hearing aids and he actually wears them. We highly recommend JoAnn! She took the time to explain everything in detail. We have been to other hearing places and were not at all impressed.

I went for hearing aid tests this morning at 12501 Iliff, Aurora, CO center and the folks who run the place are nice. The AuD who performed the test on me was thorough knowledgeable. However the center didnt have more than one hearing aid to test on. They just had one NuEar CircaEdge AI, which I tried and actually liked it. Nonetheless I didnt feel comfortable settling to that without trying others. I felt like they were pressuring me into getting that one. When I spend thousands of $$, I would expect centers have at least 2 or 3 to try on. I am giving them 3 Stars

I give AFFORDABLE HEARING CENTERS, office on E. Iliff, FIVE STARS. They have served me for several years, now. The minute you walk through the door, you are greeted in the friendliess manner. The Receptionist always makes you feel welcome and that you are greatly appreciated. The Hearing Specialist is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. There is never any patient stacking. You never have to wait around for your appointment. The office is very clean.

Received remote help connecting my hearing via Bluetooth. Great instruction!

I am so happy to have found The Affordable HEARING Center in Aurora, Co. I had a choice to pick other locations and I picked Aurora. It has been the best experience. I actually enjoy going there. they are extremely helpful, caring and kind. They are truly concerned and listen to what my needs are. I recommend them 100 %.

Ross Archie is a professional, easy-going, attentive audiologist who takes the time to listen to client needs. I had a hearing test to pass for work. Ross was able to adjust my aids to meet the needs of the test. Hearing aids do not mean that we have to miss out on life! He also proactively took steps to make my aids fit even better (open fit).Charra, the assistant, is always pleasant and helpful, too.Highly recommend.
