Let’s see, the customer service level within the service department needs work. Upon first dealing with service advisors, the service and attention are standard. After that, meaning duration and follow up are not the greatest. This location is neighbors to many other car dealers and YET, service takes a nosedive. Overall my experience with this location could stand improvement with communication and treatment of customers. Perhaps try the notion at Patrick is, “The business will come” regardless. Customer service is average but it should be better
