This place is expensive compared to other companies and on top of the I went to exchange the mattress for a cheaper one and they charged me 100.00 more for the adjustable base which I never exchanged, so why did the price up. I dont recommend this place.

Matress Firm was having their 4th of July sale and they had the best prices around for a non-memory foam mattress. We got a Serta Queen Size mattress for the price of a twin! The manager had great customer service and was helping us with every price of mattress!

We received wonderful customer service here. We were able to find a bed that we loved within an hour. Delivery was available next day. The staff and management are understanding and friendly. We were looking at a more inexpensive option elsewhere, but decided to purchase here. While the price was higher, the quality matched that. A mattress is something we felt we shouldn’t cheap out on but not spend a bunch of money on either. We found a mattress with the right balance here.

I probably would never shop at this location again the representative was pretty rude I tried asking questions about different sales and deals because first time inside shopping here.But I did go to Another location before going to this one and the guy there was not trying to work with me when I was trying to do so I called a different location and she did everything I asked but her customer service skills were not the best. As a consumer We should be treated with the upmost respect because we are the individuals that keep businesses afloat but these two locations didn’t seem to understand it nor did they have patients and I feel like they need to understand yes you do this job every day so you understand it is in an ounce of it but the customer walking through your doors they don’t understand you’re a business like you do. So they should keep that in mind going forward in doing everyday business.

She also informed us if we spent $$$ that the adjustable base was free. We found a beautyrest that we loved and told her that we would like to shop around. We went to another store where the salesman tried to contradict the information that we were told by Veronica and even misleading us. It ultimately led us away and we went back to Mattress Firm and purchased the bed we initially loved. I’m glad there are still associates like Veronica that try to help get you into a good bed and not just try to sell you something over the competition.

We’ve been putting off purchasing a mattress for quite some time. We mostly put it off because we didn’t want to deal with hassle of a sales person trying to upsell us or sell is something that wasn’t what we were looking for. We went into this Mattress Firm less than a month ago looking for a specific bed. The salesman said they no longer carried that bed and directed us to a similar bed. It was a little more than we wanted to spend, but we decided to purchase it anyway. He set up delivery for us either the next day or the day after (I cannot remember). Quick delivery was VERY important to us as we had just moved into our home and had no bed. Sunday, the delivery day, comes and goes and no bed arrives. No call comes rescheduling delivery either. We call Mattress Firm the next day. They tell us basically, sorry not sorry...the bed wasnt in stock. No one bothered to call us of course, so we sat around all day waiting for the bed. They set up a new delivery date for us, two or three days later (we are sleeping on the floor this whole time). The new delivery day comes and goes AGAIN! No bed, no call. We call the store again and get the same response. It wasnt in stock. Ill set up delivery tomorrow but cannot guarantee it will be delivered. What does that even mean? How can you operate like this? The next day comes and the bed is delivered around 7 pm. We wasted three entire days of our lives waiting for this bed to be delivered. Two of them couldve been saved with a simple phone call. And to top it off, we never got any kind of meaningful apology. No one ever did anything to make it right. And despite MULTIPLE attempts, we never were able to speak with a manager.

Regis is great! He was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we got everything we needed, while finding the most affordable deals within our budget. He wasnt just trying to make a buck, but was genuinely concerned about helping and making sure our needs were met. If youre in need of a mattress, go here! Great service!!!!
