Great place to buy toys with a solid selection and one of the best selections of Star Wars toys around. Prices are high but you get reliable stock in exchange. You decide if thats worth it or not. Perfect for your Toys R Us Kid of any age.

Very good store for finding toys for any age group and of any categories. Youll find a thing or other for a perfect gift for all age groups. The store is well managed and staff is helpful.

Out-dated. Difficult to get help at times. Cannot think of a time I have walked out and thought, That went smoothly. Would say the corporate model is to blame more than this exact location. Only plus is the selection of items.

For it being the holiday season, the store was very well kept. There was no shortage of employees, and we didnt have to wait in line very long either. Friendly staff and a well laid out store.

Visited last week. Loved the store. Cashier was good, smiling, helpful too. But have to say , My experience in service desk was not so pleasant. The Lady, who was there, behind the desk was very rude! didnt like her attitude. :(

Their selection of Switch merchandise is bare bones.If you have your eye on an item, be aware that it could be gone if you wait for the price to be right.

Im never the one to write reviews but this time I felt like I have to. Toys R Us that is my childhood and where I even got my first guitar lol but it’s time I have some closure with them I never really cared when they were declining but when they are going out of business I remember all the great memories I had there so this is just one last thanks to toys r us for my great childhood.So long partner I’ll miss you.

Good clearance selection. Our children were in heaven with so many toys to look at. It was a bit messy but I suppose thats to be expected with so many children testing out the toys. A few of the options you could find at the store were cheaper at the stores website or cheaper at other online stores.

Went to get some Easter decorations and eggs for my sons birthday party and we were greeted by a nice young man named Noah M . On top of that he gave us amazing customer service ! He answered all my questions and informed us about the specials going on , really appreciate him taking the time to helps us and will be definitely coming back ! Had a bad experience at toys r us at the outletmall , just made this one my favorite store ! Thank you Noah

The place is always dirty, they never have anything in stock and the staff are rude. I just stood in line for over 5 min holding a heavy item while the cashier stood there flirting with someone who didnt even buy anything. She knew I was standing there because she kept making eye contact with me. When she finally had the boy move a little he still stood right in front of the credit card machine talking to her so I couldnt get to it to pay. I had to wait for him to move so that I could complete the purchase. The cashier did nothing and just stood there continuing their conversation like I didnt matter. No wonder these stores are going under!

Average store. Employees are hard to find and cleanliness is just ok. Selection is typically good.

Nice location right opposite fox valley mall. Store has good assortment of toys and since you can price match with Amazon and Walmart (+ others), this is a perfect store for your toy shopping

My kids love running around looking at the toys but no-one greets you or asks if you need help, you need to find them

My daughter(8) said she heard toys r us was doing a santas wish list...we arrive, and although it was not a thing the cashier was so kind to us and said yes of course just go to the back by registry and well get you started. The manager Tim was so nice and helpful, got the girls registered. My 3 daughters were all so excited to send their registry off to santa!!! Even though they were busy, the cashiers and Tim, took their time to help make my daughters list to Santa a very special occasion . At checkout the cashier assured my daughters the list would be sent to the North Pole. Thank you Toys R Us staff!!!

Closing down, but not good discounts for a going out of business sale

What a mess! I get it was the Saturday before Christmas but when nothing was in the right place and you cant figure out how much something is priced it makes it real hard to stick to a budget. The biggest issue was that you could tell it was the employees stocking the shelves wrong not just customers putting things where ever!

Prices are always too high. And thats why youre going out of business. But you got everything, so.. Love you, Jeffery Giraffe.

A fantastic staff who goes out of their way to help! Never expected this level of customer service during the day before christmas but it was a wonderful surprise!

Going out of business. Also on one of their last weeks they restocked the whole entire store as if not going out of business. Everything still doesnt have any discounts the 20% to the toys are just making them equal to walmart and amazon prices.

This place has toys everywhere. Its so dirty! Even if you are closing down, you should at least clean the place and make toys easier to find. I felt like I was in a dumpster. Toys R Us had always been my favorite, but not anymore.

My kids love coming here and walking around and looking at the toys. The bathrooms could stand to be a bit cleaner.

As you may know by now they are going out of business and each week they have less and less items. The entire baby section is practically gone by now and there are no returns or refunds I believe. Discounts are okay, nothing too crazy yet...

No online experience to match walking around a shop full of toys with your children. It’s still engenders does excitement in me.

Customer service is horrible at this location. Good selection of toys, however, three employees I encountered were absolutely no help whatsoever. As a consumer, it makes for a horrible shopping experience.

This store was loaded with a bunch of employees that were really useless. The cashier overpriced my items by over $250 more than it shouldve been. The 2 more cashiers tried helping me & the had to ring-up my items 3 times. Then they forgot to give me my gift receipts & told me its my job to go find someone who could help me get the gift receipts. Also almost EVERY item that I was looking at has NO PRICE TAG anywhere. So I had to download a barcode price scanner app to find out what the prices were. One employee told me to go wait in a long line (cashier #13) in order to just find out the price on one item. This is the worse Toys R Us that Ive ever been to. I will not be coming back here ever again. PLUS Walmart & Best Buy BOTH had better prices on the items they sell too... my Barcode Price Scanner app showed me.

Placed an online order to be picked up at the store. Got an email, saying,[Please wait until you’ve received your Ready for Pickup email before going to the store. The Ready for Pickup email typically arrives within 2 hours. Orders placed near or outside store hours may require additional processing time.]I waited about 4hrs, I didnt get an email. Thought that the order would be ready. I then walked into the store after 5hrs. Checked with the store pickup guy. He says, order is not processed yet. (Whatever it means). I asked where the item is, and the guy showed that to me. I picked up the item and the guy said, if you goto the customer service, you can transfer the online order and pick this up. Went to the customer service desk, they guy at the Customer Service says, cant do anything until the order is processed. You will have to pay this separate if Im picking the unit up.What an in-efficient BS. They lost the business. Went to walmart and picked up the item. Only thing was they incurred my credit card fees for the order that I placed. The unanswered question is why there is no real competitor for these dopes?.

Great toy selection, but the woman Michelle who checked me out was rude and offered no solutions when i asked for an item that was not in Stock. As a worker in retail, i was not approached by one person and i found this to be a very unpleasant experience.

I used to hate customer service at toys r us. Not sure what has happened but they were all lovely and very helpful.

Store was a mess. I saw people that work there, not sure what they were doing. Waited in line for almost half an hour. A manager came up to help the cashier with a problem, looked at the long line of customers and walked off!! Worse than Walmart...and I didnt think it could ever be that bad!

I think the manager has to train his staff to provide his customers a good service. I was there to look for a bike for my daughter and I was assigned by the customer service dept a floor customer representative to help me. I kept following him where he goes because I thought he is going to help me find the bicycle. Then after a several minutes of following him, I asked him, if he is going to show me where the bike is. He said not to follow him coz it will take him several minutes. I just thought that maybe if he explained to me what he is gonna do then I understand that I have just to wait - not follow him around. So then I waited in a corner and ten minutes came by and I saw him going around the store, passing me several times and never heard from him any explanation why I needed to wait some more. And so I just left thinking why need to spend my money at this store - there is just no reason. I believe the manager needs to be trained how to train his staff so the store will attract more customers. The staff will do their own thing when they are not trained to how to provide at least a satisfactory customer service. Toys R Us Management - pls do a performance eval on your store manager.

One of the absolute worst condition of a large chain store ever. But they are generally pretty well stocked and organized in terms of product.

Good selection of toys and right by Fox Valley Mall, so its convenient as far a location. Outside of the place is a little rundown though.

As the others have already told the customer service is absolutely horrible, I called, they received the call after a few minutes the first time, without listening put me on hold and then after 10 min some one picked up the phone and just did not speak.... I could hear people but no one would speak over the phone to me..... I have always seemed friendly staff at r-us stores but this one was horrible.

Came here for a return on the helicopter (never been opened) because my kid doesn’t like the color of its. From the moment I walked in, no greeting, no smiling, a lady asked why do I want to return the product? I gave a the reason above, then she asked for my ID with a very rude attitude. How on earth could you work in the customer service department???

Toys for all ages! Really addictive and very difficult to come out of the store if you have a kid with you :)

Like many children toys r us in the 1970s and 1980s was the bomb. Unfortunately they didnt change with the times. Yesterday I was their at their 50% plus discount and stuff on Amazon was still either cheaper or the same price.This is one store I wish never closed, sad to see it go.

I always wanted to find old Littlest Pet Shop and I did find them I was so happy that i wasted all my money on them!

Checkout is always extremely slow and they dont keep the shelves stocked. Expect a 15+ minute wait for checkout.
