We had troubles with our boat overheating while on vacation at Lake Milton. After calling 5 or 6 places and being told by each place that they were too busy to get us in quickly, I called D&D and they said bring it and they would do their best to get it back to us to salvage what we could of our time at the lake. They did just that. Prices were fair and they got us back on the lake just like they said! Thanks for great customer service!

Awesome place! I went there today to get belts. The guy that was helping was very knowledgeable and were willing to explain teach me what to do. Its hard to find customer service like that. They go ABOVE and BEYOND!!! Glad, I found this shop.

We have been taking our boat(s) to D&D for over 15 years. Great people, great service and always fair prices. They winterize and store our boat every year and service during the season, when needed. Can’t go wrong with D&D.

If you own a boat, need parts, or yes...advice; it is D & D. They go well above and beyond the customer service mantra and make you feel like you are their only customer. Go here boaters!

I have taken my boat here a couple times and they did a fantastic job. I called this week because my boat needed plugs and wires. Well they are super busy because of the time of year. Let’s say they were able to squeeze me in between everything else and get my wires and plugs changed. Their service is excellent and prices are better than others. My neighbor will be taking his boat here because I told him to go here. Thanks guys for squeezing me in. It will make me happy but my daughter is very happy because we can now go tubing this weekend.

I went to D&D marine on Saturday morning, Labor day weekend. we had ran out of the last of our Marine oil. I had looked up on their website and saw that they opened at 9am. I got there at 10 am and the gates were locked. One of the owners showed up and had opened the gate and went in. I drove in and asked if they were open, he said no that it was a Holiday weekend. I said your website says you are open and I needed to get some marine oil. He said nope it was a Holiday weekend. I think it would of went a long way in the customer service department if he would of been kind enough to open up so I could get some oil since it was a Holiday weekend and he was already there. Not sure I would recommend this place to anyone due to the poor customer service and the false advertisement on their website saying they were open.
