Staff is very friendly and respectful to truckers. They have a security Nate who is very understanding and takes care of the truckers we had to make a quick stop to wash cloths and shower and he gave us a break. All truck stops are always packed unless youre in the middle of nowhere so obviously its packed but they do their best to keep exits entrances and fire lanes free of parking, i recommend this place its not as fancy as a lot of other places sure but you are safe here Nate is there untill 7am and he is out there checking up on everything! Safe and friendly !

For a Flying J this one is fairly run down and dirty. Lots of homeless activity in the parking lot and near the entrance to the store. The pumps in the RV lane appear to be tampered with and the bucket with windshield cleaner was bone dry.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful even though they are super busy. But this morning Laura went over and above to help me. I really appreciate it and am grateful. . Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Terrible truck parking! People park where ever they can. Dont even bother coming here if its after 3pm, its full. People parking in the fire lane and just out in the open where its needed to get in and out of the actual truck parking. Just took me 20 mins to get out of a truck spot because I had people parked in front of me, and on the sides where there isnt even a spot!! Seriously needs a redesign of the truck parking or enforcing parking and telling people they CANT park there because its not even a spot... WILL NOT BE BACK, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PARK FOR THE NIGHT, trust me!

One of the worst Flying J. They trying to tow expedite drivers and it happened with me recently. We are who gives you business. Looks like management and tow company work as a team.

Dirty showers then their lazy whale of a guy comes around and boots you while your sleeping. Pretty sure he waits till you are too. Pretty sure this place also does some kickoffs for towing. Go elsewhere. Different pilot or something dont bother with these a-holes.

Very unorganized in lines for checkout, no signs, people waiting all over, some for 2 counters, some for one counter. No items in cold bar, like salads, completely empty.

Overall good store, but they don’t clean bathrooms and u have to wait for a long time to get a shower.

They use some kind of signal interference to block your cell and hot spot. Very weak signal in the parking lot,great signal across the street. Probably trying to get you to buy internet from them

Horrible experience. i always use pilot/flying j, and usually i’m very happy but this time i stopped here for a few hours to get some rest after a long cross country drive. they wanted to tow my vehicle and said i could not park here. i was parked for less than two hours and i filled up full tank and paid for shower and had a meal. it feels like this is a scheme just to make money from drivers who are tired. never again will i stop at this horrible place and i advise you, do not give this place your business, they are not good. zero stars.

Im assuming that it was management that woke me up and told me that there is no overnight parking for expedite drivers. May I suggest that you have some way to know who are your loyal customers. I buy everything possible from Pilot/Flying J, but if I cant park overnight I dont see the purpose of being a customer. There are days when I spend 200 dollars in fuel and food because I know that I am going to have a safe place to park and rest for my next load. I understand that there are some who are not loyal customers, but we need a system like a sticker on the windshield on the stores that are having problems with people who do not support Pilot/Flying J and take advantage of the parking lot. I have been a business owner so I understand more than your average driver. I understand why products are higher than Walmart and I dont mind paying. Please dont throw out the baby with the bath water. Pilot/Flying J has many van expedite drivers who are very loyal customers and truly support the store. I have almost 2k members on my Facebook page and I am constantly sharing Pilot ads to the group and I encourage them to be good guests and support the stores that support them. Had to come here for a few hours. Got here around 10am. The truck parking was full. I was surprised. I guess this is a popular spot in Colorado. We managed to find a spot but we had to move slowly into place. They have huge concrete blocks that can damage the truck if not careful. The store is big enough. They have a good selection of things. Some of the tshirts really caught my eye. They seemed like they have just about everything you need to make your day a successful one

Make sure you Lysol EVERYTHING in your shower room because they barely clean the shower out. I hope to find a better place. Twice I came here and both times toilet was dirty. Yuck.Edit: to the replier, I wont be back. Its also hard for me to get there by public transportation. Too way out the way for me.

This is the only truck stop that chooses who and when to let in. Let me explain… I stopped here after dropping my boyfriend off at his truck (which he had to pay to park here for his 10 hr break). My daughter and I needed the restroom and a security guard told us (and another truck driver) they were closed and nobody could enter due to maintenance. As we were pulling away they let in 2 other people. Sad thing is the truck driver who asked to go in was told to go elsewhere although he just finished fueling and needed the restroom.

The worst Flying J ever visited. They dont let expedite drivers (box truck, van, mini van drivers) park, either tow it or make you pay for the parking spot even when you are Pilot/Flying J account holder, fill the gas with them and buy food, use showers! They wake you up in the middle of the night and make you pay for the parking! Horrible service!You would not have a business without us - expedite delivery drivers!The place is dirty, a lot of homeless activity with shouting, noisy loitering. I will NEVER EVER come to this place again!

The Cashiers are always super rude and look like they hate their job. On 2 occasions I asked questions while they stood there talking to each other so much, that when I asked for my receipt she barely put it in my hand because she was to busy focused on talking. Get better customer service employees and stop hiring trash.

Its good for a fill up and bathroom run but thats it! It seems like a handful of toddlers work here with no ringleader. The lines wrap around the isles, and when you FINALLY get to the counter they say you were supposed to wait in that line. Happened 2x on a 10 hour break. Then when you wait again in line for 20 mins to order breakfast they tell you (10am) we just threw it out. The store in Memphis is run better and thats saying ALOT.

Absolutely worst truckstop, trucks parked wherever they want and FJ wont say anything, could barely,make it around because trucks piled 3 deep on both sides, trash overflowing. Dennys takes forever to cook meals even when you order online 30 Mims before you show up

We have run through many times. Always worked out parking - got a bite to eat. There are the usual gaps one could complain about but you get a thick skin dealing with truck stops. Flying J Denver has always done the job and kept us rolling. In my mind a travel center boils down to a safe rest, refuel, food up, tidy up. Sacrifice is part of life so see the good and keep any complaints very real for the sake of change or helping others on their way. If you have a tough time putting a rig in a more narrow spot, may be best to cruise by and out of city skinny lots. Also, you cant fault the establishment when parking is full due to business running well, that is just how the cards get dealt.

Not the best truck stop but you really don’t have many options in the Metro Denver area and the truck Parking lot fills up fast so you have to get in real early and the lines for a showers can be a long wait especially in the evening hours during the week of summer season.

1st time parked my truck on no parking zoon for 2 minutes to use restroom because I dont find any parking anywhere and I dont want to park on fuel Island tow truck was waiting for me to leave then hook my truck and when I returned I was asked $200 if I want him to drop it or he will tow my truck when I called manager of flying j he told me that I was parked there for long time more then 4 hrs so I paid $200 to get my truck . On the way out after fwe minutes the tow truck driver was handing the manager his shear of the scam. Wow .

Truckers parked all over the place when there are parking spots available. Fire lane covered blocking reserved parking, all along entrance 4 deep, heck one was doing his 30 ON the scale. Every time Ive been here it has been a clusterf*#!

Food in the restaurant was good the station services were good but this staging area and parking lot full of trash just made me feel a little depressed and disgusted with the fact that sometimes just cant Have a nice clean area One truck drivers trash is another truck drivers burden. I dont believe its a truck drivers responsibility to clean up after other truck drivers or the responsibility to make sure the property on by the business responsible for providing such services as a clean facility and I dont think it stops at the toilet

This Flying J needs some TLC because of shifting ground under asphalt and concrete. Parking is an issue here because another PILOT stop was imminent domain as a loss nearby. It seems like the city of Aurora is being hard on the truck parking whereas its not FAIR to the business and some truck drivers.

If your a trucker do yourself a favor and park behind the nearby airport hotels if you cant find parking at pilot, I see lots of truckers over there.

The “Top Flight” Security bothering drivers. As long as they’re not an anybody’s way, leave them alone. The drivers are who make these truck stops thrive. Let them sleep.

15 to park RV most spots taken by bobtail at night and run all night with smells of Exhaust. No parking long side boundaries. Dump 3 if get card. propane 3.19 I think gas 3.34 if remember, from time we came in to CO.from the south, this has been a poor state to RV through.

Went to use the bathroom and overheard the cashier complaining about people coming in and using their facilities and complaining about people parking there overnight. I was going to buy some stuff, but they arent very travel friendly to people just trying to nap overnight and be on their way. Also while I was in the bathroom a security guard walked to my wifes car and asked if she had any business there... We were there for maximum 10 minutes before we ditched to a more travel friendly area. Not a good business model at all.

While parking can get a little scarce...especially with all the dropped trailers, the staff are great, helpful, and friendly. This Flying J has plenty of showers so you dont have a long wait when busy, which is important as a trucker who is tired and wants to hold up for the night clean. They have a lot to eat and snack on, auto and truck supplies, and gifts and trinkets. Bathrooms could be cleaner though. Would stay again. Edit: That pizza was brutal on the stomach though...never again on that.

This location has a Dennys inside it. The food was pretty good. There wasnt much you would not be able to find inside the store either.

Truckstop that does not allow overnight parking for small vehicles, like cargo vans. I used to stay at this Flying J location overnight years ago and there was no such limitation, this must be some kind of new rule. This place should be stripped off the right to call themselves Flying J. Flying J good name welcomes drivers for overnight parking at their locations all over the country, but this one does not.

They threw me out of the shower for taking to long at 1:30am when there was no line and the security guard threatened me with a night stick. Worst experience Ive ever had at any truck stop.

The worst Pilot ever. All I in this place its a chaos. No parking spots available, even reserved parking. Bobtails and trailers left on wheelers spots. Wheelers parked in double line. It needs the order restore ASAP.

I have taken 3 cold showers in a month from different locations, you start showering and 5 mins in the shower the water becomes cold, dirty restrooms, no toilet papers, complicated shower faucets( we don’t care on them been fancy) and no best point program. This is the worst of flying j where I had to park. You can not stop at night on the box track. An angry man drives around the parking lot, wakes everyone up and drives him out.

Left on airport blvd and its straight shot - 9 miles. They got trash cans so that you can clean out your rental car and throw away all of those tacky gifts that wont fit in your bag. Restrooms, showers, fuel and Dennys.

Its my hometown Flying J so Im soft on it. It DOES have tight parking for truckers, but cmon, people; thats the reason they have reserved spots; to make it easier for them to get in and out at different times! The facilities have usually clean restrooms and excellent food. Staff can be hit or miss, depending on the time of day.

I parked my trailer dropped at parking lot in 30 min they towed my trailer they made me pay 547 $ there was some other trailer too but they decided to tow mine

The cashier Brea was to help me look for a toothbrush. She said there may be one in the back. She said let me go check. Then, after 20 minutes of waiting. Brea was at the cash register. I stood in line waiting for an answer from her. Then as I got to the counter she told me oh I forgot. Also very unprofessional as she wore her pants slacking big time. Its a gas station Brea, not a club. This is probably one of the most negative reviews I have done. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLYING J..FIND A DIFFERENT ONE.

The food and the Dennys restaurant is good but the gas is very high price and the showers are to pricy cost 15 dollars. Suppose to be 12 dollars all Flying J and Piolet travel center. Here this place dosent let stay overnight for cars only for Truckers. It says 2 hours only in parking lot.

After parking my truck and trailor blind side in. A very difficult spot that took a good 30 minutes , a guard claims the parking is reserved l. Clerly there is not painting on the ground nor is there any cement poles that indicated it. I spoke with the manager and all he did was laugh and say ive workes here for over x amount of years i know where the floor says reserved. He told me to leave poe get towed.

Terrible place, terrible service, if you drop your trailer because you’re having mechanical problems with your truck and you need to go get it fixed it will be towed $445 fee. I spend thousands of dollars at pilot flying J every year, us drivers spend weeks and sometimes months away from home, and truckstops are supposed to be a safe place for us apparently not at this location. I will never come back to this store, I will never Buy Anything at a pilot flying J ever again. loves has my business.

Your prime parking is the worst lot Ive encountered. You charge for parking that professional drivers cannot access! The spots along the grass area literally do not give enough room for us to back in. I circled the lot 3 times before I was finally able to park. I then sat and watched other drivers try and fail to park in the spots next to me. How can you charge (and charge more than any other pilot) for the worst spots in the lot? This location has made me rethink using you guys in the future; it was that bad. Please talk to a trucker the next time youre designing your lots.

Its a lot of snow here many trucks stuck but nobody do something to resolve this problem. Road is clean but truckstop not the are waiting for snow to go away by it self.

I normally love pilots and flying js, and try to patronize them exclusively. We drive a sprinter van and deliver freight all over the country typically we dont get home for more than 3 months at a stretch. Unfortunately this is one of those flying j franchises whose owner is a money grubbing, selfish person. Apparently this person doesnt consider anybody who doesnt drive a semi worthy to park there without paying. Almost all the flying Js and pilots out there allow sprinter van parking in their lots overnight without paying.Im sorry but we are professional drivers too and we have the right to have a safe place to park and sleep. If youre in this area I highly suggest that you go 6 miles further to the TA rather than giving these people your money because thats all they care about.

Management or security could use some help to make room for over the road truck drivers that drive 18 wheelers here. I came in here today early enough where you can usually get a place to park. I WAS GOING TO SPEND SOME MONEY eating in the restaurant and getting a few things I like there. I could not get a place to park because it APPEARS THAT A LOT OF INDEPENDANT TRUCK DRIVERS THAT OWN THEIR OWN TRUCK ARE TOO CHEAP TO RENT SPACE TO PARK THEIR TRUCK FOR A FEW DAYS OR WEEKS IN AN APPROPRIATE PLACE. They are using Flying J at this location to park their truck for storage and maintenance. While I was driving slow looking for a place to park, 2. 4 wheel cars sped around me cutting me off and parked in front of trucks that were already parked. So in that isle there were 4 wheel cars parked in front of trucks with nobody in them which is kind of hazardous for those cars because a truck can run into the car parked like that. Then i went around to the left and drove slowly through another isle and 4 more 4 wheel cars and pick up trucks were parked in front of their semi trucks. SO THIS PARKING LOT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE IN A 3rd WORLD COUNTRY NOT IN THE USA WHER THERE ARE RULES TO NOT PARK A 4 WHEEL CAR OR PUCK UP WHERE TRUCKS GO TO PARK and they are using this Flying J for their yard to park their truck while they are home in Aurora CO for God knows how many days because they are too cheap to rent space to park their truck at a yard somewhere for days and work on their truck at rented space not Flying J. Meanwhile us OTR drivers looking for a place to park and get a good hot meal and stuff are missing out on a place to park for what truck stops are really meant for anyway. So I hope management or security can keep tabs on how long someone parks there and get those cars and puck up trucks out of there before one gets wiped out by a 18 wheeler and it does not look like you are in a 3rd world country when you are there trying to get a place to park and spend some money inside there. Dirty, dirty, dirty! Showers have black mold growing in them. In this time of Corona virus i dont feel like they care about cleaning and sanitation.

Talk about tight parking, this is the place for expert maneuvers. A fellow driver had their Tractor side swiped side mirror gone!! We should have taken the plate # of the SWIFT rig on that side!! LESSON LEARNED

On reserved parking don’t bother yourself to park if you did not buy(20$)! They’ll kick you out anyway little later , if you find a free spot ,, that’s your lucky day in Denver:::)))

2nd shift management VERY RUDE, open parking and everyone fire lane blocked, BOBTAIL parking lot it takes two SPOTS for one truck. BOBTAIL parking in tractor trailer lot taking up the whole spot when they could be double up. The manager just lets it go. Wont be back.

This is an overnight stop. We stayed with the truckers in overnight and saw a few other rv’s as well. It is a typical over nighter. It is loud. There were generators/trucks running with some trucker laying on his air horn. Not Flying J’s fault. They offered fuel, propane, and air. Did not really check out other amenities. There is a Denny’s next door and McDonalds across the street. Convenient location and staff was friendly. I felt safer here then I have at some rv resorts. Some spots were to tight for us to fit as we are very long but we found one. My rating is based on it being an over night truck stop, not rv resort. We would stay here again.

Potable water at RV pump not working

I have gone several times before 5am to get propane. Each time Im told we are out only to return at 7 after an apparent shift change and suddenly they have it. I would rather her the attendant say I dont know how or Im not trained than a lie. I dont like being lied to by somebody Im trying to give money to, its kinda my thing.

Bull shit place. I buy 170gl diesel. After driving 10ml my truck is shutdown!!!Because water in fuel!!! I’m coming to TA truck stop they said last 2mounts 25truck same problem coming here!!! Don’t buy diesel from here. I’m never again!!!

Great to have dump stations for rv but they didnt tell me that they shut off the water in the winter so what good is it to dump if you cant flush the tanks???

This has to be one of the worst Flying J in the country.Very, very thigh spaces, drivers do whatever they want, they park on the sides blocking others, I know its small but they make enough money to build a second one near by, with staff that like their jobs.We spend enough money at this places, they can improve.

When you’re working under a declaration of emergency and having to work over hours finding a safe place so you can sleep is important. It’s hard finding spots to sleep with everything going on. We got kicked out even though we were in a fine spot, she said trucks can’t turn but trucks were going in and out around us with tons of space. However there were 2 others parked next to us not in parking spaces that she let stay!?!Now we’re having to drive around on barely any sleep to find a spot to park. Hope you enjoy all that toilet paper, hand sanitizer and food truckers bring you, you ungrateful jerk!

There is always a line. My parents taught me if there is a crowd, there is also a reason. The staff working there can work anywhere in town. Good managers. Good pot roast. Truck stop plus.

Under construction... parking lot is crazy busy. Local drivers and box trucks need to park somewhere else.

The customer service here was very helpful my husband and I have broke down here and they were very welcome to our situation that we was in. They were really helpful with trying to fix our vehicle and very patient with the fact that we were only supposed to be there for 2 hours and instead gave us an extended stay on their property without any troubles. The workers there are extremely friendly but this place is always busy as hell lol

Great flying j with plenty to do. Diesel was priced fairly in comparison to the surrounding areas. Store was clean an well stocked.. bathrooms were up kept an plenty of overnight parking and space for over the road drivers. Plenty of good deals were available as well on their items

Another Pilot/Flying J with poor WiFi, even for the Premium service! The Network is hit or miss when it comes to being open when youre trying to connect. AND apparently this Flying J doesnt have free WiFi like other Pilot/Flying Js around the country!
