I was impressed with the quality of materials and the final cabinets. The company has been good to stand behind any shipping damage and warranty hardware. My experience has been very positive.

Customer service was terrible and the overall experience was subpar. You get what you pay for. Their products are subpar and really cheap quality, their customer service is even worse. The design team is also not competent at their job. I spoke with the owner Bill to resolve an issue with my order and he was so rude and unprofessional and did not provide a resolution to the issue. I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.
