Went to get some new wheels for my hand truck, they let me take them out to the truck and make sure they got correct before I purchased them. As usual great prices on tools here.

Always great customer service. Tools are better than Walmart tools when in a bind for decent tools. Julia is always pleasure to see as she is always eager to help with customers needs. Highly recommend to stop there first.

Great shopping experience and excellent staff (Jennifer was wonderful)! Everyone was very helpful and they had exactly what I needed. I purchased a rather large item and they loaded it into my truck quickly and carefully.

Very Friendly stuff extremely helpful but I went there to get a 20 V cordless drill that was on sale and Their app said it was available when I got to the store it was not... nor was it available at any store nearby so I settled for a 12 V model cordless drill and it did not work for my intended purpose. so I had to return to the store to return the drill This is not the 1st time that I have gone to the store based on the inventory online. it is inaccurate so be careful of that.

I always buy my tools from Harbor Freight. I like their quality and pricing. Today they were out of stock on some of the things i wanted. They are supposed to get a truck in tonight and be stocked up tomorrow. Looks like Im not the only one who likes Harbor Freight. Recommend.

Great source for affordable, quality tools. Just wish the web inventory was correct and most of all, that they would show aisle and section for all items.

I personally love Harbor Freight (when I can find everything I need lol). I think the people that complain about them either get factory defect tools or totally abuse the tools. I have my own little mechanics shop and I rely on their tools daily to get me through my busy schedule.The part I like the best is their warranty on hand tools... if it breaks, you just bring it back and they replace it right there in the spot (provided they can still tell its one of theirs).I just exchanged 2 breaker bars, no questions asked.Harbor Freights got my business and I save a lot of money staying away from Snap-On or Matco. Plus Harbor Freight is less hassle to exchange tools under warranty.

This store location is fine. However, Do Not buy a pump or sprayer from HF. They cannot be returned to the store. So the return process is a joke. Online, phone calls, emails and Im still waiting over three weeks for an extended warranty return. My flooded basement is not happy!!!

Trying to talk to anyone on the phone is not a good experience. Try getting them to assist you in the store, they make you feel like you are bothering them.. the cashiers are great. They do a good job !

Large busy harbor freight. They had a line to check out but moved thru it quick. For the most part it was well stocked but some items were sold out. Fortunately I was able to find the pelican case I needed.

One of your workers, a woman with short black hair, was extremely rude to people during our visit. She literally screamed at a customer Im on my *&%$ing lunch break and she should not be working here. Its happened more than once.

Solid place with large selection and equally solid and helpful employees. When I asked where things were they didnt just point or describe the location. Twice two different employees physically walked me to the product I was searching for.One of the items I bought was large and heavy and a third equally awesome emplyee literally brought it out to my truck for me and helped me load it.5 out of 5 stars... will be back...

Dont really know how to rate this one They didnt have the tool I was looking for, but, looked up where it was. But, I went to the store that was recommended and they said they didnt have it.

The gentlemen inside were super nice and helpful but what gets them one star is the women helping load cars, so rude not a hello, thank you, or please when she asked me to turn my vehicle around or asking for my receipt. I spent several hundred dollars but will unfortunately not return because of the horrible customer service from her, the younger lady with blue hair wasnt rude but seemed uncomfortable by the interaction from the other women and didnt say anything.

Kinda like shopping at Walmart. You dont really want to go there, but the prices are so low you cant avoid it. Great for tools youll only use a couple times.

Not a very big selection and both times I went in there when I walked in the door there was nobody standing there but as I walked around the store and went to pay for my stuff both times they had security standing by the door until after I walked out. Horribly uncomfortable store to shop in

Above and Beyond! Tuesday January 12Aurora Store #59.. about 8pm....My daughter and I had just driven across country to move her to the area. While loading / unloading the key broke off in the Brinks padlock on the back door of the rental truck. The storage place wanted $40 to call a guy in to use the bolt cutters in their back room.Auto Zone couldnt help but recommended Harbor Freight.Kevin, Rod and Eric at Harbor Freight stepped up to the rescue.A 3 long bolt cutter barely scratched the lock. A grinder FINALLY cut through one side... a 4 crowbar couldnt knock it open... they had to cut the other side of the lock to finally get it open.We all agreed that Brinks make a pretty good lock, but their keys are lacking...Thank you guys, I really appreciate it.

Tools at risk of loss, theft on the jobsite, tools lost inside walls, in mud, forgotten above drop ceilings you dont know where so you dont want to bother the client by going back, etc. Harbor Freight tools give a Great bang for the buck. Consumable tools are best bought here. Theft is also lowest of their brand names because many thieves are choosey.

I do a good amount of shopping here, used to do most of my shopping here, for tools. But now the 20% coupons are few and far between, and when they do show up have a lot of restrictions. Which is a bad move for the one 20% item I bought way more because I saved a bit. You can join the club to have more savings, I dont want to. Now to the matter of parts, I have a predator 3500 generator, if you sell the 4 prong adapter for the larger generator, why on earth would you not sell the 3 prong adapter for the 30 amp rv service. This is you best selling generator, never in stock and you dont have the basics. The guy working there was very helpful we we looked on the store and website , nothing ended up buying from amazon because had a gift card, but lowes and home depot sells the adapter and free delivery. Harbor freight get back to what you used to be that one adapter cost you hundreds of dollars I spend at home depot, and didnt even get the adapter there. Still good products and will shop there, but now Im starting to look at the other big box stores and online.

Harbor freight always has almost any tool you need for the job! I love this store and I bet most guys do. I havent been there for a year. Compared to once every week or 2. Yesterday when I shopped there, the very first thing I noticed right away was pricing. Pricing has increased on alot of things. Of course with time everything goes up in price. Harbor freight also has gotten in better quality tools and the price reflex it. What you use the able to spend $100 is more likely going to cost you $150.. unless you want for the big sales they have, but again who is going to wait for the big sale when you need the tool today? That being said, dont wait to long to go and buy what you need. Because price will increase just like everything else. The trade war with China affects our pockets.

One register open, dozens of people in line. A number of employees were hanging out in the back room seemingly doing nothing of any importance. I left. Will not be returning, or recommending.

Needed work gloves and a new flag pole. No problem, they always have what we need. Hard not to spend the afternoon there. Staff always pleasant and helpful.

Its was great. Got what I needed and going to go back later again for some right and left medal snips.

In general, Harbor Freight stores are clean and well organized, and the employees are friendly and helpful.This one is no exception. I sometimes have to go to other stores to get sale items, and theres no sign that this this stores inventory isnt being managed properly (I worked in retail for many years - I believe that I can identify the signs of inventory mismanagement).

Didnt have any thing I was looking for & nobody seemed to want to help customers find what they needed. I ask where something was sent to an isle wasnt there continued to look but never helped or asked if I found what I was looking for. Employee almost knocked me over as I was heading for door.

They were ok just didnt have the item that I was looking for had it advertised that its was there and it wasnt!

On the smaller side but, I found what I was looking for. Customer service was great. It was fairly busy but, they did what they could.

They have great prices and a great selection. But Ive been there multiple times where the line is so huge I just have to leave. They really need more cashiers during the busy times

First time in the store they have prices that are definitely comparable or better than Home Depot! As someone who loves tools and tools like gadgets they definitely have whatever I could think of!

I purchased a hi-lift farm jack for my Jeep from Harbor Freight online. The jack malfunctioned out of the box. When I took it back for refund, Haylie was awesome. She handled the return with aplomb; it was trouble free and fast.

Went there three times for the same cool. All three times the website said it was in stock when I got there, same day, tool was out of stock.

I like going into labor freight. If u know how to work on projects at ur house, car or machinery or maybe a school project for ur children, its a place to check out. Once in awhile they may get some oddball things in there that they normally dont carry like dishes, umbrellas, art projects at a reasonable price. The people Ive come in contact with are helpful, polite, & respectful there. Ive never gone there & a gentleman doesnt open the door for me which I like & I thank them. 👍🏽👍🏽

Cashier was smart and friendly. Had customer ahead of me that became argumentative. He handled it patiently and considerately.

Not a bad place to shop. The prices are going up. I can get some items cheaper or the same price at other stores. They stopped giving free stuff with every purchase. Theres no reason to make a special trip anymore.

The customer service isnt what it use to be and alot of times I go to pick up advertisement items that seem to either sell out way fast or arent on the shelf. When a customer says thanks have a nice day the employee should say the same back at least.

Worst harbor freight Ive been to. 6 employees hanging out at the registers. Walked around for 20 mins and wasnt acknowledged. Stock is slim. Went for a jack and Jack stands. No stands and not the right size jack. Was going to ask for help but 2 men walked right pass 6 employees and right out the front door. One had a motor and the other had a generator. All the employees started freaking out. I set down the items I was going to buy and walked out the door as well. This place needs to get their sh*t together. Hire a manager to actually run the place staffed with highschoolers. Pay the extra money and go to home depot, lowes or even ace.

I come here often. The service is great and friendly. They have never hesitated to walk me right to what Im looking for or get something out of the back.

Always a great deal! More customer traffic then any other store though. On occasion Ive literally seen the line 2 checkout literally border the entire interior perimeter of the store. But only 4 positive reasons. Highly recommended! 👍👍
