This was my first car buying experience. As a result, I shopped around at different dealerships until I found what I wanted. Every dealership harassed me and tried to push the highest sale, whereas David Abramov, at Schomp dealership, wanted to get to know me more as a person to better understand what I wanted and could afford. He remembered that I just moved here from Chicago and asked how the move went prior to even talking about cars. Once we got to the lot, I had a few different trims in mind, but he recommended the one based on my preferences and found the exact car in their system to fit those needs. Unfortunately, the car was not in the lot at the time, but he was able to reserve the car ahead of time and kept me informed of when it would be coming into the lot. Additionally, I told David what my price range was and he was able to get me to what I could afford. David went out of his way to reach out and provide me with a list of recommendations for a person just modify to Denver. I couldn’t recommend anyone highly enough. I recently leased a 2021 Mazda 3 hatchback Premium in 2.5 turbo, trim. This is my 5th consecutive Mazda 3 Hatchback, beginning in 2005. To say I love this car, would be an understatement. My husband and I spontaneously decided to visit Schomp Mazda, Aurora, Co and met with our sales rep, Robin. Given the challenges in the new car industry due to supply chain problems, I was stunned and delighted to learn they had received the exact vehicle I wanted, the day before. It had 9 miles on it! Robin Greer had her work cut out for her because we are Canadian and were returning to live back in the States, after 18 months back in Canada. Robin was amazing. She worked the challenges doggedly and pulled together the appropriate individuals and information to look after us. She was in control the entire time. While it took a bit longer to sort through the legalese of our circumstances, I drove the exact car I wanted, off the lot a couple of hours later. While very devoted to the Mazda brand, it still takes a really good sales person to execute a deal. I would happily refer anyone to Robin and Schomp Mazda. I was a bit nervous as a single 20 year old coming in to make my first car deal. Schomp is a no haggle dealer, so all of the focus could be put on how much I liked the car! Kelsey took me for a test drive 20 mins before closing and politely kept in contact as I was figuring out financials. Ultimately the car sold before I was ready to purchase, but my experience at this dealership was premiere. Ive always wanted to own a Mazda and I will be certainly be back next time I am in the market for a new car!

I thought my experience was great. I bought a 2 year old vehicle with low milage and all the bells a whistles. I was so excited. However, now Im afraid I may have gotten a lemon. My car has been at the dealership since Saturday with no idea whats wrong. I tried to contact the dealer to ask what happens if they cant fix the car. Ive been told it MIGHT be under the warranty so I shouldnt worry about it. I was told Id get a call that same day after she spoke with the shop. I was concerned because I was in the process of selling my car and thought maybe I should hold off on selling it, just in case. I never got a call back. Ive heard from the shop that they still dont know whats wrong and I havent gotten a straight answer on what happens if they cant fix the problem. Ive only had it 2 weeks and they say the fix MIGHT be under warranty which means I also MIGHT have to pay for the fix and I havent even made a car payment yet. At this point I just want to return the car. So disappointed right now.

My husband and I just bought a CX-5 from this dealership and we are beyond happy with the car and especially pleased with the service we received! We had a not so great experience at another dealership in the Springs and decided to give Schomp a try and we wish we had gone to Schomp in the first place. Schomp Mazda provided me with an excellent buying experience. For most of us, buying a new car and working with a dealer can be a stressful event. Schomp did away with the traditional shell game. Their prices are up front and fair. There was no hard sell for add ons and services. No ludicrous dealer handling fee. The client advisor I worked with, Michael, was personable and knowledgeable of the car I was buying. I would highly recommend Schomp if you are shopping for any of the products they offer.

I have never enjoyed car shopping, but Schomp Mazda made it so quick and easy! My husband and I were able to walk their lot and browse their selection without multiple salespeople approaching us hoping to sell a vehicle. When we were ready for assistance we walked inside and were welcomed by David. After grabbing the keys, he walked us around the vehicle and gave us a quick run down of some of its features and how they work. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and seemed genuinely excited to send us out for a test drive. We were very tempted after our drive, but ultimately walked away in hopes of buying the newer model that was still in transit to the dealership. Just a few hours later Schomp contacted me letting me know the newer model had arrived and offered to have the vehicle we were looking to buy inspected first so that we could see/test drive it later that evening. By time we got back to the dealership it was near closing, but David once again welcomed us. He went over the differences in the 2021 vs. the 2020 and again offered us a test drive despite the late hour. We declined and went straight in to purchasing. He was very thorough yet concise when covering financing, warranty options, accessories, and getting through all of the paperwork. As it grew later, we were joined by Spencer to finish our paperwork and finalize our purchase. We were pleasantly surprised to find that he was equally quick, efficient, and friendly. When Schomp says one person, one price, one hour, they mean it! I have never experienced an easier car buying experience.Next day, we received a call from Deeray at Schomp. There had been a minor recall on the vehicle and a software update was needed. He apologized that we would need to bring the car in, explained why the update was necessary, gave an estimate on how long it would take, and scheduled us an appointment. When I arrived that afternoon for service, he was the first person at the door and knew me by name as soon as I said I was there for a recall. He showed me to the lounge stocked with snacks and let me know that the time estimate was worst case scenario and hed have me out quickly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Deeray walked me out to my car and took me step by step through some settings and features to ensure everything was running smoothly.Every single associate that we encountered at Schomp was the epitome of excellent customer service. I had been procrastinating a new car purchase and dreading the entire ordeal, hoping to complete the process online. Now I look forward to returning to Schomp for vehicle maintenance and future purchases. You will not be disappointed here!

I purchased a new 2021 Mazda cx30 in March at $4,200 MI. Low oil warning light illuminated. I learned of this to be a common occurrence with a new Mazda turbo as it burns a little bit of oil.I contacted Mazda Thursday regarding the issue. Their response was quick. I spoke with the maintenance manager boom immediately scheduled for me to bring the car in for an oil change.Within a half an hour my car was serviced and I was back in the road.Monster definitely over delivered !Fast service, excellent communication. Having punched cars online for the past few years, I was reluctant to enter into a used car dealership again, and I should have trusted myself. Walking in was like going back in time with pushy tactics, outdated sales scripts, and an elusive management team that hides from customers and only communicates with internal staff. Once I purchased the vehicle, the customer service I received, regarding a few issues that came up with paperwork, was almost non-existent. It was difficult to get someone to talk to on the phone or return emails, and nobody would disclose the contact information for a manager to escalate the situation to. Going forward I would only recommend buying from online dealerships like Vroom and Caravan if you want to avoid the feeling of a stereotypical 1980’s used car dealership.

Brought my 2014 Mazda3 with 85k miles in for inspection and brake fluid flush. Was quoted $2500+ in additional repairs. Called independent shop (Elder Auto) two months later for inspection specifically for issues raised by dealership. Shop quoted repairs for half as much as dealership wanted to charge, but shop told said there was nothing wrong with the car, so they gave it back without charging me.

We didnt end up buying our new car here; however we did have one of our best car buying experiences here with Matthew Teves. We just wanted to say thank you and we really appreciate you helping us find the perfect car for us at a neighboring Schomp dealer.

I was crazy frustrated shopping for a car until I walked into Schomp Mazda and was greeted by David Abramov. David was so knowledgeable and knew what car to put me in. After I test drove the CX-30 I was in love with this car. David handled the rest and I was out the door in no time. We even had a few good laughs throughout the process. I will say that I have never been treated the way the team at Mazda treats me. From the service, to the communication, the transparency, just all of it makes me feel appreciated and simply makes the experience personal. This is my second time bringing my car in and although we did have a problem with the brakes the team was more than accommodating when came to correcting it. I bought my car from a Chevy dealership so I usually go to them or Midas for my service needs but moving forward Schomp Mazda will be my first choice! I am not sure specifically who had a hand in the process of my car but please let them know I really appreciate it. Joe, my sales person went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. For example, the dealership needed to replace my windshield which then caused the several safety sensor issues, it turned out the sensors need to be calibrated when the windshield is replaced which the Mazda dealership wasn’t aware of as the sensors are Honda technology and Joe worked with their partner dealership Schomp Honda to get the calibration completed in all safety sensors working properly. It has truly been a pleasure working with the Schomp Mazda & Schomp Honda team. Highly recommend!

All of my two stars go to Andrea! She was the sweetest loveliest sales woman and had I dealt with her only, maybe I would have decided to buy a car. She brought he manager over to talk to me about the repairs that my mechanic had told me needed to be done. All of which were very pricey. He then proceeded to speak down to me the entire 5 minutes I interacted with him. Being a woman looking for a car u already worry about being taken advantage of for your lack of knowledge and I can draw the assumption that this is an issue here. Will absolutely never give this place my business with such a disrespectful person in management. Thats the face of your company and he’s giving y’all a bad name.

I was shopping around for a new car after my old Honda got into a little accident that we needed to replace the front axles or whatever it was. We originally looked at Mazda 3 and Honda Civic from different dealers for their prices. We just want something inexpensive to drive around. We came to Schomp Mazda because of their prices. Zak walked us thru the entire process. I felt in love with Mazda 6 so we decided to purchase it. While we look at the car last time before we purchase it, my wife noticed some dirty spots inside the car and the manager send our car to do some detailing and walked us thru the car again before we sign the paper work. Overall, the entire process was painless and excellent. Although it took us 4 hours from seeing the car to drive it out of parking lot, still faster than I originally thought. Zak was patient with us and no pressure to buy any accessories. Overall, the whole process was great and friendly. Would recommend this place if you are in the market for a Mazda.

We are certainly living in changing times. I wasn’t sure what to expect in how things would go buying a car during this pandemic. We purchased a fun Miata a year ago and had a good experience with the dealership. This week, we sold the Miata and wanted to terminate a service agreement. I had the pleasure of chatting with Bego Karalic, their sales manager, who personally coordinated the termination of the agreement and issued a refund. Note that technically, all the dealership needed to do was prepare the paperwork, have me send it in and wait for the service company to issue the refund. Instead, Bego and Schomp Mazda went above the call of duty and processed the refund internally, issued me a check and sent me on my way. So a good experience when we got the car and a great experience on transitioning out of the car. Kudos to the team at Schomp Mazda for exemplifying great customer service and providing us a very positive experience in our interaction with the dealership.

Everything was pretty seamless. Zach was friendly and helpful. We went in twice and both times we were greeted immediately. Would recommend to family and friends.

Overall, This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had! Joseph Aya was my sales person and the only sales person I dealt with the entire time, which was very pleasant. I did not feel any pressure. The only thing I would recommend for improvement would be to make the process a bit quicker since I was there for about four hours total. But I would definitely recommend this dealership!

He also saved me some time by sending documents digitally so I could take care of paperwork ahead of my final visit. No one was pushy about add ons. I took home today a 2021 CX-30 and I love it!! I traded in my CX-5 and Zach was the salesperson who helped me and I couldn’t of been more pleased with the service I received from him.
