Let me sit and watch as my patches were sewn on. Very sweet gal, today was my first visit and as long as she is sewing Ill be going through her. Cant recommend highly enough. Retired folks who do this for a hobby, work out of their house basement with 2 heads, not very professional. They were accommodating to a certain point, but fizzled in the end when it came to doing the job right, ruining the shirts and jacket I had them do. Wasnt able to do complex digitizing or detailed embroidery work, they can do only simple, easy designs, proof on their wall. So, if you have easy and simple designs for beginners, choose these folks. More complex and expert design work, choose someone else that is more professional, has a FULL TIME brick and mortar shop, and able to do the job correctly. The extra expense is worth the aggravation over a job gone bad, and ruined items to throw away.
