There’s a modified loading process.Loading is quick after door assignment from check in over intercom.If there not over the top busy, they will load you early.On green light their done loading.Watch out at the kiosk for your bills that you give a seal number & information.There’s a time limit if you’re too slow & will ex you out. Try againThe key pad on the left has problems on the numbers pad.Check information for accuracy before you submit.The slot on the window is where the printer is for your bills.

Contact less pick up, easy maneuver area, fast service, flexible on appointments if not busy. One way travel in and out gates. Street side parking if you need it. There is a couple good sized lots up the street about five miles in Watkins if you need those. Cafe and fuel available by the lots. Be safe drivers. Pretty decent haul. 👌

I did 100s loads for yrs for them.They use to load 19-20 pallets of water(43.000-45.500), but now they load 21 pallets of water(47.500) even on bol says 46.700 lbs (it’s a lei) . I did yesterday 21 pallets and I was almost 47.500 lbs . I was overweight on front and rear axles.They will tell you to go to truck stop to get scale ticket in order to take 1 pallet off.Since thats onother 2 hrs of work,drive to the truck stop,weight,drive back,get dock again,unload etc. I am not taking their loads anymore for those reasons.People be careful,don’t be overweight or less headaches just avoid this place.

Just finished an interview and this place is extraordinarily clean! Been in the maintenance industry for a while and never experienced a more clean organized facility! Top notch!!

The exception to the rule I was through the gate and in a door in 10 minutes, was loaded in about 25 minutes and self checkout kiosk pretty damn good.

Make sure you have a number that starts with 29, 2am appointment no one to call to get or find the number. They did find my load but I told the lady 4 times I only had 1 number and she kept asking if I had different ones. Not to bad on loading time.

Check in over the intercom takes a long time for them to answer they knowed you very quick but they must be having a problem with new guys are keeping people hired because they dont know how to load properly reefers are always overweight and me personally Im not a fan of automation company should be run by people Im not its okay

Truckers beware if your broker or dispatch tries to give you A load coming to this place refuse it you will sit the entire day waiting just to get through the gate you will not make money the day you show up here very on organized they schedule 75 drivers for the same appointment time from the time you pull up to the time you get to the gate is going to be an estimated 8 to 10 hours I am I am not exaggerating this is one of those real scumbag places

Apparently these reviews are written by people who work here... drivers point of view......sit at the speaker box check in for 20 minutes before anyone answers. I showed up here for a live unload on Sunday, I was told they couldnt unload trailer today, so....l left the trailer there, did a 34 hour reset came back and the trailer is still not unloaded . Ive been sitting for 3 more hours and still not started to unload trailer yet.

Will never pick up here again! This company doesnt care about a drivers time. Told to sit out in the street and wait for a door. Multiple empty doors as I was pulling back out.

Quick check in, Door right away, loading started right after I docked, loaded in 1/2 hour. Whole process less took 45 min from check in to getting bills and driving off property. Plenty of room to back, port-a-potty bathroom at SW corner of the property.

Great place to pick up from! Call security before arriving to see if I can come in early. They allowed me to come in 10 hours early! Upon arrival I got a door immediately and was loaded in 40 minutes! Their yard is one way traffic only. So if youre turning left onto gun club rd from 19th ave take the third driveway. That is the truck entrance.

PU was for Monday morning and showed up Sunday afternoon and still got loaded.. got green light and went for paperwork at the guard shack on my way out.. great place

Showed up at 0530 for a 0900 appointment, was given a door right away and loaded quickly. In and out ridiculously fast. The staff were pleasant to deal with, especially for it being so early in the morning. 10/10 would pick up here again.

Well wasnt suppose to pick up tell early morning got here about half hour before midnight and they loaded me 8 hrs earlier than my appointment guy that gave me instructions on what I needed to do was very clear and easy to understand backed into dock within 5 minutes light turned red and in 25 minutes I had a green light pulled up to guard shack got my paperwork and was on my way very good place to pickup from would recommend loads out of here to other companies.

As long as you have your appointment time and pick up number things go really smooth , the few times I have been there the gate keeper has been helpful and friendly , the howlers are cool as well they will give advice as to easiest way to back in , I know there are times it can be a long wait in line but I over heard one company was trying to pick up a load that wasnt due until July and this is the beginning of June no wonder the lines at gate are so longSO DRIVERS PLEASE HAVE APT TIME AND NUMBERS it makes things go so much faster

In and out very quick . You can come early than your appointment. If they have a door they will assign it to you immediately. Loading by robots not by people or live person. Make sure you backed up correct and hit dock tight or this robot will not load you. Otherwise it take 20 minutes for loading.BUT not so quick for delivery.Roughly 2 hours.

2hrs early and was loaded and out in 30min. They have a very seamless loading process that I wish more businesses would copy.

If you want to burn up your hours then come here. If you want to stay productive then bypass this place. When you ask what is taking so long you get attitude. If forced to come here tell dispatch only if you can reschedule delivery if needed. Good luck

Great place to pickup from. Appointment time was at midnight on Saturday, I came in about 11:00 Saturday morning. They loaded me within a hour.

Pleasant night shift guard. Load had already been picked up so we stayed the night on the street.

Another cluster! On time but still not even past check in. Going on1.5 hrs.They could increase my per/mile rate 2x,I’d still make less than the people working here. But these shippers and receivers still think its ok to steal from me.

If you have a choice not to get this load, stay away from this place. Got here at 11:30am its 5:50pm at least in the dock but nobody touched my load. Appointment was at 1:00pm worst place ever. Plus the if you call their shipping department they get mad. Niagara seriously needs to fix this problem. Its just water no reason it should take forever. Thanks for ELD now have to drive all night long to make the delivery next morning. Very safe
