Ive always been happy with my orders from this location. There arent many places to eat when youre vegan and I appreciate that this place takes the time to make sure the order is right. The artichoke soup is nice and chunky. Love this place.
So sad because I used to love kneaders but they have gone downhill lately. They just raised the prices about $2.00 for each item. I am also really disappointed because I am vegetarian and the last four times I have ordered a veggie sandwich, there is always chicken bits embedded into the bread. Makes me worry about cleanliness and because it is so consistent I will no longer be giving my business here. You guys can do so much better!☹️
Yummy pastries. A bit pricey. The cinnamon rolls were huge. Eclairs good but small. Pumpkin muffin top was very tasty, wish I had muffin bottom too.
This place is usually really good and we enjoy coming here for the bread and soups. My wife and I were craving a Mac and cheese bread bowl from another place but decided to try this one here. It’s not good. The noodles were so over cooked that they were mushy, like mashed potatoes. See photo below. Otherwise I would highly recommend their bread, desserts, and everything else.
Kneaders is a great 3-star cafe and bakery. Most their baked goods are 5 stars! Im a personal fan of their pumpkin bread, cinnamon rolls, and mini fruit tarts. They are AMAZING. The cafe has a great homely vibe, and I always feel welcome, like Im in a friends home...The reason why I gave 3 however is because of their eatery, for the following reasons: Ive had a few of their sandwiches now and most are just a little dry, and not that flavorful. Their soups are also just shy of being truly great. They dont stand out. Their french toast are a little too thick, and feel more like bread than toast. Its always rubbed me the wrong way they dont keep giving you strawberries with any new plate of french toast. Its weird to get so focused on a strawberry like that, but it just feels stingy they get so up tight about not giving another serving of strawberries! Anyway, thats why they get 3 stars instead of 5.
My favorite sandwich is the french dip! Its so good! I also love the french toast if I go for breakfast. My favorite desserts are the mousse dome and fruit tart, but this time I tried the bread pudding. It was also good, but next time Ill stick to my go to.
Not going to lie, the food here is great! My three star review comes because of three things. One, the food is way overpriced. $15 for a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Two, they frequently run out of menu items and have me substitute what I want with what they have. And three, I tried placing an order over the phone and nobody answered for 10 minutes straight.
My husband has cancer and is undergoing chemo. His tastes are off, and Kneaders has been a safe bet for me to be able to stop in and count on getting him something of quality that will taste good, despite the chemical changes in his body. The last time I stopped in, I bought 3 eclairs. I gave him one and he took one bite before he Bleched about it tasting bad. I rolled my eyes and happily ate what he wouldnt ... only to realize that it did in fact taste state, if not freezer burned. Yuck! Not cool, Kneaders. You cant be a fresh bakery if youre freezing your goods, or letting them sit on the shelf long enough to grow stale. Now, Im in the market for a place I can trust.Updated: I am happy to report that the manager reached out and offered to replace the eclairs. I am impressed with the customer service. It seems they care about making their customers happy.
Definitely one of the best places our family goes for lunches. Everything is SO GOOD. The only thing I have a problem with is its a little pricey for a meal. My teen daughter lives going to Kneaders sometimes after school with her friends to get $4 smoothies, since its in walking distance. She loves the Mango Tango smoothie. Really well done 👏 I recommend going :)
Great fresh food. Eat in or take away will not disappoint! A must visit!
The French toast is fabulous. I like their smoothies too. For lunch I have had soup in a bread bowl, but usually Im there for breakfast. Their egg and cheese croissants are also good.
The BEST French Toast I’ve ever had! So delicious, thick, and fluffy. Ordered 2 plates and my grandson and I ate every crumb! Will definitely be back very soon!

This is my favorite sandwich shop. The bread is fresh and delicious. These sandwiches are huge and filled to overflowing with fresh vegetables and meat. I always have to have a doggie bag as there is no way I can eat the whole thing in one sitting. Right now they are serving the best peach smoothie Ive ever had.
The menu prices are very different than what they actually charge. We asked about it at the drive thru window when our bill was off by more than $5 (we only ordered three small items) and they are very aware but have no intention of updating the prices. Pretty ridiculous to charge way more for your items than you advertise.
I work just down the road from this location. My office orders it fairly regularly and every time they mess up half the order. The last time they did not have the Tomato Soup and instead of the sides of bread the sent their Hard chips. Two of the sandwiches had the wrong bread and they sent the Strawberry Cheesecake instead of the RASPBERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE. I am not sure why they struggle to put together an order but if you are ordering for a large group I would recommend any where but here.
Great turkey avocado salad, excellent with a side of baguette. Sometimes they forget to give me butter but overall quite tasty. 🍽️
Sandwich was poorly made. Ordered a Turkey bacon avo with no tomatoes. Received my sandwich and it looked so bad. Just looked like mostly lettuce at and nothing else but Turkey and bacon. I opened it and saw like a quarter size amount of sauce, and like 3-4 inch sized pieces of onions. Same with the avocado. Nothing really inside the sandwich like normally. One half had no cheese, the other half did. I get half way through eating the second half of my sandwich and find a skin of something? I’m not sure what it is? A date maybe? Thought it was a weird looking piece of bacon but it was so dark in color and was confused so i pulled it out and this is what it was. Idk. Gross.
I’m not usually a complainer, but jeez. I’ve been to this Kneaders plenty of times. It’s usually just as crowded as this visit, but never slow service. I always get the french toast and my wife gets an omelette. We normally get our food in 5-10 min and spend a half hour total in the restaurant. Today we spent over a half hour just waiting for a simple order while people behind us were served promptly. I noticed a few people who got there even before us wait just as long while newer orders passed them as well. When we got our food, it looked like they pulled some leftovers out of the garbage for my wife’s omelette. My French toast wasn’t as bad, but looked pretty pathetic in its own right. They forgot the syrup and I had to get up and go ask for some. The wannabe Dave Ramseys behind us, who finished eating before we even sat down, didn’t help the atmosphere either, but what can you do 🤷🏻♂️

French toast is great, my favorite sandwich is the turkey bacon on focaccia. The Pastrami is good quality as well. Everything tastes fresh and basically homemade, which is a nice change of pace from other fast food places. The desserts are good, but I feel are not quite as good as they look.
I used to absolutely love coming to this location. I am updating my review after I have had a few bad experiences. I have had a hard time with recent changes. The prices have been rising but if anything I have noticed the quality has been getting worse. I always love to order paninis here. They stopped serving them with a pickle on the side and the past 3 times I have gotten a panini I bite into it and it has been cold! One time i sent it back and they made me a new one but the other times it was in the drive-thru when I had to get back to work making it so I could not go back to get my order right.
Highly recommend. This was even better than I expected. The food is great, the desserts are heavenly and the service is friendly.
The restaurant was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the smells! Oh my goodness, right as you step inside, it smells heavenly. I got the French toast, and loved every bite, and their homemade caramel syrup is delicious!!
Food was good. Id give it a B.It was too busy. Way too many people; more than a hundred. There were so many people everyone was sitting in the covid reserved booths and standing around. Staff is calling peoples names with masks on, so you could only hear them with about a 7 foot radius. Come up with a better system for getting people their food and I bet youd get 15% or better back in time for your employees to serve more customers.Took 17 min for pancakes and an omelette, and when we got it, it was in a to go bag. Didnt get syrup for the pancakes, so had to stand in a line again, and since the to go box has ruts or whatever you call it, the syrup goes down inside where you cant get it.My wife had an omelette and said it was pretty small for what she thought she was getting based on the price.Just some food for thought. Ok. Terrible pun. Ill see myself out.
Probably my Go-To place in all of Utah Valley. I love it. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere, decent prices.
Took the family there for lunch on 3/6/21 and we were not disappointed. Great soup. Great sandwiches. Friendly service. After having just returned from spending 20 years in France and Italy it was like being back in a cool patisserie or pasticceria. Those baguettes kept calling out to me!! Next time. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

I usually love this location, but the manager was quite rude. There were multiple large groups in the lobby and we were all at the same noise level and he only told out group to be quiet. I understand asking everyone to be quiet, but he only talked to our group 🤷🏼♀️
Turkey bacon avocado sandwich didn’t have any bacon. Had used the drive thru and naturally didn’t see that the bacon was missing until I got home.
Update: they reached out and were very courteous, just as good of service as they’ve been for years, we’ve never had a major problem and still love eating there.This is a mixed review. We go to Kneaders often and the food is always good, but yesterday my parents went and bought sandwiches. I was at work so I didn’t eat mine until today and when I did there was a long hair stuck in the middle of it. Please be more cautious, I’m not looking for anything other than to alert you that it happened.

Let me start off saying that I think Kneaders has good tasting food, I’ve gone there many a time and their deserts are the best. However, I am not please with how skimpy they filled mine and my husbands sandwiches. We paid $20 for two sandwiches and a drink and it had hardly any substance to it and I’m still starving. Not sure if this is a new practice of theirs or just a really terrible cook in the kitchen.
Food is always great. Service is always great.But I wish their hygiene was better...?I was there today and I saw this man take his drink cup (that he had already drank out of) and fill it up a bit with water and swish it around. I kid you people not the water and whatever else was in the cup went on the handles and up on that spout thing 🤢🤮. He did it twice. It was kind of nasty to watch. I did gag.So essentially there is nothing wrong with Kneader’s. And I know that Kneaders can’t control the actions of that man or people like that man. But at least we can help it clean and clean off the drink dispenser.Thanks for great food Kneader’s. Your bread bowls with cheddar broccoli soup give me life.

She takes a bite and comes out with a huge piece of plastic wrap. She was disgusted and didn’t want to eat it. AND she couldn’t go get a replacement as she was performing on stage all day and couldn’t leave the theater. That is why she ordered it to go. She looked in the bag and the receipt was not there either.Please advise. I’ve already sent an email, with no response.
Great place to get healthier food in a hurry. Our kids always love the cookies.
I came through and got my order but was disapointed when I got home and realized that they forgot the said salad with the order. I was annoyed but understand that things are missed I drove back 10 minutes to the kneaders. Only to wait in the line for another 20 minutes. At this point it had been 45 minutes since I got my food and I hadn’t even eaten the sandwich I got which was cold when I got home. While at the window I asked the cashier if they gave out coupons when things were missed and she said no they don’t do that. Very disapointed with how they treated me acting like they weren’t responsible and that I could have no compensation for waiting 45 minutes just to get my food and an hour before I even got to eat it.

Update: 4/2/2021 A member of the management team reached out to me and is working very hard to take care of me as the customer but also fix the issue so that it doesnt happen again. I appreciate the level Customer service that has been provided to me and I wish other restaurants would put in this level of effort.My order that was very simple was messed up. I even have proof on the receipt that I ordered it correctly. I asked for no onions no cheese and a side of sauce all three things were done incorrectly. The Food was for a very sick pregnant wife which made it even worse.
I like the food, but service is always so slow. It took like ten minutes to get a few pre-made cookies from the display. And it wasnt during the rush. I arrived and there was only one person in front of me. Now theyre asking me what happened, but I already described what happened here. I dont know what else to add.
The least customer friendly place, could not get help for over 5 minutes while employees were just standing around talking!

I have eaten at Kneaders several times over the years and have attended many events catered by this company. The sandwiches are good and the staff has always been friendly. I recently got the Turkey Cranberry Croissant and it was really good, a little small but it was good and with the salad and drink it was almost enough, haha. I havent really tried too many of their pastries except the Fruit Tart, which is awesome! I think the sweet, tart and tangy balance really well in that pastry.
Ive asked for an extra dressing 10 times and they never seem to get it. Food is still good. Just dont think its that hard to throw another one in the bag.
I asked if they had sweet tea. They said yes. So I ordered a sweet tea! After we left the drive thru, I took a sip of it and my throat started to itch. When I called and asked what was in their sweet tea, they informed me that it was actually a pomegranate tea. I explained that I am allergic to pomegranate and the lady on the line did not understand that they lied to me and gave me a tea that could have killed me. The service was extremely poor and I guess there is no manager at night so it was even worse. Will NEVER be returning to this location and will be reporting to corporate and the BBB.

Most Kneaders are ok on having the order ready. The past 4 times Ive gone here it and ordered through the mobile app its over 30+ minutes over the time they say it will be ready.
Hmmm in my humble opinion the place is over priced, and I dont consider it a high tier restaurant to spend the money at.
Amazing food, love the desserts along with meals, sandwiches especially. Only complaint is the line is pretty long usually, it’s a busy place.

First time here and we were very impressed. My wife and daughter are French toast connoisseurs and they were thoroughly impressed. Next time we are in Utah we will be coming back here.
Disappointed. Hadnt eaten out for over a year. The tables were filthy. When I asked someone to clean our table, they sprayed cleaning solution on us! When I brought it to her attention, she said, (in a harsh voice) Sorry, maam! She was nowhere near sorry, she was mad! Probably overwhelmed and overworked. The food was just OK, and I had to make to two requests to finally get my order right. Dont think Ill be coming back. Its not worth it.

We love Kneaders Cafe and Bakery.They have a quick drive through, great curbside pickup and a wonderful dine-in staff. The lines always move fast and the quality food is consistently above par. From their pastries to pumpkin bread to their Turkey Bacon Foccacia sandwich or salad. It’s all delicious. It’s great for a lunch meetings, girls brunches or just a quick bite to eat.

Great food, but we havent had a lot of luck getting a correct order from this location. We order online and pick up and about a third of the time our order is missing something or its the wrong item. Tonight we had to call in our order and was charged for 2 extra bags of chips that we didnt order and only received one of the bags.
Came here with my family they didn’t have lettuce for salads, then they offered spinach after which taking back that offer because they didn’t have that either. They didn’t have the right bread left for the turkey bacon Avacado so we switched that to sourdough after which we were informed they didn’t have avacado. We then tried to order a tai chicken salad without lettuce and they said they couldn’t because they also ran out of carrots. The management needs to switch whatever they are doing because this was ridiculous lol

I typically really enjoy Kneaders, but I will have a hard time going back after finding a dead fly in my salad. I order a turkey, bacon, and avocado salad through the drive through and when I got home to eat it I noticed the fly in the to go box. I have no idea how it got there or how long this salad sat in the to go box. DISGUSTING. Plus the fly was clearly laying on top of the salad so the worker who gave it to me would have been really careless to not notice it. Definitely makes me question the company and their food preparation. CHECK YOUR SALADS PEOPLE. (unless you enjoy the taste of insects)UPDATE: The company contacted me and took full responsibility. They refunded the cost of the food and apologized. They even sent me a gift card. Definitely feel better about the integrity of Kneaders. Thanks!

Drive-up order was quick and easy. I ordered lunch for me and dinner to take home, including clam chowder and fresh baked cinnamon bread with no raisins!

I placed a pick up order and it took them 15 minutes longer than expected to bring it out BUT realizing they took awhile they gave me a free loaf of bread (without me even complaining about the wait). Classy! I appreciated the amazing customer service amid the busy Friday night wait.

Like other reviewers, I love kneaders food, but this location is terrible. They consistently have long wait times, but Yesterday was just too much. I ordered online and was told my food would be ready at 5:50. Knowing they tend to be slow, I showed up at 6:05 -- despite this, I still ended up waiting 25 minutes to receive my food at 6:30. I had to call them twice before they brought out my food for curbside pickup each time being told oh sorry, well have that right out. I understand getting busy, but you need to set realistic expectations.This isnt the first time Ive had problems with wait times or messed up orders. Ive called a management in the past and received apathetic responses. Oh, were training some new employees, so longer waits are expected. Dont put the burden on your customer. At least show some sympathy. I hope the owner reads this because you need to hire new management.This location is only 5 minutes from my house, but Ill be going to the Riverwoods location from now on. They are much quicker and have better customer service.
We have come here several times for the all you can eat French toast. This last experience was not good at all. I understand that they are busy but to ask for your all you can eat French toast 3 times and still it wasnt brought out to us. My husband finally left. I persisted and after an hour we finally received our second servings. This has never happened to us before. But I dont want to come back due to the service.Update. After posting the above comment I was contacted and things were made right. Next time my husband and I visit we will be given complimentary French toast. Glad to know that kneeders cares about there customers.
