I just want to start by saying, Ive never had a more professional car buying experience with anyone and Im glad it happened with Kyle Brown. Hes definitely a salesman at heart trying to push those warranties but he never forced us to do anything we didnt want to. On top of that, he made our entire experience stress free and very comfortable. I dont particularly care for Hyundais and we came for a beautiful blue Toyota Corolla Hatchback for my girlfriend but if there was ever another car we desired at this dealer; I would love to work with Kyle again.

To be fair, I havent taken my Hyundai in for service at Schomp. Oh, I tried. My car needed some recall work done, plus an oil change and a wiper blade. I called the Schomp service department five times over the course of two days. I tried morning, midday, and afternoon. Getting through the phone tree only led me to a service department phone that just rang and rang and rang. Except for the one time I got put on hold but hung up after like 20 minutes. I tried booking my appointment online via the dealerships website. There was no way for me to enter the options I needed beyond standard service packages based on mileage. OK, I thought, Ill just tell them what the car needs when I get there. Unfortunately, the soonest the system would let me book an appointment was three months out--exactly 90 days. I gave up. I called McDonald Hyundai last week. They scheduled the appointment for five days out. I took the car in today and was out in under two hours--and they washed my car. It was worth it to drive the additional eight miles to actually get service. Excellent service, at that.

Just purchased a used vehicle from this dealership less than a month ago... Come to find out after their inspections, repairs and retailing. They still managed to giver me the car with 0 oil in it. I mean bone dry. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst purchasing experience ever.Edit- I was specifically told the only leak was the rear differential valve, and not the oil valve gaskets. I told the sales person I didnt want a car with an oil leak.. and it was never verbally mentioned. They were sneaky and were hopping Id miss the fine print showing the oil valve gasket leak. Theyve done nothing to correct the issue... And have only thrown it up in my face that I havent had those repairs done myself. they are completely okay with selling lemons apparently.

Kyle got me in the truck I was looking for in less than half a day. Great service and great refreshments. This truck is so great I may never need another one, but if I do I’ll definitely be back to see Kyle

Customer service rep was nice and helpful however all those incentives they talk about dont really exist. They take them out and turn around and put right back in another way. And dont waste your time on giving any down payment, makes not difference in final numbers unless it is a large down payment. I dont even see where my $1000 made a difference. They are no worse (or better) than anyone else I guess when it comes to car dealerships. Good luck!

They did not submit my cars payoff in time and I got hit for 70 points on my credit!! Then I have had better issues since the beginning and bought the warranty. They refuse to replace the battery and say theres nothing wrong. My car has not started 6+ times and have to get jumped or call for a ride. Why am I paying this bug payment every month for a car and warranty that doesnt work or allow replacements when they are needed?! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. BUY HONDA. I NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH THEM LIKE I HAVE FROM HYUNDAI!!!

There recently was a huge break-in over night into over 28 cars in the service lot, my car was left unlocked by macitence and over $800 of items were stolen out of my vehicle. The thief’s stole my personal information and tried to charge over $3,000 dollars to my personal bank account. I never received a phone call about this, no compensation, NOTHING! Dustin (the GM) told me to “try” and take legal action but I won’t get far. Please stay far far away from this place, horrible service. They don’t take care of their customers and are RUDE.

Attila and Noah are wonderful! I was in need of a used car and was able to find my perfect match within the week. I left with an adorable 2017 Hyundai Accent. The process inbetween finding it and picking it was very smooth and easy. Atilla was amazing with communication and being proactive with getting paperwork and everything ready so when i got there, it literally took less than 20minutes before i was driving off the lot! Slow response from salesman‘s, and they acted like they were too busy to help. I was told the sales person was too busy to help me today and then I should come in Later the next day. Meanwhile the vehicle I was interested in sold. It must be nice to be so busy that you can just turn customers away.Thank you for your response. Just so you know, I did call the salesperson at 9:34 am and left a message to call back. When I didnt receive a call back I decided to send a email. Now I know you open at 10am, so thats why I called and left a message first thing in the morning. Timeline aside, the last thing a customer wants to hear is Im to busy try again later response.

Dealership ran credit application after being told I was no longer in the market for another vehicle.Schomp Hyundai started out friendly enough. Then I get a letter in the mail... I chose not to purchase another vehicle inate June 2021 after having filled out a credit application. I called the next morning to inform the dealership that I was no longer interested and to NOT run my credit application since I was not going to be purchasing a vehicle from them. Dealership waited and decided to run my application several days later. What kind of bullcrap is that, not a reputable dealership, definitely not a dealership Ill ever contact again.

I was pre-approved with a lender. The dealership decided they do not work with that lender anymore. So I go look at the vehicle. I was then told another lender is willing to give me double the interest rate. When I say no the sales person Jesse gets a huge attitude and storms off. He comes back and attempts to make the same deal and again I say no not at this time. I tel him I will keep a eye on the lot and may return. He again storms off with a attitude without a have a good day, sorry this didn’t work. He then texts me 5 minutes after I leave saying they want to keep pulling my credit and dive for a different lender. I tell him no thanks. Jesse was very unprofessional.

He provided clear communication so that we could make an informed decision. He kept his promise to follow up on small issues after the sale and introduced us to the service manager, Andrew, who attended to all of our concerns. This is where things went downhill.The first time I was interested in something, I was told the key to the car I wanted to test drive got lost at the dealership, and the sales guy said he would get back to me when they found the key, and he would get some more information on another vehicle i might be interested in. He never called me about either of them.The second time I tried to schedule a test drive on a vehicle using their online service, and it said someone would be in touch. No one called or emailed.The third time, I text the rep helping me using the number I got when I first went in- and told him that I needed to get this done by a certain date because I was going out of town. He replied that he was out of the office, but would try to see that I got taken care of. Its been nothing but silence.I get it, things happen that are out of our control but I could have been told instead of waiting on someone who wasnt interested in helping me. Dragging it out like this has made me feel like he was hoping I would lose interest in trying to trade my car in and go elsewhere.If you didnt want to deal with a trade in, it should have been mentioned up front so I could have gone somewhere else. Its been almost a week of this and I am out of time to find something before I head out of town on business. Ill go elsewhere with my tradein when I get back in town.

I walked in, and within a couple hours drove away with the exact car I wanted. Schomp offered a salesman free test drive in the freshly sanitized vehicle to help make a virus free buying experience. My favorite aspect of buying here was the transparency. Im a fan of dealerships that operate on a haggle free model. In my experience Schomp does it right, with one fair price and no need to mess around and negotiate in order to not get worked over. They also do not try to charge any of the ridiculous fees that other dealers do, like documentation fees. The *do* try to upsell on options, but they are not too pushy about it. My car actually came with a couple options pre installed since it was a showroom model, but after looking at third party prices for these add ons I found the prices charged by Schomp were actually pretty reasonable. It helps that they were options that I would have considered getting installed myself anyways... Value given for my trade was very fair as well, and in fact was slightly above what I was expecting to get. Overall I had a very pleasant car buying experience. I think Ill be happy with my new hyundai for a long time, but if Im ever in the market for another Ill be back!

We made a deal over the phone with a new Hyundi Santa Fe before ever going down there. When I got there, there were no games. They honored everything we discussed over the phone with the price of the car and the price of my trade in. They move things thru quickly, so you dont take an entire day to buy a car. I just love this place and am looking forward to working with the service dept for my new Hyundai Venue maintenance
