I ordered a phone from a description that NEVER, ANYWHERE indicated it was a USED phone. I paid to have it overnighted. Four days later got a shipping notice from the post office saying it would be delivered in two days (6 days total). I did ask for and received a refund of the $31.99 for FedEx that never happened. Then, when the phone finally arrived, I tried to set it up and it was malfunctioning. I got in touch IMMEDIATELY and told them. They denied their phone could be malfunctioning, and then told me I would have to pay to ship it back to them myself if I wanted a refund. Seriously. I would stay away from this company, they are sort of nasty.

Emailed and requested refund, its been two months since item was mailed back, & still waiting for my refund. Still waiting for reply. DO NOT BE FOOLED ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Honestly I would of rate this company a negative but I need to give it at least one star to appear. I ordered a brand new phone but i got a used one. When I called him about it he was extremely rood to me. Finally he sent me a return label and never refunded me. Total scam. Do not touch this store! Total fraud! The guy who answered the phone screemd at me and hung up. When I called him again he blocked my number. Dont buy there!

All I did was politely tell them that they sent a receipt to the wrong email address and now they are harassing me about extended warranties.

They are the worst! They sent a phone thats supported by nobody and a charger that gave me a shock when plugged on. It was supposed to be a car charger. So, they sent another car charger that was again a wall charger with bare wires hanging out of both ends.

Paid $30 for expedited 1-2 business days shipping. Expected to receive the phone in no less than 4 business days. When I requested a refund of the shipping fees, I was referred to FedEx.Based on their reviews and poor customer service I experienced, I’m sure the phone I will eventually receive will be garbage as well.

I order a new phone and i receive a renewed damaged phone and i contact them to return it and their told me that will be on my own costs

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I was sold a Verizon/Page Plus phone; however, neither Page Plus nor Verizon will allow me to get service on it as BOTH tell me that the MEID in the phone is not a valid Verizon phone in their system. I spent hours trying to sort this out with Verizon and Page Plus and was told by Beast communications to call Verizon again as some of the agents did not know what they are talking about. I sent Beast Communications all of the ID information on the phone and asked THEM to call and find a person at Verizon who would validate this phone could have service put on it; however, this was not done. Then, I was asked if I wanted a refund to which I said, yes. They sent me a return label. I sent the phone back; and Beast said that they were refusing the parcel as I had bought the phone too long ago and it was no longer under their warranty. Thus, I still have no refund; and they have wasted my time with this farce.

Their ad represented the phone as new. It was only $5 less than Verizon. When the phone arrived it was very used, dirty and chipped. I contacted them and was told that I needed to return the phone at my expense in order to get a refund. I filed With my credit card company, but they said I had to return the merchandise to get a refund even if Beast Communications had committed fraud. I returned the phone, three months later they have yet to refund my money and my credit card company says there’s nothing they can do about it. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with.

And when you order they will send you an email that it was successful and after waiting and wasting your time for a few days when its already supposed to arrive to you they will let you know that it was cancelled because of fraud suspicion. I purchased a NEW Motorola Tundra phone from this company. What I received was a beat up old phone, definitely not a new phone as described. I sent it back immediately to the address they gave me for returns. After waiting for weeks to hear back from them they told me they didn´t receive the phone and would not refund me anything. So I spent $180 and have nothing to show for it. There are many internet based cell phone companies you can buy from with guarantee policies. I would recommend buying from a different company. This company gets zero stars in my book.

I too should have reviewed the reviews. Was getting a phone for my son. Only to find out Verizon was not hooking up that old of a phone any more (3G). In life we all learn from mistakes. This was one of them.

This place is a rip off!! Ordered and paid for cell,and received broken down twice previously owned one! Contacted Verizon about this company using their name to promote cellphone sales. Verizon is reporting Beast Communication to the BBB, as we ALL Should.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is not a good company to buy anything from. They sent me a rough used phone and will only take it back for a 20% stocking fee and they had the nerve to tell me they would need to check it for being defective They sent me a defective phone. It was not listed that the phone was used or even refurbished. This was a Mothers Day gift too. I suppose we could complain with Illinois BBB?

Like others I really wish I wouldve read the reviews before purchasing from this company. After waiting for well over a week to receive my order the phone doesnt work. It will not recoginze the SIM card. I took it to an AT&T store and they said it was defective.So Im still without a working phone for my Dad and I have to pay for return shipping for a non-working phone. Worst customer service EVER.

I paid for return and then credited half the original cost due to restocking fees. I should have kept it and restocked it myself right into the trash! Reported them to Verizon since they are a poor representation of Verizons products or customer service. Why havent they been shut down!!! Had to place a star to send messge...when they should get a minus 10!

I bought a new phone from them (cellphonebeast, Beast Communication, whatever they want to call themselves), website said nothing of it being used. I paid $79.95 for the phone. i received a beat up old used phone from another company with a packing list with it saying it was bought off eBay, in average condition, and the cost was $35.00. I returned the phone and the company charged me a 20% restocking fee on a used phone that was supposed to be new! This company is not reputable, check out their BBB rating of 17% favorable. The only way they can make any money is ripping off people like me. Tell me in the attached ad where it says this is a used, beat old phone?

Same as the others. Bought new, they sent a beat up phone that wont hold a full charge for more than an hour. BBB here I come as well as telling everyone I know and meet that 99 percent of their sales are fraudulent.

I would never by from this company again. I bought a new phone from this company. What I received was a used phone instead of a new phone. Their customer service was very unresponsive. I finally got a hold of them and returned the phone. When I never got a credit I tried contacting them but never got a call back. I had to file a claim with my bank for the credit. They are fighting the claim saying I took too long to file which is not true.

I keep calling them over a credit card charge and they wont call you back had to let my credit card handle it. Sad that they dont have any better service than that.

I ordered a phone from Cell Phone Beast and they sent one that was not compatible with my cell service. In fact, according to Verizon, the phone was locked and would not work with any service. In addition, I ordered a charger that never arrived. It took three emails to get directions for how to return the phone, which I followed and then never received a refund or answers to any of my later inquiries.

My dads credit card was fraudently charged from them somehow.I am having it investigated at the moment.They are hackers,crooks.
