I purchase a car at Nissan in South Holland Illinois. Please do not go there they are easy to take your money. When something happens to your car you need service they give you the running around . Bought the extra service plans they still gave me to run around. Call the general manager everyday for two weeks show you how she care about people who come into her dealership she dont even return your phone calls you spent 2 weeks I havent spoken or heard from her. Take it from me you want to give your money where you go to anybody besides these people

My daughter purchased her 2017 Nissan Sentra from Nissan on 74th Western here in Chicago. While she loves the car she doesnt care for the dealership she purchased from. She has been having issues she has a gas leak and her breaks are going bad, the rubbing trimming around with windows is coming off. In which when she purchased the car she was told she has a 6 year warranty on the car. Only for her to go there for things that are an issue with her car and they tell her she has to pay for any repairs to the car. When its stated that she has a 6 year warranty. I think you guys need to be careful with what dealerships you let sell your cars because they dont represent your company in a good way. And leave those who have purchased your cars with a bad taste in their mouths..SN she has received in the mail more than once that its time for her car to be serviced and when she went they tried to charge her. Not good.

Nissan is a joke. We have a recalled Nissan Versa. They said the air bag on the passenger side may kill someone and there was no airbag installed on the driver side. THIS IS NOT MY ISSUE. The ISSUE is that they will not tow the car to our new residence less than 5 miles away. At this point, we already signed something say we cannot legally drive the car.In other words, we must pay back end costs for the mistakes the manufacturer made during production. NEVER WILL BE DOING BUSINESS WITH NISSAN AGAIN. What a joke! Losing a life long customer over a simple in town tow. Its not the money its the principle.In addition, I called the local dealer in Gurnee, IL (Zeigler). The service manager said they will not tow the car two miles to our new location. He said we can risk it and drive the car ourselves or pay for the car to be towed. Apparently, they could care less about their consumers. And to add insult to injury, the rental car we are to drive for the next YEAR is the most basic model they had. No power locks or windows. Id be surprised if it had airbags.
